Invisible Security Guard -
Chapter 477 - 476: Miracle Happens
Chapter 477: Chapter 476: Miracle Happens
Abudula was pushed into the villa, surrounded by about thirteen or fourteen bodyguards, each one muscular and all wearing uniform black sunglasses, forming a team that, on the surface, looked highly professional.
"Maurice, where is Angel?" Abudula’s face was dark, but also deathly pale, expressing his deep pain and discomfort.
"Your Highness, in what follows, you will witness a miracle, so please, come with me," Maurice bowed to Abudula and then led the way. He was well aware that Abudula was now out of his mind, and anyone who crossed him would likely be killed.
Once the group reached the medical room, Maurice turned around and said, "Your Highness, during Mr. Angel’s treatment, no outsiders are allowed to watch, so I will push you in myself."
"That’s not possible." The old butler immediately stopped Maurice, saying, "The safety of His Highness comes first."
A twitch crossed Maurice’s mouth; Abudula was dying— who would assassinate a dying man?
"Indeed, dear Maurice, I am very afraid right now, afraid of dying. I don’t like loneliness; I don’t enjoy silence. I prefer liveliness. That’s why I... along with my butler, my bodyguards, and my doctor, we all must go in!"
"I’m not in charge of that; I need to ask Mr. Angel," Maurice shook his head. According to his daughter, when Yusuf Zuck treated her, even his eyes were closed, and not even Elena was allowed to stay in the room. Hence, Abudula’s request was excessive.
Maurice entered the medical room, where Yusuf Zuck was already present, dressed in a black and red wide robe, wearing a hat reminiscent of a wizard, and his face veiled with a black scarf, giving him an air of mystery that was slightly terrifying.
"He wants his butler, bodyguards, and doctor all to come in?" Yusuf Zuck chuckled and said, "Reply to him like this." He continued, "If he comes in by himself, we only charge two hundred million US dollars, but for each additional person, the cost doubles. For yet another one, it quadruples, and I only allow two people to accompany him, which means the payment is eight hundred million US dollars. You can tell him that to meet Mr. Angel, two hundred million US dollars is quite modest."
"What if he doesn’t agree? The man is mad!" Maurice expressed his concern.
"If he doesn’t agree, they can leave. And if they want to resist or to kill, I have my own ways to handle it!"
"Alright," Maurice sighed, feeling that patients like these were troublesome. Knowing that they were about to die, they could become very frantic in their final moments.
Maurice walked out and barred the entrance to the medical room, then relayed Yusuf Zuck’s terms about the price increase.
"Mr. Angel said that he will only allow two people to accompany you inside. After he cures you, you must pay eight hundred million US dollars. Of course, for them to have the honor of seeing Mr. Angel once in their lifetime, it would be their greatest glory!"
"Interesting, very interesting. If the treatment doesn’t work, don’t blame me for turning on you. Two people then two people; eight hundred million then eight hundred million. After all, my money is useless if I’m dead," Abudula calmly said, pointing at his lead bodyguard and old butler, before the three of them walked in.
Yusuf Zuck sat in a chair, his entire being hidden by the black and red robe, so when the three of them entered, they found his appearance quite bizarre. Was this Angel actually a wizard?
Maurice ran over to Yusuf Zuck, who whispered a few words into his ear.
"Mr. Angel says that the procedure might be very painful, but it will be brief—no more than three minutes. His Highness will be healed within that time. So, during these three minutes, no matter how much His Highness screams, nobody should reach for their guns, or they will face God’s punishment!"
"So, respected Mr. Angel, can we start now? Three minutes to heal me? If indeed it is so, then you are a messenger sent by God!" Abudula nodded politely to Yusuf Zuck, showing his noble demeanor, not missing the chance to flaunt it even then.
In fact, Yusuf Zuck had discovered that his memory had become exceptionally good. Whether it was Maurice or Elena, he remembered everything they had said and could speak as well. So, in truth, his progress had been considerable over these days. At least he was able to understand and use some common expressions daily.
Yusuf Zuck approached the sickbed, gesturing for Abudula to lie down on it, and immediately, the butler and bodyguard lifted Abudula onto it.
He then signaled to Maurice to secure Abudula’s limbs to the bed, which had restraints attached, so once tied, the patient couldn’t even jump.
"That’s not acceptable," the old butler stared angrily at Yusuf Zuck. Mr. Angel had not uttered a single word until now; he just stood there, giving nonsensical commands, and the butler felt like he had been duped.
"It’s all right, go ahead and tie me up, I’m eager to see your miracle. Can it be a bit faster?" Abudula was anxious. After all, he could be healed within three minutes, so he really hoped for a miracle, and thus, he didn’t care about the minor details.
Yusuf Zuck stood next to Abudula, who, as a prince, had a certain smell about him—a mix of death and medicine, quite unpleasant.
Abudula, along with the butler and the head of the bodyguards, all stared intently at Yusuf Zuck, wanting to see how he would cure the illness!
Yusuf Zuck spread his arms out, then mumbled something under his breath as he circled the prince’s bed three times.
Of course, he himself didn’t even know what he was saying.
The reason for these actions was to create an illusion; if the cure were too simple, Abudula might think it was not worth much.
After circling three times, Yusuf Zuck started to pat Abudula continuously, still murmuring strange words, like casting a spell.
With every pat, Abudula winced in pain, but he clenched his teeth and endured it.
The Wizard, he was now certain, this was a Wizard.
With a "smack," as Yusuf Zuck was continuously patting, suddenly, one of his hands landed on Abudula’s mouth, and a drop of the purple potion shot directly into Abudula’s mouth, unseen by anyone, including Abudula himself.
Yusuf Zuck took a step back, then continued to hum and chant his spell, going around Abudula in circles again.
Abudula began to feel the pain, screaming incessantly, his entire body contorting and eyes rolling back, going rigid like a bow.
"You witch doctor..." The old butler, seeing his prince in such agony with eyes rolling back, screamed and charged at Yusuf Zuck, and the head of the bodyguards was even quicker to draw his gun!
With a "puff," the head of the bodyguards hadn’t even raised his gun when a bullet hole appeared on his forehead—a bullet, one of the dozens Yusuf Zuck had in his pocket, bullets that hadn’t been fired!
The head of the bodyguards fell at once, and the old butler was also stopped dead in his tracks from fright.
Others armed with guns rushed in from outside, but as each one entered, a bullet hole appeared on their forehead.
After three men rushed in consecutively, the people behind no longer dared to come in, and the door was forcefully closed.
The old butler was flabbergasted. He did not hear any gunshots, only saw bullet holes appearing on the foreheads of the bodyguards one by one, a bizarre sight. How were the bodyguards killed? He couldn’t see clearly!
However, fortunately, three minutes was not long, and it didn’t even take the full duration; shortly after two minutes, the bed collapsed, the four ropes binding broke, as Abudula leaped off.
Feeling incredibly strong, he had snapped the ropes. As he sat down with force, he also crashed the bed!
"Heav... Heaven... My God, are you my prince?" The old butler gaped in shock, his prince—ill to the point of death—had now shattered the bed and leaped off it by himself?
Excited, Abudula wanted to shout out and swung his arms; he wanted to hit someone, to feel his newfound boundless strength!
"Stop, calm down!" Yusuf Zuck simply said in English, putting one hand on Abudula’s head. Then Abudula felt as if a mountain suddenly descended upon him. He felt immensely strong, but at that moment, also felt the mountain, this hand, pressing him down so hard that he sat on the floor with a thump, unable to move.
