"Then I’ll go see if I can make a prototype, if our idea is correct, we can convert some of the heavy industry production lines directly into production lines for these small armors. Vian, no one has ever made such powerful armor so small and at such low cost, we’re going to change the world!"

"The world is meant to be changed."

He Ao smiled, shrugged, and watched Lian leave the office.

Then he turned to the silver-haired butler holding documents by his side and said excitedly,

"Danny, I’ve found that Lian’s mind works quickly, many of his ideas are new to me. The people from Ains have already forged a path different from Dawn City, and now I have a ton of inspiration."

The old butler didn’t speak, just looked at He Ao kindly.

After a while, He Ao calmed down. He smiled, reached out, and took the stack of documents from Danny’s hands.

He sat back in the boss chair, the noon sunlight streaming through the large glass curtain wall onto his cheeks.

He sat upright, his form elegant, flipping through the documents in his hand, his gestures were as bold as a tiger patrolling the mountains, yet as calm and intellectual as an elf bard composing a poem.

Elena, who had come in to close the office door, stood frozen, watching this scene, and for a moment, forgot everything, her mind a blank slate.

The heroes in the stories of legendary heroes probably looked just like this.

The old butler sensed her distraction, turned around, and gestured for her to be quiet.

Her face turned red, she bowed her head and slowly pulled the office door closed.

He Ao did not notice the oddity around him and quickly finished reading the documents in his hands.

"Is this all the information about Chaos?"

He Ao lifted the top few pages from that stack of documents.

"Yes."

The old butler responded softly.

He Ao’s gaze returned to the documents,

They recorded only three cases, listed in chronological order.

The first case happened fifteen years ago in Elantra City, near Kaye City, a serial murder. Some said the killer claimed to be Chaos and worshiped the God of Chaos, and the case remains unsolved to this day.

The second case occurred ten years ago in Twilight City, far away from Kaye City, a cult Sacrifice case where the cultists proclaimed themselves to be Chaos.

The third case happened five years ago in Ains City, the Federation capital, involving an organization that created riots everywhere and worshiped the God of Chaos, claiming their leader was named Chaos.

These cases of Chaos all ’worshiped the God of Chaos’ and were called ’Chaos,’ but it may not necessarily be the same person, nor necessarily the ’God of Chaos’s Chosen Chaos’ referred to by the system.

He Ao placed the files related to Chaos on the table and continued to read the documents about the God of Chaos.

Compared to the information on Chaos, the documents on the God of Chaos were quite thick, and the ones here were just a selection of the ’big events’ committed by the followers of the God of Chaos in various Federation cities in the past few months.

Due to their belief in chaos and destruction, the followers of the God of Chaos never do good, engaging in things like murder, arson, bloody sacrifices—they pretty much do whatever bad they can and are considered one of the most evil gods in the Federation with the most evil deeds.

And because they like to cause destruction everywhere and are so infamous, many criminals claim they are followers of the God of Chaos after committing crimes.

Whether they are true believers or not, the answer is always that the God of Chaos commanded it.

And it seems that the Church of the God of Chaos is quite happy to have such ’honorary believers’ of their divine being.

As a result, every so often, the Federation organizes armies from various Fortress Cities to carry out large-scale extermination of the Church of the God of Chaos.

Now the Church of the God of Chaos hardly has a complete church structure anymore; it is all spread out followers, who haven’t done anything particularly big in a long time.

But there are still many smaller incidents, such as bank robberies.

He Ao turned to the page now, which recorded a bank robbery that took place in Elantra City three months ago.

Banks now rarely hold paper money, most of it is digital currency, and the paper money stored in banks is very limited.

For example, the two largest banks in Kaye City, Nolanka Bank and Nord Bank, probably don’t hold more than five million in paper currency even at their largest branches.

Generally, the profit from robbing banks in the Federation isn’t high.

But there are exceptions to the rule.

In Elantra City, there was an important server room within the Nord bank that housed the internal network servers for cryptocurrency.

Most banks in the Federation now use online cryptocurrency transaction systems and provide services that let users open cryptocurrency accounts directly through their bank accounts.

The keys for the cryptocurrency accounts opened this way are stored within a bank’s proprietary internal network.

Under normal conditions, when users conduct cryptocurrency transactions, they need to verify the keys on their hardware wallets to transact.

However, for cryptocurrency accounts with keys stored within the bank’s internal network, users can transact directly through the bank’s application without the need for a personal hardware wallet.

This system requires multiple authentications to retrieve keys from the external to the internal network, and when under attack, the bank’s system AI can even sever the internal and external networks in real time to ensure that the users’ keys are not stolen.

This system was first developed by Nord bank. They claimed it was impregnable and aggressively promoted it.

Then, a few months ago, a group of believers from the Church of the God of Chaos, armed with laser guns, stormed the bank and physically breached the server room, inserting a virus-laden storage device directly into the internal network servers.

By the time Nord bank reacted, they had already lost five hundred million federal coins’ worth of cryptocurrency.

Due to overconfidence, they hadn’t implemented strong protections within the internal network.

This incident happened in Elantra City, which is not far from Kaye City.

He Ao pondered for a moment, then turned to the old butler beside him,

"Has Kyle been transported back yet?"

Kyle was the cultist who killed Vian’s parents.

After killing Vian’s parents, he fled into the wilderness and for over a decade, he had been drifting and committing crimes among various cities.

The only proactive thing Vian had done over the years was to contact various underground organizations and mercenaries, offering them more money, to put a bounty on Kyle’s head.

Finally, a year ago, Kyle was cornered by bounty hunters and had no choice but to surrender to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, seeking protection from the Federation.

The federal court eventually sentenced Kyle to 397 years of imprisonment, confining him to the Twilight City prison.

Vian naturally knew this news and had orchestrated a change in Kyle’s place of detention a few months ago, moving him from Twilight City prison to Kaye City prison.

The transfer process had recently concluded, and Kyle was already on his way to Kaye City.

"The fighter escorting him should be able to reach Kaye City tomorrow night."

Danny replied slowly. Clearly, this topic also disturbed his emotions.

"Hmm."

He Ao nodded slowly.

However, Kyle was not a follower of the God of Chaos but a believer in the War God.

According to the information Vian had reviewed before, the War God had had no Divine Inspiration or response to his followers for at least a hundred years, which resulted in a decline in his followers.

The War God seemed to have fallen or disappeared.

He Ao contemplated,

the information was too scattered for him to connect the dots.

As He Ao was deep in thought, Danny behind him glanced at his wristband and then wore a puzzled expression.

He said softly to He Ao, "Master Vian, there’s an interview show in our city that claims to have invited a follower of the God of Chaos as a guest. The program is about to start; do you want to check it out?"

"Hmm?" He Ao looked surprised, "Is it our channel?"

"No, it’s an entertainment channel funded by the Nord Consortium," the old butler replied softly, "They have rented the top display of the Cayenne Commerce Building across the street to broadcast the program."

The Nolanka Building and the Kaye Commerce Building are both in the center of Kaye City. The Nolanka Building is slightly taller than the Kaye Commerce Building, and between them lies Kaye City’s busiest commercial pedestrian street.

The display at the top of the Kaye Commerce Building is the largest and highest external advertisement display in Kaye City, clinging to the outer surface of the building’s top floors, visible even from two kilometers away, one of the best advertising displays in Kaye City.

He Ao stood up and walked to the glass curtain wall. From this angle, he could see the entire display on the opposite Kaye Commerce Building from top to bottom.

That display had originally been playing an ad for a smart wristband.

After the commercial ended, the screen flickered, and a portly host appeared on the screen.
