Mercenary’s War
Chapter 747 - 747 Sole asking for support

747: Sole chapter, asking for support.

747: Sole chapter, asking for support.

During this time, my updating schedule has been unstable, as has the word count.

How should I put it?

I’ve had a never-ending series of troubles lately, especially with my health issues, and my child has also been unwell, which really wore me down.

You know, being accustomed to hard times, I feel happiness over the slightest ease.

Just today, after taking my child for a hospital checkup and finishing my own IV treatment, I’ve completed what needed to be done, finished writing the book, and felt not as bad as the days before.

Suddenly, it seemed like the world became beautiful again.

Well, I don’t even know what to say anymore, as I was just planning to speak off the cuff, so I’ll just write whatever comes to mind.

When I started writing War of Mercenaries, I was unemployed.

Initially, I had no intention of making money from writing, surprisingly, it turned out quite well and I could make a living by writing books.

So, I kept writing.

However, as everyone understands the current tough environment, as a newcomer, relying solely on writing to support my family is really too much pressure.

I can’t afford to fall ill, and each hospital visit for my child means my royalties wouldn’t last until the end of the month.

So two months ago, despite initially planning to write full-time, I ultimately found a job, and since then, the updates and word counts have been unstable.

Working and writing at the same time, I’ve found that my body indeed can’t bear the strain.

To be honest, no matter how hard these times have been, I haven’t stopped updating because I’m afraid that if I stop, I may never be able to start again …

After working for two months, I realized where my limits lay, and now I feel it’s not bad to concentrate on just one thing.

Choosing between work and writing is pretty easy for me.

I prefer writing books, so, I’ve decided to quit my job and focus on writing.

In the end, my courage to resign and become a full-time author comes from everyone’s support, which is beyond doubt.

Without sufficient subscriptions, I wouldn’t dare to write full-time; the pressure is just too great …

I would like to share the achievements with you now.

War of Mercenaries has already reached two thousand seven hundred average subscriptions.

Although it’s in the urban category, it’s essentially a military novel.

Achieving these numbers is quite good, so first, let me thank everyone for your support, I truly appreciate it.

To those reading this single chapter, including the subscribed members who can see it, there might also be some friends who are reading pirated versions.

So, the following part is addressed to those friends.

War of Mercenaries is about to reach two thousand seven hundred average subscriptions, just three hundred short of qualifying for the premium channel, and whether a book makes it to the premium channel represents much, at least a certain degree of success.

I sincerely hope to see War of Mercenaries enter the premium channel soon.

I really want to make a name by writing books; hence, I must now ask for help from friends who genuinely like this book but are reading pirated versions.

If you find the book appealing, truly enjoy it, and have the ability to subscribe, please do so.

I would be forever grateful.

There’s much more I want to say, but I can’t write further, as that would exceed one thousand words.

So, I’ll stop here.

Once again, thanks to all the brothers and sisters who support me.

I salute you.
