Chapter 97: Here’s the cake, Hyung
In the end, I decided to stay in my underwear, not that it was comfortable for me or anything, but... I peeked at Seojun in front of me and closed my eyes... I didn’t want to get hard from seeing them walk around in their underwear.
I was that much of a pervert.
In any case, if they asked why there were red spots on my thighs, I’d blame mosquitoes.
Yeah, a perfect excuse.
"Hyung, you have a lot of red marks on your neck." Seojin said as he helped me blow dry my hair and I gulped.
They could see the ones in my neck too? I was sure they had faded a lot.
"And here too." He touched my nape and I shuddered.
What was that? I could feel a strange sensation just because he touched my neck.
I covered my neck and said,
"There... There were mosquitoes on the balcony. So... So I, got bitten a lot." I said, trying to hide the flush on my cheeks.
"Oh no, that’s terrible." Seojin said. "You shouldn’t stay on the balcony for long if there are mosquitoes. Just look at these spots on your beautiful skin."
"Y-yes." I answered. "I... I’ll be careful." I said. ’Gosh, how could he say that? He has no idea that these marks were made with his own teeth.’
"Well, your hair’s dry now, Hyung." He said, brushing my hair lightly. Then, he moved his fingers down to my ears and brushed them.
I flinched.
"Y-yeah. Thank you." I said, smiling nervously.
Seojin looked at me with a smile and then went to get the cake. I brushed my ear and held my chest. The beat was similar to a drum.
It was so loud and so hard.
’Get it together.’ I told myself. ’At this rate, I’ll get caught.’
I looked up and caught Seojun’s eyes. He had his legs crossed, his elbow resting on his knee, and his chin resting on his palm.
He had this smile that made me feel he was showing some sort of interest in me. Was it what I was doing? How was I reacting? I couldn’t tell.
But the gaze in his eyes was a bit uncomfortable.
I felt my whole body become bare in front of him.
’Don’t read meaning into everything, Dongwoo. He’s just looking at you.’
"Say, Hyung," Seojun called and I lifted my gaze to look at him once more. He still had that look in his eyes as he asked, "What do you remember about Friday night?"
I flinched.
’W-what? Why is he asking me that?’ I began to shiver in fear as the vague thought of what had happened filled my head.
I didn’t remember. I didn’t remember it clearly, what led to it, or what the twins were trying to achieve, but... If he was asking me this, didn’t it mean he couldn’t remember as well?
’Then, was I really the one who initiated the whole thing? Had I done an unspeakable deed to these two?’ I couldn’t stop shaking with the thought.
Seojun still had that smile on his lips, like he knew something.
What was it?
"I..." I opened my mouth to speak. I would just speak the truth. "I don’t remember..."
"Here’s the cake, Hyung." Seojin interrupted me, placing the cake down on the table in front of me. "Oh, did I interrupt something?" He asked but I quickly shook my head.
"No. No way." I said. "But I’m starting to salivate just thinking of the cake. What took you so long?" I asked and secretly glanced at Seojun who still had his eyes on me. I gulped.
"Oh well, I was looking for this." He raised the cake knife. "So, shall we?"
He cut the cake and served me a slice first.
He didn’t bake a big cake but I was sure it would be enough for the three of us.
Yet, I was the only one eating.
With the single slice of cake in front of me, the twins suddenly sat by my side, each taking the left and right side and I gulped.
"That... Do you have to sit so closely?" I asked and they sulked.
"Don’t you want us to sit here with you, Hyung?" Seojun said. "I was getting lonely sitting so far off."
"That’s not it. I don’t mind but..." I gulped once more.
They were so close and I could feel their body heat from where I was. At least, they could give me a little bit of space.
"Since you’re okay with it, go ahead and eat your cake, Hyung." Seojin said, smiling sweetly.
"Well, aren’t you two going to eat as well?" I asked. "You only cut out one slice."
"Don’t worry about us, Hyung. We’ll eat eventually." He said and I nodded.
"Well, if you say so." I picked up the fork and scooped a big portion of the cake by accident. I wanted to put it back and try again, but their eyes on me rendered me frozen.
So, I lifted my hand and stuffed my face with the cake.
Of course, it got on my face. The corners of my lips and my chin as well.
’This is so embarrassing.’ I thought as I munched down on the delicious cake.
I couldn’t even swim in the sweetness because I felt so stiff and awkward in between them.
’I’m a grown man.’ I thought and swallowed. ’How could I get food on my face like a kid?’
"So, Hyung, is it good?" Seojin asked and I nodded.
"It’s delicious."
"Hyung, you got some on your face." Seojun said and I closed my eyes.
’Well, obviously. It’s almost like I couldn’t move my hands of my own free will.’ I sighed. "Can... Can you pass me the wipe?"
"Hyung, why do you need a wipe when you got us?" Seojun asked and I looked at them, confused.
"What?"
"Don’t worry, Hyung." Seojin’s eyes brimmed. "We’ll wipe it for you."
And before I knew it, both had leaned in and licked my face.
"W-w-what are you doing?" I freaked out and they held my hands, holding me in place.
"Stay still, Hyung, we need to wipe your face clean." Seojin said, and I practically held my breath as they licked off every trace of chocolate from my lips, my chin, and my cheeks.
It was so embarrassing. What were they doing?
While trying to understand them, Seojun suddenly kissed my lips. Yes, he kissed and stuck his tongue in my mouth as if searching for traces of the chocolate I had taken into my mouth.
"Hey, you’re going to wipe it clean." Seojin said, pushing Seojun’s face away and turning my face to him, and he equally kissed me.
I was out of my wits and out of my mind. What was going on?
"W-wait!" I said, snatching my lips back and pushing my back to the couch. "We... We shouldn’t do this. We...we’re supposed to play games." I said, my face flushing redder than a tomato.
The twins exchanged glances and smiled.
Seojun brushed his lips with his thumb while Seojin shoved his face closer to mine and said,
"Okay, Hyung. Let’s play games."
By the sound of his voice and the look in his eyes, I felt I had made a mistake somewhere. But where?
Just where did it go wrong?
