As soon as RK entered the bed, Stella seemed to feel the warmth of RK’s body and immediately got into RK’s arms.

RK hugged Stella and saw that she was no longer shivering. The tension in his heart slowly dissipated.

After getting off the plane, he went to deal with something. He went to pick up Stella and felt a little tired. Stella was in his arms again, which made him feel a little relieved. Holding Stella in his arms, RK slowly fell asleep.

Evan rushed over immediately. As soon as he entered RK’s bedroom, he found that he seemed to have seen something that he shouldn’t have seen.

Stella opened her eyes in a daze and found that she was in RK’s arms. When she was about to sit up, she found that Evan had come in.

"Stella, you’re awake."

RK lifted the blanket and stood up. After he tucked Stella in, he walked up to Evan and patted him on the shoulder.

Evan felt RK’s hand and turned to smile awkwardly at him.

RK motioned for Evan to go out for a while and he would call him in later, Evan immediately went out.

RK walked to the wardrobe and found a thicker set of clothes for Stella. He went to the bedside and handed it to Stella.

Stella took the clothes and looked at RK...

RK noticed that Stella had been looking at him, so he said, "Put on your clothes. Why are you looking at me?"

Stella smiled and said, "Are you going to stand here and watch me change my clothes?”

Hearing Stella’s words, RK felt very embarrassed. He immediately turned around and walked out of the door.

When RK stepped out of the door, Stella quickly removed the blanket and began changing her clothes.

About ten minutes later, Stella changed her clothes, opened the door, and went downstairs to the living room.

"Sister-in-law, Rene just told me that you were drenched in the rain. I think you must have a fever. This is a medicine for the fever. Take it quickly." Hearing Evan’s words, Stella glanced at RK and turned her eyes to the tea table. She found a cup of water and two pieces of medicine.

Stella walked to the tea table and frowned as she looked at the pill.

In the end... she picked up the pill and put it in her mouth. Then she quickly picked up the cup and drank a few mouthfuls of water.

"Evan, thank you..." Stella smiled at Evan.

Evan shook his head.

"You’re still not feeling well. Go back to bed and rest." RK looked at the pale-faced Stella.

Stella nodded and turned to go upstairs.

"Rene, are you still with Sophia?" Evan looked at RK with a frown.

"It’s none of your business."

"It’s still raining outside. Why don’t you stay here tonight?" RK said and turned to leave. He went upstairs, leaving Evan to watch RK’s back as he left.

Stella didn’t rest when she returned to her bedroom. On the contrary, she stood by the window and watched the rain that didn’t seem to stop outside.

The night was getting darker and darker, and the whole room was too dark to be seen.

There was only the sound of the rain hitting the window outside...

When the light suddenly turned on, Stella turned around. She narrowed her eyes and saw RK walking in.

"Go to sleep."

RK looked at Stella, who was standing by the window. After saying that, he walked into the bathroom.

Stella returned to the side of the bed and lay down.

After RK came out of the shower, what caught RK’s eye was Stella, who was sleeping with her eyes closed.

RK looked at Stella for a while, then turned off the light in the bedroom and went out.

Entering the cafe, Stella saw Sophia by the window at a glance.

"Tell me, what can I do for you?" Stella sat down and asked Sophia directly for her purpose. She did not want to have too much contact with Sophia.

"Do you know where I went with Rene this month?" Sophia looked at Stella proudly. She didn’t believe that Stella didn’t want to know.

"Where you went has nothing to do with me." Stella looked at Sophia indifferently.

"If you don’t want to know, I’ll still tell you." Looking at Stella, Sophia didn’t believe that Stella was as calm as she looked.

"Rene and I went abroad to play. I was unhappy, so Rene took me to France. France is too romantic. If I didn’t want Rene to delay his work because of me, he and I would have to go to other countries."

Sophia was like a child, as if she had obtained something good and wanted to show off in front of others.

"Well, do you have anything else to say? If you don’t, I’ll go first."

To be honest, Stella was not as calm as she looked, but she did not want to show any expression in front of Sophia.

Stella didn’t want to waste any more time with Sophia, so she stood up and left.

Sophia watched as Stella’s back and her hands clenched tightly under the table. Her nails were digging into her flesh, but she didn’t feel anything at all.

"Wait for me, Stella. One day, I’ll make you leave RK crying!"
