Thereafter, Blanchi, clad in ceremonial attire, walked step by step down the stairs. Five large shuttlecraft flew in parallel through the sky, from back to front, countless golden petals were scattered from above, raining over the city's sky, brilliantly refracting a light golden halo in the sunshine, extraordinarily beautiful and splendid.

Upon this, the entire plaza erupted in a chorus of cheers like mountains and tsunamis, light gold petals slowly fell, draping the red carpet ahead of Blanchi.

Under the new Royal Court system, the 12 grand seats shall be chosen based on different regions and classes; for example, two seats shall represent large enterprises' interests, two for workers and professional personnel interests, four for the interests of the lower-class income, one for the science and technology sector personnel, one for the culture and religion sector personnel, one for the law sector, and finally, a seat dedicated solely to the Songstress.

The advantage of such division is that even if the influence of large enterprises sponsors the competition, they can only contend for those two grand seats, unlike before when they could affect the election and votes of all members.
