Martial Cultivator
Chapter 775.2: A Bad Heart Lies Under the Skin - Part 2

“Madam! Hurry up and go!”

Liu Tong shouted, then charged forward with his saber.

Though his cultivation was not high, he was fierce and brave. After that shout, the rest of the guards also surged forward. For a moment, they even seemed to have the upper hand.

However, Captain Li merely sat tall on horseback, watching this chaotic battle, completely unconcerned. Although the men he brought this time were not armored, they were, without exception, seasoned from the mountains of corpses and seas of blood on the battlefield. In terms of coordination and killing, these guards before him were utterly insignificant.

Captain Li simply fixed his gaze on the woman and the young girl ahead, eyes narrowing slightly. He had long heard that in bed, there were many pleasures one could only stumble upon by luck.

Like savoring twin sisters.

But even that could not compare to mother and daughter together.

That kind of flavor, only after personally experiencing it, would one understand.

Captain Li watched as the woman pulled the girl and ran off into the distance. He was not in a hurry. He gently nudged the horse's belly, slowly chasing after them.

He was waiting for this mother and daughter to exhaust themselves. Only then would it be time to unleash himself fully.

Liu Tong took one glance at Captain Li, let out a shout, and broke free from the crowd. Then he leaped up, slashing his saber at Captain Li.

Captain Li sneered. His long spear swept across to block the strike, then spun a basic spear flourish, directly disarming the saber in Liu Tong's hand.

Then, he thrust forward with the long spear. It was originally aimed at Liu Tong's heart, but the man had some skill. He rolled his body, and in the end, the spear merely pierced through his shoulder.

Captain Li lifted Liu Tong with the spear expressionlessly, shook him forcefully, and flung him aside.

Having spent years in the military, he might not have been a top general, but he was famously born with divine strength. With one arm, he had the strength of a thousand catties. Wielding this hundred-plus-catty spear was no challenge at all.

Liu Tong was thrown by the tremendous force and crashed into a carriage, flipping it over and spilling many things from within.

Captain Li narrowed his eyes at a glance, but did not bother with Liu Tong. He spurred his horse to chase after the mother and daughter in the distance.

He had already planned to use the girl's safety to force the woman to strip off her clothes piece by piece, and then use the woman's safety to threaten the girl.

Just imagining it made Captain Li feel heated.

Yan Fadu who was behind him stared at Captain Li's back. A trace of unwillingness flashed in his eyes, but it quickly disappeared.

To him, no matter how beautiful a woman was, it did not matter. What mattered most was wealth, gold and silver.

Captain Li soon caught up to the panting mother and daughter just a few dozen steps ahead. These were women who normally did not even step out the front gate or the second gate, how far could they run?

“Madam, why waste your strength? If you have that much energy, wouldn't it be better used serving me in a while?”

Captain Li dismounted the horse, planted his long spear into the ground, and walked forward slowly. The girl picked up a stone from the ground and threw it, but Captain Li dodged it effortlessly.

The next few stones were the same.

Captain Li stood before the woman, sniffed, and said, “Madam truly is a rare beauty. Even your sweat is fragrant.”

The woman's expression was ugly as she glared at the towering man before her. She gritted her teeth and said, “Spare my daughter!”

Captain Li smiled, “That's not impossible. It depends on how Madam thanks me.”

The girl tugged on her mother’s sleeve and shook her head. “Mother, let's die together. Don't do that sort of thing. Let's die together today and go find Father.”

Pain filled the woman’s face. She shook her head.

“Madam, it's such a perfect moment. I really don't want to waste any more time. Your daughter's life or death depends on your decision.”

Captain Li stared at the woman, as if in the next moment, he would see her shapely breasts.

The woman was still hesitating.

The girl was sobbing uncontrollably.

After all, she was just a young girl.

The woman reached out to wipe her daughter's tears, but found she could not wipe them clean no matter what.

The light in her eyes slowly faded. Numbly, she said, “If you had known we'd be bullied like this after your death, would you still have gone to that Great Wall?”

She had never once blamed her husband, but now, she could not help feeling disappointed.

Yes, what woman would not want to spend her life under her husband's protection?

No matter how stormy, with him there, there was always an umbrella.

Captain Li narrowed his eyes and grinned, “Madam, what does it matter whether you resent him or not? Better think about how you're going to serve me.”

The woman said nothing more and slowly reached for her waist.

Captain Li watched with great interest.

In his eyes, no view in the world could compare to the sight of a woman undressing before him.

“If I were you... cough cough... I'd be thinking... cough... how many wicked things I've done in my life.”

A weak voice, suddenly sounded out with some coughing.

Captain Li turned, narrowed his eyes, and looked behind him.

Not far away, a young man in black was struggling to walk out of a carriage. Then, he stumbled his way over here.

He was coughing as he staggered.

Captain Li found the scene absurd.

The young man’s face was pale, blood at the corner of his lips, clearly from tearing his wounds while getting up.

“A sickly wretch?”

Captain Li narrowed his eyes. “And the Madam talks about chastity? Didn't you keep pretty boy hidden in the carriage?”

A hint of confusion flickered across the woman's lifeless eyes which did not get angry. She had nearly forgotten there was someone in the carriage.

It was just that...

Looking at him, even if he was here, what use was there?

The black-clothed young man who was walking over here glanced at Captain Li. His gaze paused at the man's boots before he said, “Looks like someone from the army.”

“You've got a sharp eye, kid.”

Captain Li sneered. He did not bother asking who the youth was. Whatever background it was, it would just take one spear thrust.

“Since you're taking money from the imperial court, you still bully the common people? Truly deserve death.”

"Cough, cough..."

The young man looked at Captain Li and asked, “What is your rank? Who's your superior?”

Captain Li snorted coldly and said nothing. He just grabbed his spear.

The young man narrowed his eyes. A flush of abnormal red appeared on his pale face.

He reached for the saber at his side. His arm trembled from weakness and almost could not grip the saber hilt.

Captain Li laughed heartily. “You can't even hold your saber and want to scare me? What a joke!”

But just as he said this, Captain Li stopped laughing.

Because the young man had drawn his saber.

The woman's eyes widened.

Because she saw the Captain Li who was in front of her... fall to both sides.

The living, breathing Captain Li, had been cleaved in half with a single slash.
