Chapter 394 Rekindle your feelings

Chapter 394: Chapter 394 Rekindle your feelings

After resting for a while, Violet saw that Stella had almost recovered, so she took her to buy lunch and then sent her home.

“Since you are ill this time, It will give you more time to spend with Adrian, lets this kid forget about her mother when he leaves. I will call RK right away and ask him to send Adrian over. It will also give you and RK some time to spend together and rekindle your feelings.” Violet smiled with excitement.

“I have a cold and Adrian might catch it,” Stella said feebly.

“Don’t be afraid, as your `daughter-in-law’, I know Adrian’s health best. He certainly won’t catch a cold.” Violet was full of confidence. “What’s more, this is an ordinary fever. Who can the fever affect?”

With a look of certainty on her face, Violet happily took Stella’s phone and called RK.

“Hello.” After the call was connected, Violet heard RK’s usual tone of answering the phone.

“Hey, Is it RK? I am Stella’s friend. She is ill and has a fever, but it is serious. She is unconscious now. Can you bring Adrian to see her if you have time?”

Perfect. Violet silently gives herself a full score in her heart.

“She is sick? How could be she sick? Did she go to the hospital?” It was evident that RK was nervous. “Can she answer the phone now? Please give her the phone.”

With a sly look on her face, Violet handed the phone to Stella.

“Stella, why didn’t you tell me that you are ill?” RK’s tone was full of displeasure.

“It’s okay. I just caught a cold. It’s not a big deal.”

“Why do you say that it’s not a big deal? Have you gone to the hospital for an infusion? What did the doctor say?”

Stella was speechless. Shouldn’t this kind of concern be so touching? Since when did she have such a tendency to be tortured?

“Yes, the doctor said that I should get another drip again tomorrow,” Stella replied honestly.

“Don’t make breakfast when you get up tomorrow morning, and don’t move around at home. Just wait for me obediently.”

“Ah? You don’t have to do that. It’s not a big deal.” Besides, if she was to ask the president of a big company to go with her to get an IV drip, she would feel a little embarrassed.

“If I go to your house tomorrow and you are not at home, or if you don’t wait for me obediently, you will have to bear the consequences.”

After that, RK hung up the phone.

Stella held her phone and looked at Violet, speechless. The latter’s face was full of excitement as if she had expected it.

Great, that’s great. In that case, she wouldn’t have to go to the hospital with Stella the next day.

There was no doubt that Violet was overjoyed. Stella looked at her with an unhappy expression.

“Will it be boring and painful for you to wait with me while I get an IV drip?”

“No, that’s not it all. How could it that be.” Violet smiled obsequiously. “Isn’t it this RK’s domineering way? I am happy for you.”

“Hmph.” Stella’s face was full of disbelief.

Violet took a day off on purpose this morning. When Stella was about to go to bed, Violet left. Lying on the bed, Stella felt that the latter must have encountered something in the hospital, or seen someone she must on see. Otherwise, her behaviour that day wouldn’t be like that. However, since Violet didn’t want to say it, Stella wouldn’t force her.

Let nature take its course...

When Violet got home, she was exhausted and laid down on the sofa.

She had always thought that Willy would never appear in front of her again. She had thought that she had moved on everything in the past, but when they heard his name and knew that he was nearby, her heart would still be in a mess and she didn’t know how to deal it with. What should she do? What could she do to completely get him out of her life?

In the beginning, she had always thought that she was an invincible person who could make money from nothing. When something happened, she never needs to rely on others. She could deal with everything by herself.

Therefore, her parents had trusted her since she was a child. They believed that she was a good girl who was independent and resourceful. They would support her in whatever she did, but they would never help her. They wanted her to be self-reliant, and she had indeed become such a person. If she encountered any problem, she would never be at a loss.

It was a pity that since she met Willy, he had taken over the responsibilities for her, given her someone to lean on, and made her feel warm. She relied on him and trusted him. She simply felt that they could be together happily for the rest of their lives. She had thought through everything. She felt that it was her luck to be able to give him the rest of her life, which was a blessing. Unexpectedly, that luck, that blessing, finally left her.

At that time, he said that he wanted to break up with her. She held back her tears and asked him why. She hoped that he was just playing a prank on her, hoping that he would say to her with a smile, “I was just trying to scare you”, but he didn’t. He didn’t say anything, only “sorry.”

“Don’t say sorry to me. An apology can only bring you peace of mind, not my relief,” she said at that time. “I won’t forgive you. I will hate you forever.”

At that time she was extremely angry.
