King of Titans and Dragons
Chapter 652 - 652 647 Why are they all hitting us

Chapter 652: Chapter 647: Why are they all hitting us? Chapter 652: Chapter 647: Why are they all hitting us? “Muria, why have you come!” the Dragon’s Eye, the foundation of frosty white with a faint golden glow shimmering on its surface, stared at the Titan who walked into the hall.

“Clodia, are you ready? It’s time to prepare for the expansion of the war; I can’t stay in Depluson forever.” Two years later, as promised, Muria arrived in the Ice Palace and looked at the white dragon coiled on the Ice Throne.

“Do you now have time to help me march into expansion?” Frost Queen Clodia looked at Muria somewhat surprised. “Aren’t you engaged in battles with a descendant of the Blazing Sky Gods every day?”

“Who told you that?” Muria’s brow arched slightly.

“You guys even had the audacity to bring the fight in my territory, how could I not know.” The White Dragon raised its tiny claw and scratched its chin.

Due to the battle between Muria and Irvicester, a range of unbroken mountains in her territory had been reduced to flat land. When Clodia obtained the recording crystal afterward, she recognized that one of the fighters was Muria.

“You don’t have to fret about that, just gather the legion and prepare for the march.” Muria’s mouth turned at the corner. Over the past two years, his battles with Irvicester had indeed escalated, and the mountain ranges, originally at an average altitude of over 10,000 meters, had been eliminated by their battling remnants only to be replaced with a plateau filled with craters, almost reduced to half.

However, amidst the process, there was an accidental surprise. Due to the frequent legendary-level battles, the destruction of a large number of mountains revealed a supermajor hybrid Extraordinary metal mine hidden underground open for the sky to see.

Just a guess, and at that moment, Muria saw Black steel, Blue Silver Copper, Scarlet streaked Gold, among various other low to mid-level Extraordinary metals. As such, the quantity of such super veins certainly bred high-quality Extraordinary metals which became a strategic resource.

Therefore, Muria notified Xena Pus immediately, instructing Mia to send some Mountain Dwarves to inspect the veins. Followed by, the issue of mining because the appearance of this vein was because of the fight between Muria and Irvicester, hence, it had huge controversies over the ownership of this vein. Although Irvicester is resource-sufficient, it does not mean that he can Willy-nilly give up such a scale vein.

But a simple argument later, the mining rights of this vein fell into the hands of Muria, this is because Muria simply had a question for Irvicester: Do you have angels who can mine?

How can the pure Angels who look neat and clean do such dirty and tireing work like mining? Yet, Muria’s faction doesn’t lack such existences, such as the Mountain Dwarves who drench themselves in high-degree liquor, dressed in customized cold-protective gear, and those convicted of crimes, villains all deemed by Muria as lower-class slaves.

Their end would come in the form of exhaustion and eventually dying due to the laborious work. Muria never believed he was cruel to these individuals, as it was the course they had opted for. Death amidst labor was the only way they could atone for their sins.

Eventually, according to the discussion, Muria was awarded ninety-five percent of the vein, while Irvicester only received five percent. Because Irvicester would only need to do precisely nothing and wait. No need of dispatching any angels, only had to wait for the five percent metal ores.

Muria believed himself to be very generous, but Irvicester was unsatisfied with this allocation, but there was nothing he could about it, because indeed, he didn’t have an angel who was willing to go into the mines. The metal resources of the Blazing sky God race came from the tribute of the dependent races. Therefore, the angels who didn’t suffer hardship didn’t need to persist in laborious work.

Once the super-mine got discovered, the battles between Muria and Irvicester naturally had to shift their location. Therefore, they chose those barren frost-covered lands, with few footprints. Such places were abundant in Depluson Subcontinent.

But such barrenness due to the destruction caused by battles between Muria and Irvicester had largely turned into a crater-filled prairie, even becoming a basin.

And as the battles happened so frequently, it’s possible that one of them chose Clodia’s territory for combat which brought a positive result for Clodia since the suitable areas for dwelling on her realm expanded. From another perspective, the battles between Muria and Irvicester actually benefitted the humans on Depluson Subcontinent.

“I have no problems if it’s about being prepared,” Clodia gazed at Muria. “But can you keep pace with me? This time, I plan to conquer all the human countries in the North, with the intensity of war this high, can you still back me up?”

“There are fifteen more duchies in the North! Are you sure you’re planning to conquer all at once?” Muria’s tone of surprise was clearly audible, and he felt awed at the ambitions held by the Academic Overlord White Dragon.

Each Duchy had at least one Legend, but more than one Legend resided in some. Thirty Legends lived throughout the remaining fifteen Northern Kingdoms, which was quite an astonishing number.

