King of Titans and Dragons -
Chapter 646 - 646 641 Shouldnt You Let Go of Your Hand Now
Chapter 646: Chapter 641: Shouldn’t You Let Go of Your Hand Now? Chapter 646: Chapter 641: Shouldn’t You Let Go of Your Hand Now? The scene which Mureya had once witnessed once again unfolded in the sky above Xena Pus. Two immense Sky Cities descended upon this world. Due to their massive mass, coupled with a high descending speed, intense friction occurred with the atmosphere. Consequently, huge flames were produced on their surfaces, as if two suns were falling to the ground.
This scene happened under the cover of the night, during a starlit evening. This made it more breathtaking and visually impactful than the previous landing of Michaela’s Sky City. The illumination from the two suns eradicated the darkness from the glacial lands below.
Just as before, this event took place in the sky above Xena Pus. However, due to prior warning, and an experience of witnessing it once before, Xena Pus did not descend into chaos this time. Instead, many dragons and titans reveled in viewing this once-in-a-millennium spectacle.
“Why are there two Cloud Cities?,” Mureya, astounded, raised his eyes towards the sky that was as bright as day.
“I had Feiye Ti bring my Cloud City down, too,” Irvicester, standing beside Mureya, answered.
“So, you really plan to settle here for long?” Mureya’s face darkened. This man, not content with coming down himself, had now brought his wife, even his residence, indicating he planned to stay for good. This was beyond Mureya’s endurance.
No, he wouldn’t let this happen. He needed to solve the problem! If things continued, he would have no opportunity to nurture feelings with Michaela. A golden light shone in Mureya’s eyes, and he was struck with an idea.
Mureya, having figured out a plan, couldn’t help but smile towards Irvicester, who was taken aback and frowned. “Why are you smiling?”
“I just remembered a rather interesting thing,” Mureya responded nonchalantly while looking at the two descending Cloud Cities. “What’s wrong? Are you going to control my laughter now?”
“I feel you are up to no good,” Irvicester, his brows furrowed, felt a certain discomfort. He believed his intuition to be correct, as being at his level, his instincts were almost never wrong.
“Well, your intuition is mistaken!” Mureya, still nonchalant, outright denied his suspicion.
“I’ll be on my guard against you,” Irvicester casually looked towards the already hovering Cloud Cities.
“Suit yourself,” Mureya wore a wry smile, his plan, was a straightforward scheme, which unlike devilish plots, weren’t easy to discern.
“What exactly are you planning?,” Michaela, standing beside Mureya, suddenly asked. She also sensed Mureya’s ill intentions.
“To ensure your elder brother stops disturbing us, I’ve had enough of him,” Mureya’s words echoed in the Blazing Sky Girl’s mind. “He’s been interfering repeatedly; it’s time to teach him a lesson.”
“Do bear in mind the limits.”
“Understood.” responded Mureya. He paused for a moment, “Your Blazing Sky God Race hails from the Boundless Heavenly Realm, not native inhabitants. Given the massive scale of Elasia’s world, you can effortlessly travel in and out, but aren’t the dimensions of your Cloud Cities too vast? How can you enter and exit freely?”
“Who told you that? If an otherworldly organism exceeds the level of a legend, whether it wishes to enter Elasia’s main world or the Boundless Heavenly Realm, they would be repelled.”
“But why?” Mureya suddenly realized his knowledge lacked depth. The Titan bloodlinebequeathed him knowledge and skills related to warfare, whereas the dragon race’s inheritance covered almost all facets, though lacked depth. There was a limit to the information that could be passed down through bloodlines.
“Had you ever experienced suppression when you entered the Boundless Heavenly Realm? Did you ever feel the place rejecting you? I even observed, the epic-tier individuals and Dragon Kings could also enter and exit freely. The relationship of the Boundless Heavenly Realm with Elasia is akin to being twins,” Michaela first then explained in detail
“So that’s how it is!” Mureya nodded in understanding, looking as if he comprehended it all, although only he could decipher how much he truly understood.
…
“Feiye Ti!”
As soon as the Cloud City stabilized, the ever-patient Irvicester immediately flew in. Upon entering the Cloud City, the angels fell onto one knee in veneration wherever he passed.
“Let’s go, Michaela, our sister-in-law has come down. It’s time to greet her.” Mureya, with a playful smile, pulled the Blazing Sky Girl, and they flew towards the War Weapon. This Cloud City was slightly smaller than Michaela’s.
“Wow, so this is the Cloud City? It’s practically a floating garden.” The moment Mureya entered the Cloud City, he was mesmerized. “Our sister-in-law truly has excellent taste!”
The delightful scent of flowers rushed towards them. Each inhalation and exhalation brought forth a new fragrance. This was more than just a city of flowers; it was an ocean of buds. Different fairy-like creatures with various wings fluttered within this city. These palm-sized organisms were elites among mighty magical plants.
