In the hearts of the Petty Family, they believed that if Yusuf Zuck were to take a younger member of their clan as a disciple, spending ten billion would still be a bargain, for if they learned Yusuf Zuck’s skills, that would be like swords flying across the sky, capable of beheading someone from a thousand miles away. The Petty Family had a well-thought-out plan and truly was not short on money. Befriending Yusuf Zuck was just the first step; the second step was to have Yusuf Zuck nurture their offspring. After more than a minute of silence on the phone, Yusuf Zuck finally sighed and said, "Brother, the abilities I possess may not be learnable by others. I stumbled upon them by chance, a stroke of fate – they weren’t developed through training."

"We know that," Alvin Petty said with a light laugh. "Legends speak of a ’Cleansing of the Spirit,’ and you must have been enlightened by a master, Yusuf. But that’s okay, let her study under you. Whatever she can learn, she learns; if she learns nothing, then it’s fine."

After a moment’s thought, Yusuf Zuck relented, "Alright then, send her over and give me a call." Having made his position clear from the get-go, he couldn’t be blamed if the Petty girl ended up learning nothing in the end.

"Good, see you later." With polite farewells, they hung up the phone.

After hanging up, Yusuf Zuck shifted into reverse, just as a BMW came driving in from outside. His attention was diverted by the recent phone call, and as he reversed, the approaching car suddenly appeared, leading to a collision with the front of the BMW.

Startled, Yusuf Zuck immediately turned off the engine and got out. Since it was his fault, it was only right to apologize.

"How could you drive like that, how could you?" As Yusuf Zuck got out, a voice from inside the BMW grew loud and then he saw Herman Holloway emerge from the car, visibly livid.

The two locked eyes, and the just-about-to-explode Herman fell silent, then glanced at Yusuf Zuck and then at the large pickup truck, seeming bewildered.

The vehicle Yusuf Zuck was driving was worth millions, but it was clearly new.

"Is this your car, Yusuf Zuck?" Herman Holloway asked, frowning.

Yusuf Zuck nodded, "Mine. I’ll call the insurance company now; I have comprehensive insurance." As he spoke, he took out his phone and dialed the insurance company, Ping An car insurance.

Herman Holloway scoffed, "Wow, driving a car worth millions, Yusuf. Your sister doesn’t earn that kind of money so easily."

Yusuf Zuck found the comment grating but, since the insurance call had gone through, he didn’t have time to entertain Herman, instead giving the site of the accident, his license plate number, and owner information.

The operator took down the details and asked Yusuf Zuck to wait patiently, as the claims agent would arrive at the scene shortly.

After the call, Yusuf Zuck approached Herman Holloway with a puzzled expression, "What did you mean by that comment just now?"

"Nothing much, just that becoming the uncle-in-law of Legacy surely means you’ve climbed the ranks," Herman sneered. "As for your sister, Sara, she’s quite charming. Shame that from now on, she can only ever be the mistress for others, but that’s just how the entertainment industry is. If she doesn’t become Legacy’s mistress, she’d still be fair game for someone else."

Herman Holloway’s words were dripping with malice. In their previous encounters, he had been cordial to Yusuf Zuck, even managing to share a laugh or two, but this time, he showed no such courtesy.

What was Yusuf Zuck in his eyes, anyway? Just a freeloader with a pretty face. There was no need for Herman to show him any respect.

Moreover, what could you do about a few harsh words from me? I want to annoy you because you didn’t give me face before. Do I even know who you are now?

"Oh." After hearing what Herman Holloway had said, Yusuf Zuck instantly understood why Herman Holloway always looked down on him with such disdain—it was because of Sara. He thought Sara was kept by Legacy Petty, and that he was basking in her light, in Legacy Petty’s light!

"Herman Holloway, that mouth of yours has decided you’re going to spend a few months in the hospital!" Yusuf Zuck suddenly laughed, and before Herman Holloway could react, Yusuf grabbed him by the neck and took him down with a leg sweep.

"Yusuf Zuck, you dare hit me? Security... security..." Herman Holloway screamed. How dare this rascal hit him on his own turf?

But... before security could get there, Yusuf stepped on Herman Holloway’s leg and with a ’snap’, Herman Holloway’s leg bent outward at a ninety-degree angle.

"Ahh~" Herman Holloway screamed, in so much pain that his eyes rolled back in his head.

Yusuf had been holding back his anger these past few days. He’d left the car intending to apologize; his fault lay with himself. But the problem was that Herman Holloway was too stupid—he had run into Yusuf’s line of fire.

Now, Yusuf was not afraid to do anything. Herman Holloway thought Yusuf would just endure, just listen to his ridicule without daring to touch him. But what he hadn’t expected was that while Yusuf might not engage in a war of words, he was anything but light-handed when it came to physical confrontation.

After dealing with one leg, several security guards started running over.

"Whoever comes over here is going to get their legs broken!" As the security guards glared fiercely, wanting to rush over and rescue Herman Holloway, Yusuf, while stepping on Herman’s other leg, glowered viciously at the guards.

The security guards indeed hesitated, not daring to act rashly.

Seizing the moment, Yusuf put more force into his foot, and with another ’snap’, Herman Holloway’s other leg broke.

The security guards suddenly felt a toothache because that crisp bone-breaking sound made their teeth feel sore and sent chills up their spines. It was the sound of a leg being snapped in two with a single stomp.

Herman Holloway fainted from the pain, but Yusuf continued. This bastard had crossed the line, bringing Sara into it, so Yusuf wouldn’t be able to calm his anger until he’d broken all four of Herman’s limbs.

One arm after another, both of Herman Holloway’s arms were also broken by Yusuf’s stomps while the man was completely unconscious.

By now, it wasn’t just the security guards who had witnessed his violent acts; some of the guests who had checked in had also seen a madman breaking a man’s limbs.

The security guards finally didn’t dare to charge over, but someone had called the police.

Yusuf didn’t run. After breaking Herman Holloway’s limbs, he squatted down on the ground and started smoking.

This wasn’t a question of impulsiveness, but a matter of having to deal with Herman Holloway.

Taking advantage of the time before the police arrived, he smoked and called Marlon Shepherd.

"Herman Holloway is finished by me. Tomorrow, notify the New Century leadership by phone or in written form. Say the board of directors has decided that due to Herman Holloway’s serious injuries and hospitalization, Ruth Wilcox is appointed as the interim general manager to fully deal with all affairs of New Century. Additionally, Ruth Wilcox has the right to hire and fire staff, including the deputy general managers." Yusuf’s mind moved quickly. He had already decided to do this while he was hitting Herman Holloway. This was the perfect opportunity to take Herman down without seeming abrupt and avoiding things like an official appointment letter from the board of directors.

And Herman Holloway still held the position of general manager; just let him hang on to that title. When he recovered from his injuries, all it would take was someone to break his limbs again.
