As he did so, a mass of purple flames rose from below, enveloping everyone. In a second, the flames receded, and not a single person was left where they had been. Dozens of divine-level experts vanished without a trace just like that!

After glancing at the purple flames, Zi Xiao flashed out of the domain.

When Dugu Qianye emerged from the domain, she did not see Zi Xiao and thought he had also entered the domain. Just as she was about to look for another opponent, Zi Xiao suddenly appeared in front of her.

"Are you alright?" Dugu Qianye asked instinctively.

"I’m very well," Zi Xiao replied with a smile. Then, he called out Ci Hun, wrapped his arm around Dugu Qianye, and sat her down on Ci Hun.

Upon Ci Hun’s appearance, it roared towards the sky, causing all spiritual beasts to fall to the ground, prostrating themselves. Only creatures with a higher bloodline level like Xiaohuo did not kneel, but still could not fly; it looked up, curiously watching Ci Hun.

Dugu Qianye didn’t expect Ci Hun to be so impressive upon its arrival. Zi Xiao patted its head, and only then did it slightly release the pressure, allowing Xiaohuo to move freely.

"Xiaohuo," Dugu Qianye called out after she had put the other beasts back into the Refining Demon Pot, "Go."

Upon receiving Dugu Qianye’s command, Xiaohuo reverted to his true form, and a colorful Phoenix appeared before everyone, circling in the air twice. The people from the Mo Family and the Dugu Clan retracted their Spiritual Beasts upon seeing Xiaohuo. When only the Divine Temple and the Ouyang Clan’s Beasts remained, Xiaohuo flew back and forth over them.

At the same time, people from the Mo Family and the Dugu Clan threw a handful of white powder at their opponents and then quickly fled.

Dugu Qianye looked down at the people from the Divine Temple and Ouyang Clan being surrounded by her side’s beasts, and saw that every now and then, the Mo Family and Dugu Clan strike with sneak attacks, causing great casualties to the Divine Temple and Ouyang Clan’s people. She also saw Dugu Yixuan and Lu Yuanshuang engaged in battle in the distance. Dugu Yixuan wasn’t as powerful as Lu Yuanshuang, which made Dugu Qianye somewhat worried.

Zi Xiao turned Dugu Qianye’s face toward him and said, "That woman is no match for your father. Right now, you should be looking at me."

Dugu Qianye looked at Zi Xiao and asked, "The battle is still going on down there, why did you bring me up here?"

Zi Xiao reached out to touch her small face and said, "I’m leaving."

Dugu Qianye felt all the blood in her body rush to her head, an utterly foreign sensation that left her weak. Her previously rigid body went limp.
