Noticing Zhou Yicen’s indifference, the manager continued to speak nonchalantly, "Did you have a fight with your girlfriend?" She asked on purpose.

Shaking his head, Zhou Yicen remained silent. Nevertheless, the confusion in his eyes was clearly visible. Clearly, there was some issue between him and his girlfriend.

"As someone who’s been through it, if you don’t mind, you can share your problems with me. Who knows, I might be able to give you some good advice." The manager baited him, like a grey wolf luring a white rabbit.

"Can you really help me?" Left with no other options, Zhou Yicen looked towards the manager, a hint of desperation in his eyes.

Zhou Yicen shook his head immediately, "I didn’t really know why I did that. I pushed her away on impulse. I guess... my Qiaoqiao, deserves the best of everything." His gentle eyes were filled with determination.

"Hehe..." The female boss laughed cheerfully, "It looks like you are indeed a good child; however..." She suddenly stopped in the middle of the sentence.
