Chapter 1691: Chapter 1691: Lord of the Abyss

This enormous array, like a cloud in the sky, grand and imposing, emits endless power.

The air force inside the fortress doesn’t dare to take to the skies; such power is simply too overwhelming.

Two top-tier world-class leaders, two hundred dragon warriors at the lowest echelon, along with gryphons and flying dragons — what level of battle does this represent!

Initially tense beyond measure, but upon hearing Li Yao’s words, even the demons inside the fortress felt an urge to curse. After all this, it was just for a duel.

Soon, the silhouettes of some powerful figures appeared on the fortress wall.

Leading them was a tall Orc Warlock shrouded in deep blue mist. Behind him were powerful figures of other races and some formidable demons.

"What on earth do you want?" the Orc Warlock said with a sullen face.

Li Yao smiled, "I’ve already said, I’m here to challenge the strong ones among you, set a three-match agreement. After the three matches, regardless of win or loss, I will leave."

"You’re being too childish. What if we choose not to compete?" said the Demon Warlock.

"You have to compete whether you want to or not. If the strong ones here don’t even have the courage to fight, then this fortress has no reason to exist," Li Yao laughed.

"You’re cocky, but if you think you can take down the fortress with just these air forces, you’re oversimplifying things." The Orc Warlock sneered, "The new generation these days, they really don’t know what’s going on. The consequences of war are beyond your ability to bear, so while I’m still holding back, get lost."

Li Yao waved his hand, and ten gigantic portals appeared on the ground, continuously pouring out Steel Fire Poison Cockroaches and other air forces.

"Perhaps you haven’t understood, your arrogance will bring disastrous consequences to the fortress. As for my insect tribe, I have as many as I need. Even if I lose them all, give me ten days to half a month and I can regroup a strong army. But once your fortress is gone, where else can you stand? Since you adamantly refuse to see sense, I can only bring myself to lose some troops to annihilate you completely."

Seeing the endless stream of Steel Insect Tribe and airborne forces approaching the fortress.

Everyone inside the fortress turned pale; it’s truly time for action. Their air force barely managed to take off, but was suppressed from the outset, leading inevitably to slaughter if the battle begins.

"Chief."

"Chief."

"Chief."

The subordinates who hadn’t spoken were all anxious. If a fight ensues, maybe the new recruit down on the ground will suffer heavy losses, but most of them will be slain, and the fortress will be gone.

The opponent only wants a duel, so then duel it is.

It’s better for three to die than for all of them to perish, and since it’s a duel, there’s a chance they won’t die.

"Alright, how do you want to duel?" The Orc Warlock gritted his teeth.

"That’s more like it. Things would be so much smoother if it were like this from the start, no need for unpleasantness on both sides," Li Yao smiled as those insects quickly charged into the portals.

Sea Vast Sky and the viewers watching the live broadcast were stunned.

"Using sheer force to pressure, truly an astonishing sensation. Since when have players become so domineering, forcing NPCs to conform to their rules."

"Wow, simply not on the same level. When will I be able to reach such heights?"

"Dreaming is possible, but there’s no hope in this lifetime. Where would one find another two top-tier world-class dragon queens."

"I have to admit this move, making two Dragon Kings green and still okay, presumably the first one to do so."

"Stop being crude; the floor above has a truly filthy mindset."

"You’re too naive, kid. Nowadays many players are going ’hehehe’ with their beautiful succubus, while Prairie Fire has two unparalleled dragon queens just sitting there watching?"

"Disgusting, you men, can you focus on the main point instead of incessantly fantasizing?"

"Exactly, fantasizing won’t make you as dominating and powerful as the Hunter King. Better to spend that time learning some skills."

The audience was in uproar, truly these two dragon queens were too stunning. Previously, there was only Black Dragon Queen, and people could stay rational.

But now, one seductive and fiery, the other proud and icy, standing behind Li Yao, they really set imaginations racing.

Li Yao stood firm atop the distant wall and said, "The rules are simple: both sides send a person out, a death match ensues. After three matches, regardless of victory or defeat, I will leave."

The Orc Warlock’s expression turned cold, "If you send out two formidable dragons to fight, then there’s no point in competing, better to be mutually destructive."

"Good sight, good calculation, but I agree. The two dragon queens won’t be participating," Li Yao said.

"Very good, Ink Dragon, step forward and test their skills," said the Orc Warlock.

"Alright, just need to stretch my muscles," a tall Draconid jumped off the wall.

This Draconid was a high-echelon chief, and his body was dark, obviously belonging to the Black Dragon Bloodline.

"Black Dragonline, even here you have watchdogs daring to bark; seems your Dragon Queen isn’t much valued," the Blue Dragon Queen laughed.

"The Black Dragon clan has fallen to such a state, what is there to speak of?" Despite saying this, the Black Dragon Queen’s face darkened.

Draconids have always been cannon fodder and guardians for dragons; seeing his kind so arrogant made the Black Dragon Queen very displeased.

"Junior, whose offspring are you, do you know who I am?"

The Draconid sneered, "Though I possess the Black Dragon Bloodline, the Black Dragon is just my enemy. I am ashamed of having such a bloodline, and I will utilize this disgraceful blood to grow strong, to slay the creature Black Dragon that sullied my mother."

"So, a misbegotten child, you should consider yourself lucky that I won’t make a move," the Black Dragon Queen laughed and stopped talking.

"Four legs, eh, I’ll find you a similar opponent," Li Yao whistled, a Void Summoning Array appeared.

Lord of the Abyss’s giant body emerged from the Teleportation Array, directly saluting, "Abyss Lord Marda greets the great master."

Li Yao nodded, "It’s time for you to prove yourself; this battle will demonstrate your worth. Kill this Draconid; if you die by his hand, I won’t resurrect a useless being."

"Rest assured, great master. Although my power has waned, I will do my utmost to tear apart my opponent’s body, proving my strength and resolve."

"Good, go," Li Yao nodded.

Sea Vast Sky was speechless, "So you weren’t kidding, you really contracted a pet, and it’s high-echelon."

"Do I need to lie? Just high-echelon," Li Yao said indifferently.

Sea Vast Sky...

"Damn insect, are you ready to meet your demise?" Abyss Lord Marda pointed his battle spear at the Draconid, who was about the same size as his frame.

"An Abyss Lord, was really summoned from the void into the fortress. You know his fate?" the Black Dragon Draconid lifted his battle spear, "This was once his weapon, and he’s been torn apart and fed to dogs."
