Before Makalin could do anything, a formidable presence immediately locked onto her.

A gentle yet unequivocal voice penetrated her ears.

“Your curse is not unbreakable; in fact, it would naturally dissipate upon your death.”

As soon as Tang Qi’s words fell, Tom Holland’s face lit up.

“Kill her, kill her.”

His very being roared with the urge.

Both Lei and the notary from the trading center had unusual expressions on their faces.

Slaughter is an almost permanent element on the Mysterious Side, but the story of these two didn’t seem to warrant murder.

Of course, if Tang Qi really wanted to kill Makalin Hild, no one on the scene could stop him.

gave a faint smile, took the corresponding reward from Tang Qi, and left by car.

Only Tang Qi and Lei remained at the street corner, the latter’s face still bearing traces of shock, evidently not yet recovered from the recent events.
