"What do you mean ’what I was looking for’? Did I want you to cheat?" Lin Xiangwan glared at him.

"So, did you find any evidence of me cheating on you?" He asked again.

Lin Xiangwan took a deep breath. "You’re lucky, I found nothing!"

Qin Muchuan lifted her chin, forcing her to look at him.

He leaned in, his face full of intensity. "Why won’t you clear my name? There’s absolutely nothing here, yet you still insist I’m cheating!"

Lin Xiangwan glared at him. "That’s because you hid it well!"

Qin Muchuan frowned. "Why do you continue to distrust me even now? Don’t you think to dodge your promise to me is unfair?"

At the mention of that matter, Lin Xiangwan’s cheeks turned red.

"So, you found nothing, correct? Now, it’s time for you to fulfill your promise!" Qin Muchuan, one hand pulling her and the other holding a cucumber, tried to pull her upstairs.

"I’m not going!" Lin Xiangwan tried to free herself.

"No, you have to keep your promise. A promise is a promise!"

The thought of what was about to take place excited Qin Muchuan.
