Chapter 156: Chapter 156: A Wolf Dog, Not a Silly Husky (1)
We can’t make things too tense with Jingxi, or what if she gives me a hard time behind my back?
"Oh, Great Grandpa went out to find someone to play chess with him." Jingxi said casually, then turned back to continue watching TV.
Knowing she didn’t want to talk to her, Jiang Shihan clenched her fist, smiled, and said, "How about I play with you instead?"
"Okay." Jingxi said indifferently.
So, Jiang Shihan sat on the side, accompanying Jingxi in watching TV.
The servant brought some fruit and placed it on the coffee table. "Miss Jiang, please enjoy."
"Thank you." Jiang Shihan smiled and said.
The servant turned and squatted in front of Jingxi, "Young Master, it’s noon, would you like to take a nap?"
"No need, I’m not sleepy." Jingxi’s tone was slightly more relaxed, but he still showed no expression.
The servant was startled, as Jingxi had seemed quite cold on the surface lately, but was actually quite easy to get along with.
Being more familiar with them, everything seemed fine while watching TV earlier, so why the sudden change?
Suspiciously, she glanced at Jiang Shihan on the side.
Feeling her gaze, Jiang Shihan was annoyed but had to hold it in given the situation.
At this point, Jingxi put down the cushion and got off the sofa.
The servant didn’t understand what he was doing and asked puzzledly, "Young Master, what are you doing?"
Jingxi frowned, "Smelly."
The servant was taken aback, sniffed, and easily caught the scent of Jiang Shihan’s perfume.
Understanding the situation, she assumed the little guy was bothered by the smell, so she followed him out.
Seeing them leave, Jiang Shihan also stood up and followed behind them.
Jingxi walked out of the living room and directly went to the yard.
There was a swing in the yard, specially prepared for Jingxi by the elder.
Walking to the swing, the servant picked him up and gently pushed the swing.
After playing for a while, feeling a little tired, he was just about to go back inside when he sensed something at his feet.
Looking down, he saw a wolfdog lying there, staring intently at the little guy.
Jingxi disdainfully took two steps back, wanting to leave from the other side.
The wolfdog seemed to sense what he wanted to do and moved its body to block the little guy as Jingxi tried to walk that way.
"Auntie, take this annoying husky away." Jingxi frowned and said.
The servant stepped forward to lead it away, but before she could touch the leash, the wolfdog suddenly turned and glared at her fiercely.
Frightened, she retracted her hand and did not dare to make any moves. Seeing her still, the wolfdog turned back to look at the little guy.
Jingxi: "..."
Why is this dog so annoying...
With a snort, he walked to the other side, and unsurprisingly, the wolfdog blocked him again.
"Move." Jingxi lost his patience and said coldly.
The wolfdog closed its eyes, completely unmoved.
Jingxi was speechless and turned to look at the servant. His gaze was full of grievance.
The servant was also helpless, giving an awkward smile. This dog was raised by the young master and usually ignored everyone except him. It was so proud.
Now that it followed Jingxi around, it was obvious that it liked the little guy.
So she suggested, "Young Master, why don’t you play with it for a while?"
Jingxi snorted and said, "I don’t want to play with it. This husky is really dumb."
As he finished the sentence, the wolfdog in front opened its eyes and stared at Jingxi intently.
Its gaze seemed to say, "You’re the dumb husky, your whole family is dumb huskies."
The servant was taken aback and gave a somewhat awkward smile. This was clearly a wolfdog, why was it being called a dumb husky?
