Chapter 206: Are You Cheating On Me?

Daren got up from his seat and approached Victor who was standing not far from him. Just as Aiden had said, the man smelled the pheromones of the other Omega clinging to his clothes.

"While you were waiting here, Victor was busy with another Omega. Really annoying isn’t it?" said Aiden as if trying to provoke the two of them.

"Is it true? You were just with another Omega, that’s why it took so long to get back," Daren asked, interrogating his alpha.

Victor couldn’t deny it, because it was the truth. But he recounted what had happened a few minutes ago when he met the Omega.

"It was an accident, we bumped into each other and he hurt his ankle. That’s why I took him to the infirmary," he explained to put Daren at ease.

"Then why is his scent on your shirt? Did you hug before you parted or did you do something?" asked Aiden who again wanted to make Daren think badly of Victor.

He stared at the alpha like he wanted to kill him on the spot for making Daren distrust him.

But Aiden smiled happily when he saw Daren who was just silent while staring tiredly at his own lover. Not wanting Deren to listen too much to Aiden’s words, he paid for his drink and then pulled his omega’s hand to leave the shop.

At least stay away from the bully alpha first.

"Hey trust me, I wouldn’t do that let alone cuddle with another Omega behind your back. He kept forcing me to take him to his cottage and then because he was walking too long I carried him to get him there quickly," Victor explained.

But Daren was silent as he folded his arms across his chest and stared at him with a pout. His eyes squinted as if he was cursing the man with his gaze.

Victor sighed and gently stroked his omega’s head, all the while trying to convince Daren that he wasn’t cheating on him. He had only been forced to deliver the Omega, but in the end Victor had left it on the road for Daren.

"Come on, I’ll buy you anything as long as you don’t get mad at me again," Victor said as he cupped Daren’s cheeks with both hands and lifted them slightly so that they were looking at each other.

Instantly his annoyed and jealous face turned into a cheerful face with a big smile, and eyes that sparkled when he heard Victor would buy him whatever he wanted. Even though Daren could buy it himself with his money, hearing that his boyfriend would buy him anything made him so happy.

He held both of Victor’s hands on his cheeks, asking Victor not to leave him alone for too long let alone meet another Omega.

"I’m pregnant with your child, remember? Don’t leave me alone, because I feel like I can’t do anything if you’re not around. I can’t kick another Alpha with a belly this big!" Daren pleaded with Victor.

"Yeah, and don’t you fucking dare try to pick a fight with anyone in your condition, you hear me?" He couldn’t imagine Daren fighting with his round belly.

It would definitely be very dangerous for him and their son.

"I hear you, don’t do it again, okay?"

The dark-haired man nodded his head and stroked Daren’s cheek with his thumb.

"Yes, I promise. I won’t leave you alone again, because now I myself feel sorry for doing it. Don’t get mad at me again, do you understand?"

He nodded his head vigorously, now turning Victor’s worried face into a smile and kissed Daren on the forehead. He hugged him, rubbing his head gently as he was relieved that Daren trusted him again.

Since he had promised to buy his omega anything he wanted, they went around to every food store to buy everything Daren wanted.

Starting from sweets, seafood, even meat and some ice cream. Victor himself didn’t feel strong enough to eat it all, but Daren seemed to have a lot of room in his stomach.

"Don’t eat too much ice cream, I heard it’s not good for someone who is pregnant." Victor warned his omega as the man pointed out the many flavors of ice cream that he wanted one scoop of each.

"Take it easy, only 5 scoops of ice cream. No more than that I promise!" Daren said and the ice cream came and he enjoyed it as his dessert.

Victor rested his head in the palm of his hand as he watched Daren enjoying his ice cream. Every now and then he sipped the coffee he ordered, and thought about some of the things that had just happened.

"About Aiden, what was he doing there with you and what did you guys talk about during my absence? How did he end up in this place too," he asked.

Daren himself didn’t know how Aiden knew about their whereabouts. But Aiden said the strange thing about calling Daren affectionately and he spoke as if he cared deeply for Daren and their baby.

"He kept bombarding me with tons of questions, like how our baby was doing, what gender it was, and more. He even drank your drink and kept smiling at me. It’s weird," Daren replied with a sigh as he felt unhappy with Aiden’s presence around him.

Especially their last conversation when chatting in his backyard, about Aiden wanting to take Victor’s place. Saying that Victor didn’t really want the baby.

Hearing all of that, of course Victor was furious that Aiden seemed to be trying to take Daren and the pups away from him. And he certainly wasn’t going to let that happen and thought about not leaving Daren alone again especially knowing that his enemy was in that place too.

He couldn’t take Daren away now that they still had a few days in the area. It could ruin their vacation, and he didn’t want Daren to feel sad.

"Then stay close to me, never once do you leave the cottage without me. Because he could come at any time and I’m sure he knows where our cottage is," Victor told his boyfriend to be careful and stay close to him.

He nodded in agreement while continuing to eat his ice cream, Victor was satisfied with Daren who followed his words without resisting. After all the food they had tried, Daren was tired and wanted to go back to the cottage.

Victor even had to carry him, because Daren’s legs were so sore. But he didn’t mind, so he carried him back to their cottage and rested.

They hoped Aiden wouldn’t show up in front of them again. Even though they knew he would.
