"Our master is being chased by the Beastmen, can’t you pigs see?" Kedel fumed with rage but couldn’t bear the charge of starting a war, resorting to a frustrated roar at the border.

"Ha, I’ve seen nothing of the sort. Do you claim that person over there is Duke Lei Shan? How could that be? According to the schedule report, Duke Lei Shan isn’t due to reach the border for at least a couple of months. Don’t worry; I’ll arrange a grand farewell ceremony then." The border general Xie’an pointed at the crippled Lei Shan left by the Golden Lion and laughed, "This is merely a vendetta assassination, General Kedel. You’ve got the wrong person!"

"Wrong my ass!" Clashing against another disabling blow from the Golden Lion on Lei Shan, Kedel burst out, "Brothers, follow me to save our master!"

An earth-shattering battle erupted at the border. Over four million troops along the extensive frontier line plunged into chaos. Meanwhile, like a War God incarnate, Kedel carved a bloody path straight towards Lei Shan.

The Golden Lion looked indifferently at the chaotic skirmish on the border, smiling at the half-dead Lei Shan, "Now your final value is spent, time to send you on your way."
