Chapter 1008: 993, Two Little Treasures Side Story (3) Chapter 1008: 993, Two Little Treasures Side Story (3) Let’s not even mention that the two little treasures have the Quan Family to rely on, just JK International alone is enough to give them a run for their money. Now, with Jian Group added to the mix, if this couple sneezes, the entire world’s economy would shudder.
Jian Qing stood up and took Quan Jingwu’s hand, her dark eyes sweeping over everyone with a cold glint, “It’s best to start children’s education from a young age. Trouble starts with what comes out of the mouth, and this saying isn’t just applicable to adults. Since you all have said that children should solve their problems on their own, then please remember these words. If anyone else comes to provoke my son in the future, they can bear the consequences themselves.”
Such foul language at such a young age, even throwing their school bags, it’s clear that they’ve been spoiled by their families.
The crowd nodded again and again like students being scolded by a teacher for doing something wrong.
Seeing that the fight had come to an end, the principal and teachers all breathed a sigh of relief.
As soon as the two little treasures got home, Quan Jingwu took them straight to the bathroom to bathe.
After changing into clean clothes, the two little treasures ran down the stairs cheerfully, followed by a big snowball behind them.
“Aiyo, here come our two little tyrants,” Quan Mingxuan had heard about the twins fighting at kindergarten, and he even specially had someone retrieve the kindergarten security footage to watch.
And really, those two little guys did have quite a presence with their moves.
“What nonsense you’re talking,” Grandma Quan came out from the kitchen carrying Dim Sum, laughing and scolding him.
Grandpa Quan set down his newspaper and waved at the two little treasures.
“Seventeen, nineteen, come over to your great-grandpa,” he called.
The two little treasures dropped their snowball, running over to take their positions to the left and right of Grandpa Quan.
When Grandpa Quan saw the wound on Nineteen’s leg, he frowned and then bent down to blow on it, “Whose unruly child did this, turning to the majority to bully the few; it’s utterly lawless.”
His two little darlings are as clever and well-behaved as they come, never picking fights without reason. Those kids were just too much, not only outnumbering but also bullying those younger than themselves.
His words carried the authority of someone with high status within minutes.
Quan Mingxuan laughed softly, “Grandpa, them outnumbering didn’t do them any good. Those kids got beaten up by Seventeen and Nineteen to the point their mothers could hardly recognize them.”
It looks like he should probably avoid provoking these two little ancestors in the future, lest he get a beating from the brothers.
Grandpa Quan hummed softly and gave the little snacks to the two little treasures to eat.
“Seventeen, where’s daddy and mommy?” Rhee asked.
“Room,” Seventeen said while munching on Dim Sum and watching a cartoon.
After helping the two little treasures bathe, Quan Jingwu’s clothes got wet too, so he had to take a bath as well.
As he came out of the bathroom, Jian Qing had just finished a video conference.
She closed her laptop, got up, and headed to the wardrobe to get his clothes, casually taking out a set of home clothes, but a large hand stopped her.
“Hmm?” she turned her head, puzzled, to look at him.
Quan Jingwu put the clothes back and then took out a set of casual clothes, “We’re not eating at home tonight.”
“Do you have a dinner engagement?” Jian Qing asked.
Quan Jingwu nodded seriously, pulled off his towel, and began putting on his pants.
As an old married couple, Jian Qing had become nonchalant, if you disregarded the slight redness of her ears.
“With whom?”
Quan Jingwu put on his shirt, “My wife.”
Jian Qing curved her lips, “Really, do we have an appointment scheduled?”
Quan Jingwu lowered his head and suddenly closed in on her, their noses almost touching, “How about we cancel that, unless the beautiful lady before me is willing to dine with this man?”
Jian Qing pretended to be in difficulty and thought for a moment, “Well then, I’ll reluctantly take charge, but don’t forget to bring some dessert after the meal.”
“Ice cream?” Quan Jingwu’s lips curled with a teasing smile.
Jian Qing snapped her fingers, “Bingo.”
“Dream on!” Quan Jingwu pecked her sweet lips gently, teased her, and hurried out.
“Quan Jingwu, I want ice cream.” Jian Qing chased after him, pounced, and clung to his back like a koala.
Quan Jingwu walked at a leisurely pace, his thin lips emitting a pleasant laughter.
There is a kind of affection called the brotherly bond between seventeen and nineteen!
Ever since they were born, the two little treasures always slept together until one day, Quan Jingwu suddenly had a whim and suggested that the two little treasures sleep separately, each in his own room.
The moment this proposal was made, nineteen was the first to be displeased.
From the moment he was born, nineteen liked to stick to seventeen, sleeping together, chatting with him, playing games with him — it was so much fun.
“I don’t want to sleep alone, I want to sleep with seventeen, I want to sleep with seventeen…” In the bedroom, nineteen’s crisp voice kept ringing out.
Jian Qing pushed the door open, saw nineteen bouncing on the bed, and massaged her temple with a headache.
She glanced sideways at the person next to her and nudged him with her hand, “You caused this, you deal with it.”
She, for one, felt it was no big deal if the two little treasures liked to sleep together; they would naturally separate when they got older.
Quan Jingwu glanced at the hopping nineteen, then his gaze fell on seventeen, “Seventeen, come here.”
Seventeen trotted over, and Quan Jingwu picked him up and sat him on the couch, then whispered low into his ear.
Jian Qing flipped through a magazine, watching the father and son “conspiring” across from her and felt a brief moment of sympathy for nineteen.
“Alright, go back to your room to sleep,” Quan Jingwu said, rubbing his little head and setting him down.
“Daddy, mommy, good night!” Seventeen, dragging the dinosaur tail of his pajamas, hummed a tune as he headed back to his room.
“Seventeen, wait for me.” Seeing seventeen leave, nineteen immediately slid off the bed, wanting to follow, but before he reached the door, Quan Jingwu hoisted him back.
“Seventeen!”
As he watched seventeen disappear through the door, nineteen’s face looked as if doomsday had arrived.
“Nineteen, listen to daddy!” Quan Jingwu said, looking at nineteen with his little face all scrunched up, barely suppressing his laughter while comforting him, “You and seventeen are both growing up. You’re becoming little men now, and you need to learn to be independent. Seventeen’s room is right next to yours; you’re still very close. How about this, daddy promises you that every weekend you can sleep with seventeen, okay?”
Nineteen shook his head decisively, looking pitifully at Quan Jingwu, “Daddy, I want to sleep with seventeen, I’m scared to sleep alone.”
“Scared of what?” Quan Jingwu asked patiently, though he had already seen through the little guy’s intentions. This clever imp had more courage than anyone; he really didn’t know what could possibly scare him.
“The bed is too big, I might roll off if I’m alone.” Nineteen was small, but his little brain was quite bright.
“If seventeen doesn’t sleep with me, he’ll get insomnia.”
“…”
Quan Jingwu and Jian Qing both had a look of exasperation.
Seventeen, insomnia?
More like he himself would have insomnia, that little rascal.
“Do you know what insomnia means?” Jian Qing gently flicked his nose and asked with a smile.
