Chapter 1187: Chapter 1174: Grazing Civilization, Ideological Transformation Chapter 1187: Chapter 1174: Grazing Civilization, Ideological Transformation “Boss, it’s coming, it’s here.”

Feeling the threat looming above that made every Scale on Titan stand on end, Auston immediately panicked. Although he knew it was just an Avatar and not the Epics in person, to him it felt the same.

In the sky above the Nameless Mountains, now dyed red with the blood and Qi of powerful Creatures locked in mutual slaughter, an insignificant strand of Black Mist appeared, followed by a second, a third… And then, Darkness spread across the Sky, devouring all Light, causing all things to wither and fade.

“Save me!” Seeing this omen that even changed the color of heaven and earth, Red Dragon Auston cried out in his mind. However, on the surface, he still maintained a rampant and defiant evil dragon’s countenance, not disgracing himself nor Muria.

“What’s the panic! I’ve been here all along.” Seeing Auston’s fierce exterior but genuinely frightened demeanor, Muria laughed and cursed.

“It’s descending!” Red Dragon Auston raised his head high, staring into the center of the darkened Sky, flames burning in his eyes, unaffected by the lightless World.

Eyes appeared one after another in the Sky, carrying a destructive Light that flowed between the pupils, but at the same time, they brought Light to this World now plunged into Darkness.

The war came to a halt the moment the Descent of the Evil God began. The Storm Giants Riding Giant Peng circled around Red Dragon Auston, united against the Evil God. Meanwhile, the surviving one-eyed giants prostrated themselves in the air, welcoming the descent of their master.

“The minions of the Dragon God!” The Evil God’s Avatar, already descended but only its eyes visible, looked down condescendingly at the battlefield below. Even as it witnessed its Minions being slaughtered, it showed little emotional fluctuation.

“Leave this place, and I can forgive all the harm you’ve caused to my Minions!”

“What nonsense are you spouting, forgiving us? From whence comes this Evil God, you’ve truly made me laugh!”

Auston looked up at the dense swarm of eyes above, fear growing within him. It wasn’t that he was a coward; it was mere suppression by a higher order of life.

When he felt fear amidst the suppression, the naturally malevolent Red Dragon acted even more wildly, for he knew he had an equivalent presence at his back.

This was also why the Hundred-Eyed Evil God’s Avatar didn’t strike immediately upon its arrival—it felt the presence of that proud Sky God among those Creatures slaughtering its Minions.

“Like your Ruler, but he hasn’t taught you how to face another Sky God, has he?”

The Darkness between heaven and earth thickened even further, and a more terrifying oppression descended from the Sky, crushing the inherently wicked Red Dragon. The roiling Darkness in the Sky also grew more intense.

“I know how to face an Epic, but I believe there’s no need to show any respect to an entity like you.”

The ferocious Red Dragon lifted his haughty head, staring at the Evil God’s Avatar suspended in Darkness, “Do you know what your kind is called in my World? An abomination.”

“For such offense, I will erase you from this World, and the Dragon God won’t have a say.”

The indifferent Soul Sound issued by the Hundred-Eyed Evil God’s Avatar focused on the Giant Dragon below that dared to call it an abomination.

“There wouldn’t be much to say indeed. If you erase him, then I shall find a way to erase you from the Void.”

A golden Light surged from the boundary of the sky and the earth, like the rising sun, dispersing the Darkness that Covered the Sky and the earth. Within the sun, the silhouette of a Heroic Titan appeared, grand and majestic.

The Titan stepped forward, and the golden Light that accompanied his advance gradually dispelled the Darkness from this domain of Sky and earth. In an instant, the intense Light even drove away the Darkness enshrouding the Evil God’s Avatar, revealing the ugly and savage Monster in the Light.

It was an abnormal, undulating mass of flesh, covered with over thirty eyes of various sizes, each harboring a dangerous Light capable of destroying all Creatures.

Around these eyes, some grew sharp Fangs, others irregular bone spikes, and still others, twisted tentacles… Grotesque, a sight full of visual impact.

But in the next instant, a thick Black Mist surged, once again concealing the body of the Evil God’s Avatar,

“Dragon God!” The many eyes of the Evil God’s Avatar turned in unison toward the approaching Titan, “Your minion has offended me, calling me an abomination. Such affronts to a Sky God should be erased.”

