Chapter 838 - 838 829 Hatred Value Breaking Through the Sky
838: Chapter 829: Hatred Value Breaking Through the Sky 838: Chapter 829: Hatred Value Breaking Through the Sky Things had become difficult.
If someone challenged Gao Yang, he could completely ignore it, but now, as the instructor intended to teach him a lesson through a test, Gao Yang had completely lost his temper.
Twelve people, forming a single line, followed the bristling and complacent major into the combat training room.
The reason for entering the training room was because the floor was soft, covered with a layer of soft rubber, and also, it was the closest to the infirmary.
After entering the training room, the major did not rush to start training with Gao Yang.
The four junior officers who had been following the major all disappeared without a trace.
Soon, what could be described as a bustling crowd swarmed into the training room, and the worst part was that more people were still coming.
“Who is it!
That’s Kick Ram, let me see him!”
When another group of at least a dozen people entered the training room, the spacious training room started to feel somewhat crowded, as it was packed with at least a hundred people.
After seeing that enough people had gathered, the major finally warmed up his neck, cracked his knuckles, then said with a voice full of satisfaction, “Come on, Kick Ram!
Let’s see what you’ve got!”
Gao Yang shouted, “Report to the instructor, request to wear protective gear!”
“No, I, do, not, consent!”
Speaking joyfully one word at a time, the major walked up to Gao Yang, leaned in, and whispered in his ear, “You’re going to be unlucky today, do you know why?”
Gao Yang felt like crying without tears and whispered back, “Instructor, I’m innocent!”
The major spoke with full resentment, “Is it not because of you that the damned Kicking Squad exists?”
“Yes!”
“Then you are not innocent!”
No longer able to maintain his proper stance, Gao Yang couldn’t help but turn his head to look at the major and whispered, “Instructor, is the grudge that big?”
After letting out a sneer, the major whispered next to Gao Yang’s ear, “Two days before I was finally going to have a week’s leave, I had to go learn that damned Groin Kick.
I pleaded miserably with those bastards from the Kicking Squad to go easy on me, for the sake of me being an officer, for the sake of my upcoming leave, to tread lightly.
Do you know what your students said?
They said, ‘Sir, our instructor Kick Ram once said that to master this kick, you must endure being kicked.'”
Gao Yang felt a chill to the bone, and then he saw the major in front of him grinning madly, saying, “Do you know why I hate you?
Because I got married!
Just when I finally got leave, I could only lie in bed, watching my wife whom I hadn’t seen in half a year, enduring the agonizing pain of my aching balls, I swore, I better not see you!”
The grudge was enormous, so vast it knew no bounds.
After taking a sharp breath, Gao Yang looked at the major and said with utmost sincerity, “Major, I swear to you, I really never said you had to be kicked to master that kick, really, I swear to God I never said that!”
With a cold smile, the major said, “Without you, would the Kicking Squad exist?”
Gao Yang was speechless; now, he re-evaluated his hate points.
The grudge his students pulled for him wasn’t high, not extremely high, but had already broken the meter, unquantifiably high.
After sighing, Gao Yang whispered, “Instructor, please don’t hit the face, and don’t inflict serious injuries, thank you.”
The major smiled broadly and then took two steps back and said loudly, “Come on!”
Gao Yang decided that he would never use the Groin Kick again, no matter what, and then he kicked out.
His mind kept thinking ‘don’t use the Groin Kick that attracts grudges,’ but instinctively, the Groin Kick shot out, and Gao Yang inwardly lamented once again.
The major was waiting for this very kick from Gao Yang.
With a downward chop, he struck Gao Yang’s ankle, followed by a kick that landed on Gao Yang’s abdomen.
Gao Yang flew backward, knelt down clutching his stomach; thankfully, the major had shown some mercy with that kick.
It was very painful, but not enough to injure him.
After catching his breath for a while, clutching his stomach, the major sinisterly said, “Again!”
Li Jinfang maintained a stern face, but said not a word, and it was the same with Eileen.
They could only watch as Gao Yang was being tormented.
When in a place, one must follow the local rules.
The military is not a place to admit defeat easily.
Being killed is a small matter, losing face is a big one.
Either Gao Yang shouldn’t have fought at all, or once he had started, he couldn’t let someone take his place mid-fight.
If the two of them took over for Gao Yang now, he wouldn’t be able to hold his head up ever again.
Gao Yang got up, moved around to check himself, felt nothing serious, and after repeatedly reminding himself, let his brain take control of his body instead of his instincts, finally threw a punch, not a kick.
A high rank did not mean one could fight, especially not that one was strong in hand-to-hand combat.
Unfortunately for Gao Yang, he encountered a major who was not only of high rank but also skilled in fighting.
A punch parried away Gao Yang’s fist, and another punch landed on Gao Yang’s left eye.
Had Gao Yang not dodged quickly, it would have hit him right on the nose.
Gao Yang, clutching his eye, crouched down.
The major did not pursue the advantage, only taking a deep breath before saying with an excitement he could not hide, “Stand up, don’t play dead.
Come and fight me.
Where are your kicks?
Why aren’t you kicking?
Aren’t you better with your legs?
Kick me then, get up!”
