Later that night, the knots that Mike had tied on Louis finally came undone. He was able to remove his shaft slowly so that his omega wouldn’t wake up. He still continued to hug the man sleeping on top of him at this time.

Mike didn’t expect that he would have done knots with Louis by now. He felt so happy and his heart was beating so fast. His feelings for the omega swelled even more.

His hand kept rubbing Louis’ sleeping head. It was certain that Louis would conceive his pups, considering he was an omega dominant.

He smiled at Louis’ innocent and cute face on top of his body and kissed his head.

His hand brushed Louis’ hair away from his face.

He couldn’t have Daren, nor could he compare the two omegas. Mike just needed to appreciate Louis’ presence around him and understand that his Omega had something more that could make his heart beat just as much as he did with Daren.

"And I realize now, I was really stupid before and hurt your feelings because of it. I’m sorry, Louis." He gently caressed Louis’ cheek which made him nuzzled into Mike’s chest.

"Mnn... Mike, is it done?" he asked.

"Yes, the knots are done. If you want to move to your room, I’ll carry you to your room," Mike replied.

But Louis shook his head and hugged Mike’s body tightly. He wouldn’t move or get up from there at all, which worried the alpha. Was he too rough earlier? Had he hurt Louis?

"I just don’t want to get up, I’m afraid once I get up all this will go away. This is the first time I’ve felt all this. I don’t want it to end now. It feels like a dream that Mike would do this with me," he said in a shaky voice.

Mike flinched when he heard that, but he immediately cupped both of Louis’ cheeks and smiled gently like how Mike always looked.

"I won’t disappear, we can do it again even after this. I know you think it’s impossible to do it with me, but we’ve done it and it’s not a dream, do you understand?" he asked as he gently stroked his lover’s cheek with his thumb.

"Really?" Louis’ eyes searched Mike’s, looking for any sign of a lie or something the alpha wasn’t seriously saying.

However, what Louis found was a sincere face and eyes that were so soft and soothing. That’s who Mike should be and the man Louis first met. The man who made him fall in love at first sight.

"Mike..."

He kissed him and rubbed Louis’ bottom lip which made the omega’s heart beat so fast. A feeling of excitement, like butterflies flying in his stomach at the moment.

"I love you, my omega. I was stupid for comparing you to Daren, even seeing you as him. But I realized that you have your own strengths that I can finally see," Mike explained.

That explanation brought tears to Louis’ eyes as he felt so happy that his alphas loved him for who he was and not Daren.

"I also... Love you so much, Mike. I really love you," he said with Mike wiping away his tears.

Mike kissed Louis’ forehead and hugged him back, feeling relieved and calm at last. No more jealousy and pain when seeing someone he loves loving someone else.

Now he could have his own wave, loving him completely without pain or compulsion.

Slowly Mike lifted his lover’s body in his arms and carried the man to Louis’ room. He laid him down with Mike himself lying next to him and pulled Louis back into his arms.

"See, this isn’t a dream. We’re still together, I’m still holding you like this," Mike said which made Louis nod happily.

"Then go back to sleep and get some rest."

"Alright, good night Mike."

They both fell back asleep and drifted off into a quiet and peaceful night. Louis was happy that he could finally sleep in his alphas arms like he always wanted.

The next day Louis opened his eyes and was surprised to see that Mike wasn’t there. He immediately sat up and got out of bed with the blanket covering him.

"Mike? Mike?" he called out.

Mike had said that last night wasn’t a dream, but why was he not there when he opened his eyes?

When he looked for Mike in the kitchen, he saw him making breakfast for them.

"Oh Louis, are you awake? I’m making breakfast. Why are you wearing a blanket?" asked Mike with his usual smile.

Without saying anything, Louis immediately hugged him which made Mike surprised and confused. What was up with his ramblings this morning?

"Hey, are you okay? Why..."

"Last night... It wasn’t a dream, right? What happened yesterday... wasn’t a dream?" he asked in a shaky voice.

Mike blinked confusedly, then slowly softened as he hugged Louis back.

"It wasn’t a dream, we really did it yesterday. You don’t have to be afraid, I’ll always be here. And from now on, let me sleep with you, is that okay with you?" Mike asked as he rubbed his head.

"I really want to, I really want to sleep in your arms every night. Please sleep with me!"

"Yes, of course."

After cuddling for a while to calm down, Mike asked Louis to take a shower and then they went to breakfast.

"I made your favorite milk bread, go take a shower and then we’ll have breakfast together," he said.

"Yeah, okay."

As Louis turned around, Mike approached his ear from behind which made the omega blush with embarrassment when he heard it.

"And don’t think it was all a dream. The proof is very clear in both your buns that my hot seed is drying there."

As a plume of red smoke rose in Louis’ head as he was embarrassed by his lover’s naughty whisper.