“Why erase? I don’t think his description of you has any inaccuracies, it’s quite fitting indeed.”

Muria raised his head to gaze at the Evil God above, the Light radiating from him already pressed the Dark power emanating from the Evil God to its limit.

Darkness and Light clashed above this domain of Sky and earth. At first glance, they seemed evenly matched, but a closer look revealed the golden Light had the upper hand, while the Darkness was merely struggling.

“Evil entity!”

“You are too arrogant, Dragon God. You lack respect for an existence equal to you!”

“Respect? Hah!”

A thick, double-edged battle-axe appeared in the hands of the giant, towering like a mountain. He wielded the battle-axe, aiming a strike at the monster in the sky as if to cleave the heavens and earth in two. The golden axe light soared towards the dark creature.

Spurt!

The moment the giant swung his battle-axe, the avatar of the Evil God, having already reacted, tried to block the attack with his tentacles. However, his hasty defense failed utterly against the long-gathered strike.

Twisted tentacles fell from the sky and then a dark and tainted blood spilled, forming a waterfall from the heavens. From afar, it seemed as if the giant’s blow had wounded the sky itself, causing it to bleed incessantly.

“So, you allow your minions to storm into my domain, slaughter and devour creatures at will. Is this the respect you show me?”

“This is your domain?”

The avatar of the Evil God, struck by Muria’s attack, asked in astonishment, as his wounds failed to heal, spewing foul blood as if it cost him nothing.

“Of course.” Muria spoke with righteous indignation as if he had ambushed the avatar, as though he were indeed the ruler of the human world.

“But I have detected no sign of your presence here.” The avatar of the Evil God attempted to justify his actions.

“Utterly ridiculous. I was the first to discover this world. Why would I need to leave a mark?” Muria scoffed.

“If that’s the case, then it is my mistake. I am willing to apologize and compensate for all the damage my minions have caused you.”

After a brief contemplation, the avatar of the Evil God conceded and admitted his error in a straightforward and seemingly reasonable manner.

How could an Evil God who regards the destruction of the world and countless creatures as nothing possibly be such a reasonable being? He was reasonable only because he had realized that Muria’s avatar was powerful enough to suppress him.

The same held true beyond the world. Facing an existence he couldn’t defeat, wasn’t it natural to reason with him? And in fact, the Evil God also felt somewhat frustrated at the moment.

He had intentionally avoided conflict with any existence of his level, so when he and the minions of two other epics entered this world, he purposely avoided their direction and randomly chose another to harvest creatures.

Never had he expected to run into the Dragon God, the first to discover this land of miracles capable of nurturing divine entities, and his minions who had been dispatched into the world at an unknown time.

“Compensate for all my losses? Can you afford that?” Muria asked disdainfully, “Do you know how much time and effort I’ve expended here? As a result of your rampaging, the seedlings of this region are almost wiped out. All my previous investments are gone, and the future harvest I might have had is strangled by you.”

“?!” Hearing Muria’s indifferent yet seemingly angry and helpless Soul Sound, the Evil God with a hundred eyes was shocked. Based on his knowledge, he envisioned a terrifying possibility.

In the Void, there are beings whose existence spans eons. They base their grand plans on their boundlessly long lifespans.

These beings allow their minions to invade worlds without causing any destruction, even remaining hidden from the intelligent creatures birthed by the worlds themselves.

And when the civilizations of these worlds encounter insurmountable disasters, the minions of these entities appear, assisting them through their trials.

These entities are not selfless, magnanimous saints. They merely see the intelligent races of these worlds as seeds of civilizations.

Having discovered these civilization seeds, they nurture, attend, fertilize, and irrigate them with their mighty powers until the moment arrives to pluck the ripe fruits of civilization!

A plan with such a vast time span is indeed grand, but the rewards are incredibly substantial, allowing these entities to potentially ascend beyond their current level.

Yet such events, while spoken of, had never been witnessed by him, for even to epics, the time span required by such grand plans was excessively long.

But now, the hundred-eyed Evil God felt he was seeing a real example. He believed he was witnessing an entity who cultivated civilizations, especially since the Dragon God was the first to arrive here.

Could it be possible that the Dragon God had been here all along, never leaving, and that the civilization of the humans he slaughtered was the seed of civilization he planted, waiting for the time to harvest?