“Does this city still have a function for war?” Mureya, looked at Michaela beside him, asked with a hint of surprise. This was because the angels he saw, each held an instrument of various designs, immersed in their own world, playing with abandon. Some were chatting over tea. There were also angels holding weapons, but they were surprisingly few.
A soldier becomes a family of soldiers, it was clear that these angels were so leisurely because of the master of Cloud City. The preferences of those at the top influence the choices of those at the bottom.
“What do you think?”
“Probably not,” Mureya scratched his chin. In this pure white city, around the buildings, along the roads, a variety of stunning flowers were planted that competed with each other for brilliance. It was like being in a quiet fairy tale.
“But how did such a perfectly good Cloud City become like this?” Mureya was really dumbfounded. The Cloud City was one of the crystallizations of wisdom of the Blazing Sky God Race, a war stronghold used for external conquests. Yet in his eyes, it had been transformed into a moving sky garden.
“My brother’s fiancée, Feiye Ti, hates war.” Michaela stated expressionlessly. Without asking, Mureya already knew that this Blazing Sky God descendant who turned her city into a sky garden must not be fond of battles, and it was clear that she wouldn’t click with Michaela either.
“In fact, there are more divine descendants like her in our clan than those who enjoy battles like me. I am the odd one in the clan,” Michaela’s tone seemed devoid of emotion, yet it also seemed to contain some indescribable emotions,
“Before I was born, my brother was the same way – he loved these seemingly meaningless plants and didn’t like battling. But when he discovered how much I loved battles, and people started gossiping about me, he forced himself to love battles just so I wouldn’t stand out so much.”
“You were never the odd one, you’re the unique Michaela.” Mureya held Michaela’s hand, knowing that her brother cared for her deeply and had even twisted his own nature for Michaela. However, this didn’t mean he could always interfere with Michaela’s life in the identity of a brother.
“From today on, you’ll no longer be alone, Mija!”
After the sweet words, Mureya moved with Michaela to the most luxurious and magnificent place in the Cloud City, and then saw a pair of eight-winged Blazing Sky God descendants whispering sweet nothings to each other.
“Bro, is this the sister-in-law you’ve been thinking about? So gorgeous, no wonder you’re thinking about her day and night.” Mureya, oblivious, interrupted their loving conversation, walked over and ignored the displeased look of Irvicester, He reached out his hand to Feiye Ti.
“Sister-in-law, nice to meet you. I am the fiancé of his sister Mija, Mureya Iapertos Eronsalas!”
“I know, no need to introduce. Your name is well-known within the Blazing Sky God Race. Who wouldn’t know your name?” Seeing the extended hand of Mureya, Feiye Ti smiled at him, reaching out and shaking Mureya’s hand. With her elegance and grace, she truly was extraordinary, “My name is Feiye Ti.”
“Am I that famous?” Mureya smiled a bit bashfully, appearing surprisingly modest.
“What do you think?” Feiye Ti playfully replied.
“I feel like your Cloud City is very lovely, the most beautiful place I’ve seen.” Mureya quickly changed the topic and profusely praised the beauty and magnificence of this Cloud City – a compliment that caused Michaela to silently regard him with admiration.
“Thank you!” It certainly pleased Feiye Ti to be praised by a Titan; however, it would seem Titans themselves couldn’t understand the hedonistic behavior of Blazing Sky God descendants, much less when it comes to offering compliments.
“Feiye Ti’s sister, can I come and visit here whenever I have free time? I feel like this is a really wonderful place to relax.” Mureya asked casually.
“Of course, you can come and visit anytime you like,” without overthinking, Feiye Ti agreed right away, “One more thing, Irvicester and I haven’t officially confirmed our relationship yet, you can call me by my name.”
When he heard Mureya’s request and his fiancee’s acceptance, Irvicester’s face darkened even further. He quickly realized what Mureya was playing at.
“Hope sister Feiye Ti won’t get bored of me in the future; I may chatter on quite a bit.” Mureya laughed heartily, casting a teasing glance at his bro, and his laughter grew even louder. The principle of reciprocity was seen here.
“Isn’t it time you let go of her hand?” Irvicester stared pointedly at Mureya and Feiye Ti’s clasped hands.
“Oh, sorry!” Mureya quickly let go, and Feiye Ti also withdrew her hand.
“It’s nothing.” Despite the situation, the female Blazing Sky God descendant Feiye Ti, maintained her graceful smile. She realized something was off, but showed no hint of it.
“Mureya, aren’t you a mismatch for this kind of environment? Can you appreciate it?” Irvicester questioned in an unfriendly tone.
“Who says I can’t appreciate it?” Mureya scoffed, “I have half the bloodline of the Golden Dragon after all. Besides, it seems to me, my appreciation of the scenery here has nothing to do with you. This is not your Cloud City; you have no jurisdiction here!”
