In Skeward Tower, Yusuf Zuck sat alone in the grand hall; at this moment, aside from him, the tower and even the streets outside were nearly deserted.

The reason was simple—today was the day of the Hero’s Assembly. Many citizens of the spirit city and heroes from all over had gathered both inside and outside the venue of the assembly.

Yusuf Zuck had not gone to the site. In fact, his reason for staying behind was to continue waiting.

Fleur Carson hadn’t come, nor had Sophia, Rachel Fournier, and others.

Intuitively, Yusuf Zuck felt they couldn’t make it, or perhaps they were dead, or they too had ascended. Thus, he planned to wait another day and leave early the next morning.

Of course, although he hadn’t gone to the Hero’s Assembly, the venue itself was somewhat chaotic. The chieftains of the Demon Clan, Alien Race, and humankind had all become his followers, leading to a complete lack of order there. Even now, the higher-ups of the four big clans hadn’t arrived!

"My father said," the eagle referred to Isaac Quintana as its father, which was odd enough.

"He said eight envoys from a higher realm have descended and that all eight envoys are female, arriving in two hours. He advises you to lay low for a while. Since envoys have been dispatched, they must know your background. Don’t be stubborn, or else there may be unforeseen consequences."

"Moreover, Father Lord also said there’s no need to look for him. He’s doing quite well and wishes for you to send his greetings to all family members on his behalf."

"Swoosh~" The Golden Eagle flew off as soon as it had finished speaking.

Yusuf Zuck smiled wistfully. Isaac Quintana was still the silent type, preferring to go it alone. The truth was, having met each other, they had both let go of their concerns. Thus, Isaac Quintana continued on as the young master, and Yusuf Zuck continued his life. It was sufficient for them to keep each other in their hearts.

"Eight female envoys?" Yusuf Zuck suddenly remembered the eagle’s words. Eight women had descended? An all-female army?

"Interesting." Yusuf Zuck chuckled softly as he stood and walked out the door, heading for the Hero’s Assembly venue on foot.

It would take five to six hours to reach the venue from Skeward Tower by walking.

But he wasn’t in a rush, as he had no intention of attending the Hero’s Assembly anyway.

After walking several streets and even buying a pack of cooked beef, a jug of aged wine at a street corner, he continued forward, admiring the cityscape.

Honestly, even though he had been in the spirit city for so many days, he had never really explored it. But the city was truly massive, unimaginably so.

Of course, as he walked, he also kept an eye on every movement in the spirit city. His telekinesis was constantly encompassing the venue.

With a "hum," after walking for nearly two hours, a sudden tremor rippled through the sky above the spirit city. The entire space quivered, and one after another, over three hundred individuals leaped out of a spatial rift.

Among these people were humans, great demons with powerful auras, members of the Alien Race, Buddhist cultivators, and many more—a total of over three hundred people.

"Masters!" Yusuf Zuck paused briefly in his steps. At last, they had come. These three hundred people must be the strongest from various factions.

But... there appeared to be no envoys? Could Isaac Quintana’s intelligence have been wrong?

Just then, one of his Message Jade Discs flickered to life. This particular disc was connected to Elijah Burch, given to him by his demon servant, the Formidable Nameless.

"Elijah Burch is here, too. I saw her," Yusuf Zuck had only used telekinesis to scan briefly and noticed Elijah Burch arriving like an ethereal fairy.

He took the Jade Disc with curiosity and glanced at it: The envoys have already arrived ahead of time, already in the spirit city.

"How did you know? Have you heard that all celestial envoys are female?" Yusuf Zuck replied as he walked on.

"Yes, I heard they’re all female, but I haven’t seen any, though the celestial envoy did arrive in the mystical city this morning!" Elijah Burch answered.

Yusuf Zuck took a deep breath, his gaze sharpening. His telekinesis had been covering the entire mystical city, yet he hadn’t detected any suspicious women within its scope.

Yusuf Zuck curiously conducted another mental search of the entire mystical city.

"Big brother, excuse me, are you Yusuf Zuck?" As Yusuf released his telekinesis, suddenly a dirty child ran over and sized him up.

"Hm?" Yusuf’s eyebrows shot up. Everyone here knew him as Bryson Campbell; they shouldn’t know his real name, Yusuf Zuck, right? Yet this child was asking if he was Yusuf Zuck?

"I am Yusuf Zuck. What is it?" Yusuf asked in a deep voice.

"This is for you. A big sister asked me to tell you to meet her at the foot of the Sacred Mountain!" the little boy said as he pulled out a letter and stuffed it into Yusuf’s hand.

Yusuf didn’t rush to open the envelope but immediately spread his telekinesis to the foot of the Sacred Mountain.

But there was nobody there at the foot of the Sacred Mountain!

He strangely opened the envelope and took out the letter.

However, just a glance made his body tremble, "In a hurried farewell, years unknown, yet do you still remember your nurse from those days?"

Yusuf felt a rush of blood to his head and a chill down his spine!

These were Paisley Kirk’s notes, a letter from Paisley to him? But... how could that be?

"Swoosh!" Regardless of the reason, whether it was real or fake, or even a trap, he had no reason not to go.

He stepped onto the foot of the Sacred Mountain and appeared in a pavilion there!

"Clap clap clap—" As he had just landed, someone suddenly started clapping their hands. Then, a crack appeared in the void above his head, and a woman descended.

"Is it you?" Yusuf’s eyebrows raised sharply. If not Bilian Merritt, then who could this woman be?

"Looks like you really aren’t dead and even remember me. How about it? Shall we sit down and talk?" Khloe Miller looked exactly like she did years ago, still fairy-like, but now, she seemed even more powerful than before.

"Die." Yusuf spewed no nonsense and suddenly unleashed all his power, followed by his most powerful Pushing Star Palm!

If it weren’t for Khloe Miller and the other three back then, how would he have become separated from his family? And how could the fate of Ember Vance and the others be unknown?

"You dare to fight me, and Paisley Kirk will die!" Khloe Miller didn’t move at all but just looked at him coldly, mentioning Paisley Kirk’s name!

Yusuf’s palm halted in mid-air, and his entire body shook violently.

"Good, that’s more like it. Shall we sit down and talk?" Khloe Miller taunted softly.

"Tell me where she is? Otherwise, you’ll die right now!" Yusuf, seething with rage, found this sensation of being under someone’s control extremely displeasing, leaving him feeling like he had an excess of power but nowhere to use it!

"Oh, she came with me, but the little girl can’t sever her mundane ties and is afraid to see you," Khloe Miller said nonchalantly as she sat in the pavilion, and with a wave of her hand, a set of tea ware materialized out of thin air.

"Try some of this Immortal Tea I brought from the Element World. It’s good for you!" Khloe Miller poured a cup for Yusuf.

"Oh, and Lara Tuff came too. I didn’t bring her down here though. How about that? Aren’t we considerate? We knew they were your women, so we brought them all down!" Khloe Miller chuckled.
