King of Titans and Dragons
Chapter 1313 - 1313 1298 Inviting the Monster

Chapter 1313: Chapter 1298: Inviting the Monster Chapter 1313: Chapter 1298: Inviting the Monster “You’re going too?” Tiffany became excited.

“Of course, I can’t rest easy with you two following Father around. Without my restraint, who knows how much trouble you might cause him, how much additional burden.”

The young girl, with pure blood of the Ancient Gods flowing through her veins, had an elegant and gentle demeanor. Seeing Muria, she couldn’t help but sigh in admiration.

His daughter had already grown up, thinking of her Father’s welfare. Of course, there was only one who did so. As for the other two, it seemed unlikely they’d let him rest easy.

“Sister, how can you say that? How could I possibly add to Father’s troubles?” Hearing Gladys’s words, Tiffany said with dissatisfaction, “Ketiya and I are going to help Father!”

“You both…”

“When did I agree to take you with me?” Hearing the topic his three daughters had begun discussing, Muria asked in some surprise.

“Ah! Is it not allowed?” Tiffany asked disappointedly, and although Gladys and Ketiya did not speak, their expressive eyes conveyed their thoughts fully.

“You all really want to go that badly?”

“Father, in Elasia, I can’t find a worthy opponent anymore. To indulge in a thrilling battle has become an impossibility. If I want to find an opponent to fight to the death, I must venture to the Void,” Ketiya said seriously to Muria, explaining her reason for wanting to visit the Void.

“And you two? Why do you want to go to the Void?”

“Elasia is too boring. I want to see if there’s anything interesting in the Void!”

“I don’t trust the two of them going alone.”

The youngest and the eldest daughter each gave their reasons, appearing quite reasonable, causing Muria to fall into deep thought.

As a Father, he had the responsibility to protect his children as they grew. However, he was well aware that when they reached a certain level of maturity, they would naturally leave his protection to carve their own paths, and only then would they have a future.

Muria knew that his daughters would someday, like his eldest son, enter the Void at some point in the future and forge their own legends.

But what one encounters in the Void is entirely random, requiring one to assume tremendous risks. As their Father, it was natural for him to worry endlessly.

So rather than letting them venture out on their own, he preferred them to travel within the bounds of his influence, keeping the risks they would encounter controllable.

“Hmm, good reasons. All three of you, come back with me and prepare!” Muria nodded and then raised his hand to bridge the space where he was with the Main Material World, taking his three daughters, who were wandering out of boredom, back to the Empire.

Pure white fog drifted through the lavish and vast palace complex, pleasing to the eye and adding an ethereal touch to the sprawling series of palaces.

In fact, this pure mist, condensed from extreme cold, could cause any creature that failed to notice it significant hardship. For those with insufficient strength, they could even be turned into ice sculptures within the Ice Palace.

Of course, for the being who suddenly appeared at this time, this icy fog was no different from ordinary clouds, valuable only for its aesthetic pleasure.

“It’s been a while, Clotia. Are you well?”

Inside the towering Ice Palace, Muria smiled as he looked at the White Dragon languidly raising her sleek neck from the Ice Throne.

“Muria!” Upon seeing Muria’s arrival, the White Dragon who had just awakened from her slumber showed a slight surprise but quickly regained her composure. After hearing his words, she nodded, “Thanks to your protection, I am doing quite well.”

“You saying that is really…” Muria said with a smile, shaking his head as he observed the diligent White Dragon who used to serve under him. She had been the strongest dragon in his command and was the first among the Different Species Dragons to establish her own domain.

Now, after more than a thousand years, White Dragon Clotia had become even more outstanding. Judging by her Dragon Body, which is larger than any Primordial Giant Dragon and on par with Legendary Dragons, she had broken free from the shackles of the poorest bloodline bestowed by the Five Colored Dragons and had forged her own path.

Just this fact alone told Muria that this diligent and scholarly dragon, which had become lazy over time, possessed the stature of a Dragon King. Given the chance, she could become one.

“With your current strength, as long as you take a little care, you can go anywhere in the vast world,” he said.

“But that’s just it. Relying on myself alone, this is as far as I’ve come. It’s the limit,” Clotia stated, her sapphire-like Dragon’s Eyes fixed intently on Muria.

“It seems you’ve heard the news,” he said.

“Yes, your grandson has informed me of your return and the gathering of the Legion, asking whether I would join you to the Void.”

“And your answer is?”