Gao Yang stood up, releasing his hand from his eye.
His vision wasn’t actually affected, but the corner of his eye had swollen up considerably.
Gao Yang got anxious, standing back up.
Yet, he repeatedly controlled himself.
His hatred had already maxed out, why would he use the Groin Kick, seeking further trouble?
Especially since his opponent was already on high alert for his Groin Kick.
Even if he used his skilled Groin Kick, it probably wouldn’t be effective, so he still opted for a half-step punch straight to the chest.
Thinking too much before striking, the result was a significant decrease in power.
The Major grabbed Gao Yang’s hand with one motion, twisted, and flipped it, then backhanded Gao Yang right in the nose.
Gao Yang’s head buzzed immediately, and then he felt a warmth in his nose as blood began to gush out profusely.
After releasing Gao Yang, the Major said with a smirk, “Come on, continue.
Use your legs, weren’t you good at kicking?”
Gao Yang couldn’t take it anymore.
He wiped off the blood from his nose, stood up fiercely, and shouted, “F**k, I already said it’s none of my damned business if you can’t get laid!
You want to keep going?
Didn’t we agree not to hit the face?!
Screw this.”
After roaring, Gao Yang surged forward, once again unleashing his Groin Kick.
The Major, infuriated by Gao Yang’s actions but seeing his Groin Kick coming again, was no longer polite.
He shifted his body to dodge Gao Yang’s kick, then he hammered a fierce punch down on Gao Yang’s right leg.
The Major hadn’t lost his rationality, indeed; the punch was hard but deliberately avoided Gao Yang’s knee cap, which would have crippled his leg otherwise.
The Major might have shown mercy, but that was before.
If it had been back then, Gao Yang’s leg would definitely have taken the hit, but now, Gao Yang’s killer move had upgraded.
It wasn’t just a one-off thing anymore; it had become a combo.
Using the past experience to counter Gao Yang’s current Groin Kick would end badly.
How could one defend when, amidst the deceitful moves, there were feints added, especially when the opponent’s response was based on flawed experience?
Gao Yang’s right leg was just a feint.
As it halted in mid-motion, his left leg snapped out in a kick, and when he felt it connect with something, Gao Yang’s mind, angry and confused, snapped to clarity.
Gao Yang was shocked into sobriety.
How could his kick have landed?
How could it possibly land?
If his already maxed-out hatred level spiked any further, it’d break through the heavens.
Staring dumbfounded at the Major, who was now rolling on the ground clutching his crotch, Gao Yang looked around to find everyone else just as stunned, eyes wide at the sight on the floor.
Then, with a jolt, he bellowed, “What are you all staring at for?
Medic!
Call a medic!”
The medic arrived quickly, and as Gao Yang watched the Major being carried away on a stretcher with a death glare, Gao Yang’s heart turned cold.
Kicking the already deeply aggrieved Head Instructor down again, there was nothing left to say—they were in for a severe adjustment.
Watching the Major being taken away, the mood in the training room was no longer just tense, it was mournful.
The Israelis were not just angry; they were sorrowful.
Under everyone’s watchful eye, not only had their public enemy not been thrashed, but their highest-ranking sufferer had once again been subjected to a despicable and inhumane sneak attack.
How could they swallow such indignity?
A Sergeant emerged from the crowd, gritting his teeth, and said, “I’ll fight with you!”
Gao Yang had resigned himself to his fate, his philosophy being that more debt doesn’t weigh one down and more lice don’t itch.
Essentially, he was like a dead pig not fearing scalding water.
Things had come to this point, so whatever will be, will be.
Looking at the Sergeant in front of him, Gao Yang wiped the blood from his nose and defiantly stuck out his chin, shouting, “Are you my instructor, huh?”
“No!”
“Then I’m not fighting you.
I’m injured right now, and unless there’s a direct order, I refuse to fight.”
The Sergeant angrily said, “Kick Ram, if you’re a man, fight me!
I’ll get thrown into solitary confinement, and you won’t even need to go to confinement.
Have the guts to fight me!”
The Sergeant’s provocation skills were pitifully weak, and Gao Yang couldn’t be bothered with him.
But then, Li Jinfang stepped forward, his voice hoarse, “I’ll fight you.
Anyone else wants a fight?
Bring it on.
I’m more than happy to oblige.”
Seeing Li Jinfang step forward, the Sergeant angrily retorted, “I want to fight him, not you!”
Li Jinfang calmly replied, “Beat me down, and you can fight him all you want.”
The Sergeant nodded vigorously, snarling, “Fine, I’ll teach you…”
“Sherriff, step back.
This is not your affair.”
A Lieutenant stood in front of Li Jinfang, exchanged a look with him, and said helplessly, “He doesn’t know you.”
Li Jinfang nodded, “I know.
I’ll go easy, he certainly won’t get hurt.”
The Lieutenant said with resignation, “Forget it, let’s not pour salt into a steaming pot of oil.”
After saying this helplessly, the Lieutenant looked at the crowd agitated with rage, then turned to Li Jinfang, “Alright, I know you can fight.
But there’s no way you can stop all these guys from attacking Kick Ram.
We have our ways to force him to fight personally!” (To be continued.
