Chapter 193: Going Go See The Baby

In the end, Daren decided to take a vacuum in the entertainment world while he was pregnant. By then he was old enough for him to go for an ultrasound and see how his baby and Victor were doing.

Together with his alpha, they went to the hospital and waited until his name was called. Daren looked unconscious as he rubbed his rounded belly.

"Do you think the baby will be a boy or a girl? Will it be twins?" asked a curious Daren.

"I don’t think whether it’s a boy or a girl makes any difference to me. As for whether it will be alpha or omega, I’ll still accept it. But if it’s twins, I think it would be very difficult to take care of two children at once," Victor replied.

"But wouldn’t it be cute if they were born twins? They’ll always go everywhere together. Wearing the same clothes and doing things together!" Daren said happily at the thought.

He also said that his mother would help look after the children. It was only then that Victor remembered something he really wanted to say.

But he was hesitant to talk about it because he was worried that Daren wouldn’t approve.

"There’s actually something I want to talk to you about. But I wasn’t sure if you would like this or not."

"Just tell me first, whether I get angry or not will be a matter for later," he replied.

Victor then explained that he intended to invite Daren to live with just the two of them. Just him, Daren and their children later. For now, Daren’s house was quite crowded with his mother, Edgar and Mike. He just wanted a home for him and Daren.

"I know you’d rather be with your family than just with me and the kids. I’m sure when I’m working it will be very lonely for you and when we both have to work, there’s no one to look after the children. That’s why I’m still hesitant to ask your opinion if we have to live alone," he explained, to which Daren nodded in understanding.

"I was thinking the same thing, where it’s just the two of us and the kids. But what do you think if we both go to work at the same time. Who will look after them?"

He then suggested leaving the children with Daren’s mother when they had to go to work at the same time. But if not, each of them would look after the children when they were at home.

"But you’re okay with being separated from your mother?" Victor asked reassuringly.

Daren replied that he was fine with it, especially since he was an adult and his mother had Edgar to keep her company.

In the middle of their discussion, the door to the gynecologist’s office finally opened and a nurse came out of the room.

"Mr. Daren Harry, it’s time for you to come in," said the nurse and Daren and Victor entered the room.

Inside, Daren lay down and had an ultrasound done on his belly where they finally found out the gender of their baby. The doctor also gave him a printout which made him even happier to see a picture of their tiny baby.

After the examination, they left the hospital where Daren was still looking at the photo in his hand. He kept smiling, making Victor smile as he saw how pleased his omega was.

"So are you happy with your results?"

"I’m very happy! We’re getting a baby boy, he’s going to be as handsome as me!" Daren said confidently and proudly.

Victor rolled his eyes and said that he was much more handsome than Daren. And it was better for their son to have his good looks than Daren’s.

"Your face looks more cute than handsome. It’s better for him to be like me because I’m handsome and strong for a man," the man said to Daren’s snort of annoyance.

"We’ll see what he looks like. Will he look like me or you!"

When they got home, they told their family and Viona was so happy to find out. She was going to have a grandson and she couldn’t wait for him to be born.

"I hope he looks as handsome as you two. Whether he’s Omega, beta or alpha, I hope you’ll accept him well and raise him wholeheartedly," Viona said because she didn’t want what happened to Daren to happen again to her grandson.

"Don’t worry mom, Vic and I won’t mind what he looks like. He’s still our son after all." Daren smiled because he also didn’t want their son to feel what he felt.

Both he and Victor felt how it was when they grew up with hatred between one species and another. When Daren was discovered to be an Omega, he hated himself for being born an Omega but there was nothing he could do about it.

Moreover, his father doesn’t like it and considers Daren as a trouble-maker. Taking away everything he ever had and being treated differently because he was an Omega.

Meanwhile, Victor also hates Omega because of the bad treatment of his mother who is an Omega and always says that alpha is a very bad creature. Making him really dislike Omega and himself as an alpha.

But they both believe it has no effect at all. Whether their child is alpha, beta or omega they are still human. Only a few things affected their physical and biological makeup.

"Congratulations on your baby boy, Daren. I’m happy about that and there’s something else I wanted to tell you," Edgar said to his employer’s son.

"Oh what’s that? What did you want to tell me?" he asked curiously.

The middle-aged man smiled and suddenly stood next to Viona while holding her hand. Daren and Victor concluded that the two of them might have fallen in love because they were always together especially since each of them was now a single parent.

But it turned out to be more than what they thought.

Edgar and Viona exchanged glances and smiled at Daren, Victor and also Mike who had been there but he chose to remain silent. Until she finally opened her mouth and said something quite surprising.

"I’m pregnant too!"
