“Adrian,” Stella called him gently with a smile.

“Who is calling me? Why does it sound like Darling’s voice?”

Adrian woke up in a daze.

Adrian looked at Stella with his big blue eyes wide open in disbelief.

Stella looked at Adrian and smiled.

“Darling is cured. Adrian is very happy.” Adrian realized that Stella was cured. He happily put his arms around Stella’s neck and burst into tears.

“Darling is cured. Why is Adrian crying? He should be happy, not sad.”

Stella patted Adrian’s back, trying to stop him from crying.

“Well, Adrian, don’t cry. Adrian, you should laugh.”

Adrian choked with sobs. He didn’t want Stella to worry, but he just couldn’t hold back his tears.

Ruben looked at RK in disbelief. How could Stella make a sound all of a sudden? It was unbelievable.

“Ruben, if you don’t speak, no one treats you as a mute.”

Emily looked at Ruben unhappily. What did he mean by that? Did he not want Stella to be fine?

When Ruben heard Emily’s words, he immediately shut up. He couldn’t afford to offend this little girl right now.

RK smiled to himself when he saw how frustrated Ruben was. It seemed that someone would be able to take care of his unreasonable brother in the future.

“Look at you, you are crying like a cat.”

Stella washed Adrian’s face.

Adrian saw Stella smiling in the mirror. He just curled up his lips and didn’t speak. He didn’t admit that he was crying like a cat.

Stella helped Adrian pack up and took Adrian to have breakfast.

Holding Adrian’s hand, Stella walked to RK and the others and sat down.

Stella picked up a piece of strawberry cake and handed it to Adrian.

Looking at Emily and Ruben’s expectant eyes, Stella could only smile helplessly.

“Emily, Ruben, you two don’t have to keep looking at me like that!”

As soon as Stella spoke, Emily and Ruben reacted.

Emily stood up and carried Adrian to the seat where she had just sat. Then she sat down next to Stella and looked at Stella in disbelief.

Ruben wanted to push RK over, but when he saw RK’s expression, he could only sit where he was and looked at Stella with wide eyes.

Adrian seemed to have no reaction to it at all and continue to eat the piece of strawberry cake that Stella gave him.

“I am cured.”

Stella looked at the two of them helplessly. “I am feeling better. Aren’t you two happy for me?”

“Stella.”

Emily looked at Stella as if she was about to cry.

“Stop, stop.”

Stella slapped Emily’s face. She didn’t want to see Emily cry. She had just coaxed Adrian. She didn’t want to coax another one.
