As Zhuang Mengtian was flung into the air, Xu Huo quickly used kite strings to secure her and moved in the original direction.

By this time, Zhuang Mengtian had cut the vines off her feet and was swiftly pulled away from the spot by Xu Huo, but they had not gone far when the surrounding greenery seemed to come alive all at once. A massive number of vines flew in from all directions, precisely capturing them both!

"Effective range!" Zhuang Mengtian used her prop, and the vines nearing her drooped down in the air, intertwining and tangling with those behind to form a net-like barrier, successfully blocking off the approaching greenery.

"Are you sure?" Xu Huo asked. "Do you have a Rank-A antitoxin?"

"I’ll buy it from you," Zhuang Mengtian replied directly. "At this point, let’s not be so particular, shouldn’t friends help each other?"

"Not that many potions available," Xu Huo said plainly. "Look at the size of this grove."

A few potions would hardly make a difference, and the pathogens on Yuguo’s severed hand couldn’t proliferate infinitely or that quickly either.

That method would be burdensome and thankless.

Zhuang Mengtian looked ahead and said, "Small animals are quite clever. They should know where is safe to walk."

Unfortunately, there were no birds or beasts in sight.

If all the greenery in the valley hunted, it was possible that animals avoided this place or had all been caught.

There was no better option than to confront it head-on.

"We need to speed up," Xu Huo said. "Although these plants have evolved, their reaction time isn’t fast. As long as we run fast enough, it’ll be difficult for them to catch us."

As he adjusted his shoes, his figure flashed, and he disappeared from his spot.
