She sensed his unhappiness, his fury. The fact that he was acting all protective made her angry too. "The children are mine too! I have the right to take them out to play, don’t I? I have the right to decide when to bring them home, don’t I?"

"Unreasonable? I’m playing with my children, and I’m being unreasonable?" Lin Xiangwan challenged.

The two children exchanged glances and started whispering. "What’s up with Mom today?"
