Chapter 567: Chapter 0567: Brother Cang’s Mighty Power

"Hehe, what’s your strength now, Fly?"

Hu Wei looked at Chen Cang disdainfully, clenched his fist, and emitted a series of crisp bone-cracking sounds. "I’ve reached Half-step Martial Master. If you’re too weak, I might kill you with one move."

"Martial Master?"

Chen Cang’s eyes widened in shock. "This is even stronger than Tang Ming was initially."

"Martial Master, my ass."

Tang Ming was slightly surprised but immediately shouted in annoyance,

"Didn’t you see the disdain on my bro Cang’s face? Not just your Half-step Martial Master, even if you were a true Martial Master, he wouldn’t care a bit."

"Bro, this look isn’t disdain. I’m scared, all right?"

Chen Cang thought sadly to himself, but there was no turning back, as his hands were already trembling in fear.

"Good, good, good, Fly, you’ve really got guts. I never saw that before. You are so awesome!" Hu Wei’s face was grim as he looked at Chen Cang. If he didn’t beat this kid into an unrecognizable mess today, it would be a disservice to his years of cultivation.

"Hey, hey, those were his words, not mine!"

Chen Cang shook his head repeatedly, worrying that if Tang Ming successfully infuriated Hu Wei and made him blame Chen Cang, it would be a disaster.

"He’s my bro, what I say is as if he said it."

Tang Ming grinned provocatively at Hu Wei. "Kid, if you want to mess with me, you need to get past my bro Cang first. Come on, try beating him first."

"Fine, in that case, I’ll finish off this dead fly first."

Hu Wei roared furiously, rose to his feet, and threw a punch carrying a powerful Qi fiercely at Chen Cang’s chest.

"Help!"

Feeling the painful Qi from Hu Wei’s punch, Chen Cang cried out miserably and instinctively lifted his hands to block.

"Watch me break your arms with one punch."

Seeing Chen Cang’s move, Hu Wei focused his strength into his right fist and smashed it down ferociously.

"Bang!"

When his fist hit Chen Cang’s arms, Hu Wei suddenly felt a sharp pain, as if hitting a steel plate, causing his entire arm to go numb and his body to uncontrollably fall back.

Chen Cang maintained his defensive posture, looking bewildered at Hu Wei being pushed back, not knowing what had just happened.

Turning his head, he saw Tang Ming give him a slight smile. Chen Cang was overjoyed, certain that Tang Ming had helped him secretly.

"Hehe, Bro Cang is awesome. He just stands there, and he can’t even be beaten down."

Tang Ming shouted excitedly.

"You, you actually blocked my punch. What is your cultivation level?"

Hu Wei massaged his fist, staring incredulously at Chen Cang.

"Humph, I have the cultivation specially to torment you." After the clash, Chen Cang was full of vigor and crossed his arms in contempt as he looked at Hu Wei.

"Bastard, you used to bully me a lot. Today, if you dare bully my bro Ming... Ming, little brother, if I don’t teach you a lesson, I’m not Chen Cang."

"You really are arrogant! I was just careless before, but now I’m going to get serious."

Hu Wei cursed angrily, his expression intense as he focused on Chen Cang, frantically cultivating internally, and looking for Chen Cang’s weaknesses.

"Hahaha..." Chen Cang chuckled dryly, turning his head anxiously to look at Tang Ming and shouted,

"He said he’s getting serious. Isn’t that hilarious?"

Actually, he wanted to gauge Tang Ming’s reaction, unsure if Tang Ming could handle it if the opponent got serious. But, Tang Ming didn’t respond at all.

"Big brother, is this going to work? If it doesn’t, I need to make a run for it."

Chen Cang was terrified and murmuring to himself, while at this moment, Hu Wei was fully prepared, and his body pounced like a fierce tiger.

"Try my Bone Dislocation Palm."

Hu Wei roared murderously, his hands grasping at the empty air in front, white mist escaping from between his fingers, not quite the Qi of a martial master but close enough.

"Lift your foot."

Just as Chen Cang was terror-stricken, Tang Ming’s voice rang in his ear.

Chen Cang didn’t have time to think further, instinctively lifting his foot and kicking forward, only to feel as if a torrent had been infused into his right leg, carrying his body forward.

"Bang!"

Before Hu Wei’s hands could strike Chen Cang’s body, Chen Cang had already kicked Hu Wei’s groin.

With a howl, Hu Wei’s body shot up high, clutching his groin and collapsing directly onto the ground, his prepared attack dissipating into nothing.

"Brother Cang is mighty."

Tang Ming, while retracting his hand that had been channeling Qi to Chen Cang from a distance, shouted loudly; in front of a peak Five-star martial master like Hu Wei, a Half-step Martial Master was nothing, and he didn’t even need to take action himself, simply manipulating Chen Cang was enough to easily defeat him.

Letting Chen Cang teach Hu Wei a lesson would not only help Chen Cang shake off the shadows of his childhood but would also continue to conceal his strength—a true double benefit.

"Goodness, did I do this?"

Seeing that he had injured Hu Wei with a single kick, Chen Cang stared incredulously at his own foot, still unable to believe it was real.

"How, how is this possible?"

Hu Wei kneeled on the ground, staring at Chen Cang with a flushed face, muttering in disbelief. He had started cultivation at a young age and later went on to deepen his study in the sect, barely managing to reach the level of a Half-step Martial Master at such an age. Chen Cang, however, was merely a waste from a commercial family, yet now he had defeated him with a single move, which was utterly preposterous.

"Ming bro, is this real?"

Chen Cang turned back to look at Tang Ming, feeling as if he were dreaming.

"Now you are my Brother Cang," said Tang Ming with a roll of his eyes, encouragingly:

"That guy used to bully you quite a bit, right? Now think about how he treated you before, and treat him the same way now."

"Really, can I do that?"

Chen Cang was excited but still a bit unsure.

"Brother Cang, with just one kick you sent him flying, and if he dares to resist, just beat him to a pulp."

Tang Ming laughed and looking disdainfully at Hu Wei, said, "Bandit bro, weren’t you very arrogant before? Now you can’t even handle one move from my Brother Cang, and you still want to mess with me?"

"You’re just a powerless brute behind a façade."

Hu Wei glared fiercely at Tang Ming; he respected the strong and deeply despised trash like Tang Ming who hid behind others.

Hu Wei, enduring the pain, tried to stand up, but Chen Cang’s kick was so strong that although it didn’t cripple him, the pain made it impossible for him to stand up.

"Brother Cang, he dared to insult me, you help me teach him a good lesson."

Hearing this, Tang Ming was unhappy and complained to Chen Cang in a hurt voice.

"Alright!"

Seeing that Hu Wei truly couldn’t stand up, Chen Cang was full of confidence, striding chest out head up, toward Hu Wei.

"What, what are you doing?"

Seeing Chen Cang approaching, Hu Wei shouted nervously.
