"Little White, what’s inside?" Yusuf Zuck asked.

"Meow~" Little White meowed toward the inside; this little creature could understand human speech but couldn’t speak, and Yusuf Zuck hadn’t given it Dew of Creation since he feared it might transform into a woman!

If it became human, if it became a woman, that would be different; now it’s cute, and Yusuf Zuck can play with it whenever he’s free, but if it transforms, it can’t be played with the same way!

"Is it a deity?"

"Is it a zombie?" Yusuf Zuck’s eyes lit up.

"Meow~" Little White immediately nodded vigorously!

"Then why did you bring me here?" Yusuf Zuck curiously asked, "What’s inside must be very powerful, right? If we open it, we might not be able to handle it!"

"Meow meow meow~" Little White meowed three times in rapid succession and pointed its little paw at itself, indicating it could handle it and just needed Yusuf Zuck to open the door!

"You can handle it?" Yusuf Zuck was extremely curious, wondering what kind of cat this was.

"Indeed, it can absorb Yang and Yin energy, it’s a Yin-Yang cat, and zombies belong to Yin, right? So perhaps it really can handle it." Yusuf Zuck took a deep breath, pondered for a moment, and then shook his head, "We don’t need to rush to open this now. Let’s explore other areas to find the entrance to the eighth layer first; we need to secure a retreat route!"

Understandingly, Little White nodded and then ran in another direction like the wind.

This time, in less than three minutes and after navigating through dozens more bends, the two entered an open burial chamber with a dark passage leading through it. Through the passage, they arrived at a bridgehead.

Standing at the bridgehead, one could clearly see a massive tomb chamber across the river, with a tombstone in front that had the words ’Prime Minister’s Tomb’ marked on it!

"Prime Minister’s Tomb? It seems like it should be an official title, but did ancient deities have official positions?" Yusuf Zuck was extremely curious. However, he did not cross the bridge but instead turned around and headed back.

He intended to open the chamber with something alive inside, to see the zombie within, and to see if the Faith Divine Stone he sought was inside.

A moment later, Yusuf Zuck returned to the chamber door, glanced at the circular mirror and talismans, then took out the Epoch Etching Blade and took a deep breath, "Little White, you must be careful. Never attempt to overdo it; everything is under my control!"

"Meow!" Little White meowed, indicating understanding, while Yusuf Zuck swiftly striked at the circular mirror and talismans with the Epoch Etching Blade!

"Crack~" The mirror shattered, and the talismans were split in half!

When the talismans were halved, they spontaneously ignited, causing the entire tomb chamber to tremble, with the source of tremor emanating from within the burial chamber!

Little White’s fur stood up like needles, getting ready to attack, while Yusuf Zuck clenched the Epoch Etching Blade tightly and fiercely struck at the tomb door!

"Shwa~" The Epoch Etching Blade left a streak of light, causing the stone door to be slashed open with a sizeable gap.

Just a gap, though, a mere slit, and from within wafted the stench of decaying flesh.

Yusuf Zuck held his breath and then slashed three more times.

With each cut, the tomb door was forcibly carved open to create a new entryway, and he then gently pushed!

"Bang!" Like a stone slab, the door opened, revealing the dark burial chamber where two blood-red luminescent beads were seen!

No, not beads, but the eyes of the person, just the eyes revealing a peculiar glow, and Yusuf Zuck could clearly see someone with decaying black fur covering their body, resembling mold growth, a person, but hairy and rotten!

"Meow~" Little White shrieked, transforming into a white beam that pounced forward!

"Boom~" Its speed was incredibly fast, akin to light speed, but Yusuf Zuck at that moment saw Little White being grabbed tightly with parallel hands by the black-haired zombie.

"Meow~" Little White continued to scream as the zombie seemed to be frozen for a moment, while Yusuf Zuck then saw two streams of black mist forming straight lines emanating from the zombie’s nostrils and swiftly absorbed by Little White’s nostrils, with the black-haired zombie’s body shrinking simultaneously.

However, Little White seemed to be suffering as it was held tightly by the black-haired zombie, with cracking noises emanating from its body, appearing very painful.

It was buying time for Yusuf Zuck!

"Hmph!" Yusuf Zuck knew what was happening upon seeing this, so he coldly snorted and swiftly swung the blade at the zombie’s arms!

"Crack~" The two arms gripping Little White broke off with the sound, and Little White swiftly escaped from the fallen hands, resuming its pounce towards the zombie’s head.

"Hiss hiss hiss~" The zombie rapidly shrank, its body moisture seemingly evaporating instantly, and within just three breaths, its blood-red eyes burst, turning its body into a jet-black mummy, while Little White’s whole body floated, spinning with self-sustaining force as its fur began to drop like snowflakes!

It was shedding!