“Of course, I’m willing,” said Clotia without hesitation. When Muria first ventured into the Void, she hadn’t followed, a trace of pride held within her heart back then. As time passed, she had come to terms with everything.

Having risen through self-reliance and struggle is certainly commendable and inspiring. However, it’s extremely foolish to deliberately not take advantage of a helping hand when one is available, making things unnecessarily difficult for oneself. Embracing help isn’t something to be ashamed of.

Such realization becomes increasingly clear when her power could no longer advance. Without the backing of a powerful family, depending on herself to venture into the Void, the chances of falling were as high as ninety-nine percent.

Yet, with her temperament, she was unwilling to choose the path of ascending to godhood through faith. She didn’t want that; she wanted to become the Dragon King, able to roam freely in the Void, unrestricted by any bonds.

“You actually don’t need to come personally. When the time comes, I will lead the Legion and arrive at Xena Pus on schedule!”

“You are the most talented and powerful dragon under my command, so it’s necessary for me to come this time if you’re accompanying me to the Void.”

“These formalities are meaningless. My fate will be determined by you, and I will follow any order you give,” Clotia said, shaking her head slightly and subtly expressing her stance.

Upon hearing these words, a smile appeared on Muria’s face. With such ambition to stand out among dragons, he naturally painted a large picture for her, “I’m planning to take over a great world. Help me, and the day our efforts succeed will be the day you ascend to Dragon King.”

“A great world?” Clotia’s expression changed, about to say something, but she saw Muria’s figure gradually fading before her eyes, signaling his departure.

“The specific plan, I’ll go into detail with you after you come with me to the Void. Now, I’m going to invite the others.”

“Leaving without finishing the conversation, what a tease!” Clotia muttered with slight dissatisfaction as Muria left, yet her curiosity was completely piqued.

The great world, she was no ignorant newcomer to the Void; she knew well what it implied.

Worlds were ranked, and even the least of the great worlds always had a certain number of Divine Beings guarding them, and could consistently produce beings as extraordinary as Epics.

To plot for a great world, such an endeavor might seem laughable given Muria’s current power, but thinking of the force he represented, her Dragon Heart surged with excitement.

Lockman Kingdom

“Brother Muria!”

When Muria arrived at the palace of the kingdom he once ruled, letting loose an aura devoid of any oppression, a blue-haired, red-eyed Loli, who seemed to be on the cusp of growing up, suddenly appeared, throwing herself at Muria with a look of surprise and delight.

“Remilia!”

Holding the tall Loli, whose eyes briefly glinted with a golden sparkle, Muria chatted up cheerfully with her, then asked about her best playmate, Yingdila’s whereabouts.

“Yingdila? I don’t know what’s wrong with her, but for over a hundred years, she’s been sleeping all the time. I’ve been calling her to play, but she ignores me,” complained the Loli, who possessed a Bloodline close to that of the Blood Clan’s progenitor and had been transformed from long-term exposure to Muria.

“Maybe she’s entered some special stage? Like the Dragon Race before their next growth period, they all must go through a period of slumber,” said Muria.

“But she’s been asleep for over a hundred years now. I’m so lonely without anyone to play with.”

“You are the queen, shouldn’t your mind be on more than just playing?” Muria admonished. Although it was a kingdom, it still had vast territories and a multitude of messy affairs to deal with.

“So what if I’m the queen? Can’t queens play?”

“Most of your time should be spent addressing state affairs.”

“That doesn’t need my concern, the officials from the Empire you established come and help me with it,” said Remilia nonchalantly and rather thick-skinnedly, “They handle it better than I could.”

“Aren’t you just being sidelined then?” Muria couldn’t help but smile wryly.

“What sidelined? The army and the nobles still follow my commands; it’s just that I have a few extra helpers for administrative matters. And they are your people, brother, why should I worry?”

“You really are something… Anyway, would you like to come with me to the Void? To another world?” Muria suddenly thought to ask the Loli.

“Together with you, brother? Yes, sure!” Without much thought, Remilia agreed.

“…” Facing such a guileless queen, Muria didn’t know what to say. “Take me to where Yingdila sleeps; I’ll see if I can wake her up.”

“Are you planning to bring Yingdila along?”

“Yes, she can be of great help to what I’m looking to do,” Muria replied with a smile, but within that smile, there was a gravity the tall Loli failed to notice. It was directed at the special creature hatched from an egg of unknown origin from the Void.

“What are you planning to do, brother? I can help you too!”

“I want to conquer the world.”
