"First you’re all going to undergo one month of physical training and three months of basic training"

The students began mumbling amongst themselves but all of them stopped at the same time and started looking around as the entire hall felt like it was on fire before looking forward.

Freya’s sister had a smile on her face as her entire body was radiating enough heat to heat the entire hall without raising some much as a finger.

"If any of you is able to withstand the heat for two minutes, the student gets to skip basic training" she spoke as she walked forward.

All the instructors mumbled some words and the next moment the heat increased double fold, it felt like the hall was being engulfed in flames but it was just heat, even Freya was sweating and breathing heavily.

"Please" the entire hall began to plead and slowly the heat reduced till reached the normal temperature.

"Since you all understand the use of basic training I’ll continue, all of you might have powerful spells but even put together none of you would be able to defeat any of the magic instructors, because your basic is weak"

"Yes" Ethan spoke and all the students turned their attention towards him.

"Can the Mana skin block physical attacks?" Ethan asked.

"That’s also a good question and the answer is no, the Mana skin can’t block against physical attacks of any kind" the instructor spoke.

One after the other the students placed their hands on the crystal, and the color changed according, some element sure as sensory was purple, and students with dual affinity had half and half color of both elements.

Finally, Ethan was in front of the line, and all the instructors’ eyes were on him like they were watching him, he quickly faced down and placed his hands on the crystal.

Slowly the crystal turned red and soon it was divided into two and then three, and four, five, and soon the crystal went dark even though his hands were still on the crystal.

’Is this broken?’ Ethan muttered as he looked towards the instructors who had a surprised look on their faces as they stared at him.

Ethan quickly removed his hands from the crystal, turned around, and walked away, none of the instructors called him back so he went towards his seat.

"I told you we should find out, now you see" Freya’s sister muttered to Maria and Selena.

"He has all the affinities in the world, how is that possible?"
