He laughed at me, saying that vanilla was also a sweet flavor even though I said I didn’t like anything sweet.

I knew that, but vanilla was a flavor I could still accept.

"Vanilla is sweet, but not as sweet as you," I told him.

"Call me Calvin, it’s better," I said as I tucked his hair behind his ear.

He turned to me and looked at me with his blue eyes.

For a moment I thought of Daren, those blue eyes made me want to look into my Omega’s eyes. Although they had the same eye color, the look in their eyes was very different.

Daren had soft yet sharp eyes, while this Omega’s eyes looked ridiculous to me. It was as if he was deliberately looking cute but there was something he was hiding.

I wanted to go home immediately and call him.

"W-well Mr. Calvin, then eat your ice cream before it melts."

I scooped the ice cream into my mouth, it was too sweet, I couldn’t eat it all or I would get a stomachache. I glanced at him, he seemed to be focused on the movie on TV. I quietly dumped the ice cream into the plastic I carried in my bag.

"The movie was very good, wasn’t it Mr. Calvin?"

"Huh? Yes, you’re right. I wasn’t really focused but I saw that all the actors were good," I replied to him. Huft, he almost saw me throw away the ice cream.

"There’s a movie that’s been bothering me lately because there’s an actor I don’t really like. He looks weird and troubled. I wonder why he keeps being on television," Liam said.

At first I didn’t really care for him even though I knew some of the actors because I worked with Daren who was also an actor. They were all always in trouble anyway.

"You know an actor named Daren, right?"

He suddenly mentioned Daren’s name while pointing out a movie that Daren was in on television. So the actor he was referring to was my Omega, huh?

"He’s caused so much trouble! First during the Noah Oliver case, then other problems until finally the famous former actor was found dead. Not to mention that he was on the television show Under One Roof where handsome actor Zach fell in love with him!"

He went on and on about Daren, right down to the matter of him breaking up the family, the death of his asshole father and the disappearance of that damn Beta.

"I should apologize for being mad at you. I just don’t like hearing someone say bad things about someone else that we don’t even know the reason behind," I explained looking for a good reason for this.

"Y-yeah, I just think he’s always looking for a sensation to get a lot of support. Whenever he’s not widely talked about in the media anymore, he always comes back with something that makes the media buzz, even the news of his loss."

I took the remote and turned off the movie that was playing. "Why don’t we go out for a walk? Your parents will be back in the afternoon, right? We can walk around and get some fresh air."

I couldn’t hear someone so easily say things that he didn’t even know about.
