"Ziqing sis, have you had dinner?" Lin Xiangwan began in a friendly manner.

"Hmm, what’s up? Is there something you need?" Zhou Ziqing lowered her voice.

"Yes, there’s a little matter I wanted to ask you about!" Lin Xiangwan stuttered shyly.

"What minor matter?"

"I was wondering if you’ve heard about any special medicine abroad that specifically treats pain in women after... excessive indulgence," Lin Xiangwan said in a progressively softer voice.

Zhou Ziqing’s heart sank as she gripped her phone tightly. "Are you talking about yourself? Having troubles in that department?"

"Yes..." Lin Xiangwan’s voice was even softer.

"With your husband? Or with another man!" Zhou Ziqing purposely emphasized the ’another man’ part.

"Of course it’s with my husband!"

"Ah, what? Xiangwan, are you saying you’ve been with another man," Zhou Ziqing suddenly questioned, her voice purposely loud.

At the same time, she looked at Qin Muchuan.

Qin Muchuan frowned, his eyes glaring at her. What in the world was this woman saying?

Qin Muchuan narrowed his eyes. "So, you’re deliberately provoking me, testing my patience and my promise to you? Zhou Ziqing, I’ve warned you before. If you dare to let Xiangwan find out about us and about Duoduo, I will halt the software development for your boyfriend. Have you forgotten?"

"I don’t want the money..." Zhou Ziqing sounded weak, but there was a clear hint of reluctance. She wanted both the money and the man!

"Well, you’ll not be getting the man either!" Qin Muchuan retorted coldly. "Think over what to do next, I have some work to finish up. I’ll be off now!"
