As soon as RK returned to the RK Mansion, he saw Ruben sitting on the sofa in the living room in a daze.

RK handed the suit to Aunt Maya, walked to the wine cabinet, and poured two glasses of red wine. He walked to the sofa with two glasses of red wine and handed one of them to Ruben.

“Rene, can you reduce the time? You want to pursue your wife, so I will need to find a wife too.” Ruben reached out to take the red wine from RK’s hand, took a sip, and looked at him pitifully.

“You want to find a sister-in-law for me, I won’t stop you. But you have to manage the company as well.” RK acted as if he couldn’t see Ruben’s eyes. He sat down on the sofa and took a sip of red wine, thinking about what had happened tonight.

“But, I have been managing the company for you for such a long time, so I don’t have a time to find a wife.” RK looked at Ruben and found that his brother was not good at all.

“That’s none of my business.” RK placed his glass on the table, stood up, and walked up the stairs.

Ruben looked at RK’s back and wanted to run away.

However, Ruben was still worried about his life and didn’t dare to run away. He could only think about it.

Ruben was lost in thought when his phone rang. He looked at the caller ID and immediately felt troubled.

“Hey, what’s the matter? Didn’t I tell you that I am going to rest for half a year?” Ruben answered the phone and said impatiently before the other party could say anything.

“Ruben, I am not talking about this. I am just saying that you managed to keep the news under wraps, but I don’t think you will be able to keep it under wraps the next time this kind of news happens. After all, you have been missing for so long, and all the major media outlets want to know what you are doing right now.” It was Ruben’s manager who had called. He couldn’t understand why Ruben had suddenly suspended the meeting just when he was in his spirits.

Ruben thought back to the day when he pulled Emily and crazily run on the street and felt very comfortable. It had been a long time since he had felt so relaxed.

After thinking for a while, Ruben dialed Emily’s number.

Emily looked at the caller ID on her phone and saw that it was Ruben. Without thinking, she pressed the reject button.

Ruben made several phone calls, but no one answered. The expression on Ruben’s face immediately changed.

“Emily, don’t let me catch you.” Ruben held his phone tightly and stared at Emily’s number on the screen.

Emily shuddered fiercely, but she didn’t think too much. She just covered her body with a quilt and closed her eyes to sleep.

In the middle of the night, Stella woke up and poured herself a glass of water as usual. Then she walked to the window and looked at the familiar place downstairs. There was no longer a car she was familiar with, and there was no man she was familiar with standing there.

Stella drank up the water and went back to her room to sleep.

Over the RK Mansion, RK realized that he had gotten used to standing outside Stella’s house during this time. He wasn’t used to not going there today and couldn’t fall asleep either.
