The next morning when he woke up, Daren felt himself so warm against the person who held him overnight. He nuzzled himself into the man’s body, feeling comfortable in the morning.

Before he finally woke up and realized that he had slept with his bodyguard all night.

His eyes widened in shock when he saw Axel’s face so close to his.

’Gosh, I forgot that I was lying in his bed last night! Did he not notice me? Did he--’

Daren’s face flushed as he felt Axel’s breath on his face, it felt so good. Seeing him breathe softly while asleep.

Two days before their return to Zondalia, Daren was finally able to go out with Ivan since he was done with his work. They went around the city to places that Daren and Axel hadn’t been to in the past few days.

However, they also got to visit a place they had already been to because Ivan had never been there.

"I’ll get the car in the parking lot, you two just wait here," Axel said and left Daren with Ivan.

He never once forgot about Ivan and still considered him a good friend.

"And also?" asked Ivan as he loosened their embrace and held both of Daren’s shoulders. "What’s wrong?"

"And also... The reason I got close to Axel was because I started to like him. I know it sounds silly, but..." He smiled as he recalled how his time with the Alpha went.

"You like him? Why? Didn’t you say that you don’t like any Alpha?" he asked again.

"I never said that, I just said I don’t like Alphas who look down on me. And Axel is different, he doesn’t do that. He never looked down on me and in fact he always cared about me."

"You’re not starting to like him, are you? Like Daren." Ivan’s voice spoke from a recording before Axel replied.
