Chapter 100: The Way To Breasts?

As per usual, they highlighted various key elements of growth throughout all Geldhan companies. They congratulated those who went above and beyond, while also speaking about how the money collected for Village taxes was put into use.

"I have no issues there. The other day, I took a stroll at the school that is still under construction. I almost missed my step, wondering if I was still in our Geldhan village or not."

"Yes, yes, yes! Now, we will have our own big school, and will no longer envy children schooling in the county."

"BAH!... Who wants to envy them? Look at the scientists that are pouring into our little old village these days. They are clearly smarter and have stronger brains as hazard as a walnut. So why should we send our children far when they can learn from them?"

"These days, many people are laughing at our Geldhan village, saying no one would like to leave the county to teach here."

"Hmph! What a bunch of fools! That the blind man does not see the sun, does not mean the sun isn’t there, high up in the skies."

"Exactly! No matter how dark a room is, a man will always find his way to a woman’s breasts. In the end, the heaven’s have eyes and we have finally found our moment to shine!"

"Hey, hey, hey... I know we are villagers, but Old man McGee, don’t put such rustic sayings in our intellectual conversations. Instead, you should replace the word Breasts with Bosoms."

...

Others spoke on the matter of the schools and few academies in construction, while others spoke of the ’business’ site under construction.

"No wonder... So that place below our residential hub is going to be called Downtown Geldhan?"

"Well, it makes sense, seeing as there are many buildings underway there. I heard some will be rented out in future, with the money belonging to the village."

"That’s right, my man also bought shares for the construction of several structures. He told me that once the buildings and units are in use, we will get dividends from those too."

"Really? Then I have to let my son think about it more. There’s nothing wrong with having more money, right?"

"Thank goodness for this Dividend meeting. I was almost running dry these days. Aside from the 500,000 in the family account for emergency funds, we only have a little over 200,000 left. You know my son just got married, and the house was renovated too. Fortunately, my family has 3 shares. This time, the money realized today will complete the renovation costs, and assist in other matters."

"Yes, yes! In the last shareholder meeting, the payout before tax was 1.2 million per share. But this time, I heard this time, the payout is several times greater per share. It’s 6 Million per share in the Agricultural sector!"

"What? 6 MILLION PER SHARE? Then... then... then with my 3 shares, won’t that be 18 million before tax?"

HISS!

Money comes too soon... There was no other company like Gort’s. When one monopolizes one business, the money made was immeasurable. This example can be seen with the Barcode company.

Barcodes are a staple of every retail store imaginable. What’s more, most warehouses and shipping companies will use them to track item purchases, ID numbers, code location data, and inventory.

No one really talks about barcodes. Perhaps many neglect and forget it as insignificant. But when the barcoding system was invented, only one company had a monopoly on it. They then created a standardized method of rules, which is still used today.

Till now, The barcodes are still a monopolized item run by a single group. All companies go to that group to purchase barcodes.

So after all this time, do you know how much money they still ring in yearly?

Until a better way comes along, that said company will continue to reign supreme in the world of shipping and tracking. They make billions and The Big 3 also support the company, seeing as its 3 founders came from the BIG 3.

Monopoly over an undeniably needed product, was a sure fire way to make one millions. No one has what Gort can provide.

Foods that could make cancer reside. Foods that ward away fatigue. Foods that strengthen the body beyond known medicine. VR technologies that give one a glimpse of the future world...

Sorry, but the money they made was just too overflowing. And the crazy thing about it was that this... was just the beginning.

The masses were excited. Each share from the GF WorldTech Agriculture, was rated at 6 million per share.

For GF WorldTech Communications, each share amassed 3.1 million. Mind you, this was just the start. After all, didn’t the Agricultural sector startup like that?

Taxes are a weird thing. The higher one’s income, the higher the tax bracket.

So some people had more Government/Income taxes imposed compared to others. But all in all, no one was complaining. And as usual, the Village tax still remained the same at 0.2%

Again, one shouldn’t think that was a small amount.

0.2% of 6 million was 12,000... However, if the 400 original Geldhan village household shareholders paid 12,000, that equaled up to 4.8 million.

Mind you, some people have 2 shares, 3 shares, 5, 7 and 10. Of course, there was Gort’s family who had a massive number of shares.

For the Agricultural sector, they found that the amount for village taxes resulted in 8.3 million.

As for the Communications sector, the village taxes collected equaled up to 500,000.

In the end, the village had 8.8 million in the account to keep paying expenses for the many construction projects underway.

What’s great was that in another 2 weeks, another Dividend meeting will be held, replenishing whatever was needed. And if they ran dry before then, Gort who had billions in his account, would be more than happy to help.