“Of course, totaling up, the Northern fifteen countries are just thirty-seven human Legends. What is there to fear?” White Dragon Clodia waved her Dragon Claw and spoke with a confident face,

“I’ve already investigated, the strongest among these human duchies is just one Seventh-Rank Legend. Such humans, not to mention that you, Muria, can eradicate them, even I could do so if I prepare a little meticulously. Since that’s the case, why don’t I conquer the fifteen Northern Kingdoms all at once? I should learn from those Silver Dragons of Tiago Kingdom, and establish a unified Northern Kingdom.”

“A large tree draws the wind, oh Clodia, I can help you conquer, but can you defend the territories?” Muria asked. “You are an Evil Dragon, who frequently gets attacked. A kingdom ruled by an Evil Dragon garners attention quickly and is also set upon by the Good camp’s powerhouses from the diverse continents who would even traverse the seas to attack you. You might resist the first or the second wave of attacks but could you still hold up after hundreds of waves?”

“I have started to try and contact the Tiago Kingdom! Once the kingdom gets formally established, I will establish diplomatic relations with them, obtain their recognition, and remove the ‘Evil Dragon’ tag.”

“That’s an approach, but it’s not enough. Apart from the strong figures in the Good Camp, there are dragon hunter groups who will ruthlessly hunt down any dragon they encounter. To them, a King Dragon that is merely at the Legend First Rank is an enticing prey.”

“My White Dragon Legion is currently expanding, it has already reached three thousand dragons. When I lead this legion, the strength of these dragons all will be gathered in me. At that time, even a dragon hunting team of a legendary level wouldn’t hurt me! Just like nine years ago, I can kill them off easily.”

“But in this case, you have to have this White Dragon Legion with you all the time. Once you leave, your life will be in danger.”

“I am prepared to lead this legion by my side for the next five hundred years.”

“The next five hundred years!” Muria twitched her lips, “You’re not even a hundred years old yet.”

“I’m psychologically prepared. I’m committed.”

“You are in a hurry; this is not the mindset of a dragon species. As eternal life beings, we should look to the future of thousands of years. After you advance to the High-level Legendary, ruling this glacier land will be only the next logical step for you.”

“So, you’re basically persuading me to give up this territorial expansion.” The White Dragon looked at Muria with a peculiar gaze.

“What nonsense are you talking about? If it wasn’t to help you expand, I would have left for the next subcontinent already.” Muria stepped forward, appearing in front of Clodia’s Ice Throne where she laid. He picked up her dragon body, which was “petite” compared to Titan Body, then turned around and sat on her ice throne, cradling the frost-cold white dragon’s body in his arms.

“Is your behavior appropriate?” tried to break free but found herself unable to escape from Muria’s embrace, Clodia asked. Even now, she could not put their defeat behind her.

“What’s not appropriate? You’ve been living with me since we were young, what’s wrong with that?” Muria tapped Clodia’s head, asking her not to think about these messy things.

“Aren’t you afraid that the Blazing Sky God Descendant will find out?”

“Don’t worry, even if she knew, she wouldn’t say anything.” Muria was confident and laughed, “What’s the matter? According to your logic, once I am engaged, I can’t touch other females? Or else it would be disloyalty?”

“Uh, pretty much so!” Clodia thought about it and then nodded heavily.

“Then wouldn’t your future mate dragon be unable to approach any other female except you?” Muria asked with a joking tone.

“First of all, I have never thought of having a mate.” Clodia stared at Muria and then turned her head away, “Secondly, if I really found a mate, as long as I saw him touching other females excluding me, I would turn him into a genderless dragon.”

“Would a mother insect also count?”

“….” Clodia nodded heavily, “Yes!”

“Such a pitiful thing!” Muria clucked his tongue.

The massive mobilization of troops can’t be kept hidden, so when Clodia began to assemble her Monster Legion, the whole North was thrown into panic.

Because of Clodia’s lenient and gentle policy towards the humans in her territory, there were spies and scouts from other duchies everywhere within her lands. So, any big moves she made would be known by the other duchies.

However, this was a blatant power play, even if it was leaked it didn’t matter. With overwhelming strength, she would just steamroll her way through.

The fifteen duchies of the North, under the pressure from Clodia, quickly formed the Northern Alliance within a short time. An encouraging piece of news then entered the newly established Northern Alliance: three Legendary Frost Giants, leading an army of as many as a hundred thousand Frost Giants, entered the White Dragon Kingdom.

At first, these humans were overjoyed, thinking that these Frost Giants would clash with the Frost Queen. However, when they coexisted peacefully, these humans realized that their targets also included themselves.
