Chapter 208: Chapter 208: No One Dares to Make Me Queue

"I’m relieved you think that way."

"In that case, you can leave the Seventeenth Bureau whenever you reach the Heavenly Man Third Rank."

Liuli Hong gave Lu Xiao a deadline.

It should be relatively safe for a Heavenly Man Third Rank to run around outside.

Those mutant organizations abroad wouldn’t go as far as to send a Fourth Rank to assassinate Lu Xiao.

Fourth Rank powerhouses belong to the strategic level, and if foreign countries really sent Fourth Rankers, it would basically amount to declaring war on Hua Country.

Although the Seventeenth Bureau’s international status isn’t that great, the country’s military strength is absolutely solid.

No country would sign their own death warrant.

"Okay, Captain, I got it, Captain. By the way, Captain, were those sisters just now also from the Azure Dragon Group?" Lu Xiao’s eyes sparkled.

Liuli Hong’s eyes twitched; this kid Lu Xiao really didn’t hide anything at all.

But such a disposition is good, forthright and upright.

There’s nothing wrong with liking pretty girls. When I was young, I couldn’t walk past a good-looking girl without doing a double-take either.

"They’re logistics personnel from the Azure Dragon Group. Got your eye on one? Shall I introduce you?" Liuli Hong asked.

"Introduce them all," Lu Xiao said with a nonchalant face.

Liuli Hong and Liu Mingshu both looked at Lu Xiao at the same time, not having realized, this kid was quite the player.

"You have to meet all of them before you know which one you really like, right?"

Hearing Lu Xiao’s explanation, Liuli Hong snorted, guessing whether to believe him or not.

Do you think I don’t know what you’re really thinking, kid?

"Then I won’t make any introductions. You can go and meet them yourself. They usually work in the Azure Dragon Group area; you can meet them anytime," Liuli Hong waved him off.

"That works. Anything else, Captain? If not, I’m off to have some coincidental encounters," Lu Xiao said, ready to leave.

Hanging around with an old man, what fun is there in that?

"Here’s your room card, and this one’s your godmother’s; it’s up to you now." Liuli Hong was quite open-minded, handing over a couple of keys to Lu Xiao before leaving.

"Give me the room card; I’m going to rest in my room."

"You little rascal, mind the influence you have, and don’t mess around with men and women, you hear?" Liu Mingshu gave a couple of warnings before she left.

Lu Xiao didn’t delay either, and quickly followed in the direction the girls had gone.

He didn’t catch up with the people, but he did find the cafeteria.

Lu Xiao touched his stomach and walked straight in.

The cafeteria was large, brightly lit, and the stainless-steel long tables shone brightly.

There weren’t many people inside, and they were sitting quite scattered.

Lu Xiao scanned the room and felt a bit disappointed; the four girls from earlier weren’t there.

"Forget it, let’s eat something first," he mumbled to himself and walked towards the serving window.

Only one of the windows was open, with a middle-aged woman wearing a face mask standing behind it.

"Auntie, hello, I’d like to have something to eat," Lu Xiao approached the window and called out.

The woman turned to look at Lu Xiao, a puzzled look in her eyes.

"Young man, I haven’t seen you before, are you new here?"

"That’s right, just arrived today. What’s there to eat? Do you have pork chops?" Lu Xiao craned his neck to look inside as he asked.

If you’re eating in a cafeteria, and it’s a packed meal, not having pork chops means there’s no soul.

"We have it, I’ll get it for you," the woman said with a smile, taking up a metal tray to start serving Lu Xiao.

"Out of the way, front," Lu Xiao was about to direct the auntie on which dishes to serve when an unpleasant command came from behind him.

Lu Xiao turned around to glance at the source, a man in his thirties, looking quite burly.

"Wait your turn after I’m done with my meal. Don’t you know how to queue?" Lu Xiao retorted.

"Who let in this moron? Don’t you know who I am? Get to the back of the line!" The man frowned, his tone even more aggressive.

Lu Xiao was full of question marks.

What’s the deal, is this guy sick or something?

You’re the only one in front of me, and the auntie is already helping me with my food. It’s barely half a minute’s wait; can’t you just wait? Are you in a hurry to eat, or are you in a hurry to be reincarnated?

"Then do you know who I am?" Lu Xiao glared at the man and shot back.

I’m not bragging, but with my status in the Seventeenth Bureau, I pretty much call the shots.

The man paused, taken aback, then became even angrier.

"I don’t care who you are! I’ll have you know, kid, in this cafeteria, no one dares to make me, Gu Hai, wait in line!"
