"Let him go," Lin Canghai said with a bitter smile, shaking his head in puzzlement.

"Why on earth would that lady come to the police station herself for an outer member? Now I have no choice but to give her face."

In terms of rank and status, the woman was no less than Lin Canghai, and their strengths were matched. Besides, they belonged to different departments of the Dark Group, and generally, there would be no conflicts. Lin Canghai had no desire for conflict either, considering the woman was unreasonably headstrong with a powerful background — a tough character to deal with.
