Chapter 1461: The Four Ancient Gods
Chapter 1461: Chapter 1461: The Four Ancient Gods
"Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh~" The moment four Golden Light Green Energy Arrows shot out, their arrowheads had already pierced the defenses of the Four Supreme Emperors. The sounds of breaking defenses rang out—’Bang! Bang!’—repeatedly shattering.
Indeed, the ruthless Yusuf Zuck, with the undefeatable Golden Light Green Energy Arrows that could even pierce through the Heavenly Dao, made short work of mere Gang Qi defenses.
As a result, in this instant, the Four Supreme Emperors felt their hairs stand on end in terror. They never imagined that Yusuf Zuck could be this ferocious, his might exceeding that of the Controllers themselves.
In their lifetimes, the Four Supreme Emperors had never witnessed such a savage superbeing. And in that moment, they also understood: Yusuf Zuck might very well be a Son of Creation born of this era, capable of standing shoulder-to-shoulder with the Ancient Era gods.
"We can’t block these arrows anymore!" Ali Buck shouted repeatedly, his voice growing frantic. Yusuf Zuck’s power no longer belonged to the Three Realms. It wasn’t the Divine Power, nor the Heavenly Power, nor any force they had ever known or seen before. It was a power capable of annihilating everything, crushing anything in its path.
"What do we do? What do we do? If this goes on, we’ll die, and the Four Major Royal Families will die as well!" In truth, no one could have anticipated that, against Yusuf Zuck alone, the Four Supreme Emperors would struggle so greatly. It was no wonder this young man dared to storm here unyieldingly—his confidence was truly profound.
"Summon the ancestors." Ali Buck’s expression turned dark. While retreating and struggling to fend off the Golden Light Green Energy Arrows, he quickly bit one of his fingers, hastily drawing a rune on his forehead.
"Buzz! Buzz! Buzz~" As the rune emerged, it sparkled incessantly, and an inexplicable force began pouring into his body.
Jamie Barron, Vince Trujillo, and Ali Buck followed suit, each drawing Blood Seals on their respective foreheads.
"Buzz~" The four’s energies surged higher and higher. As their power escalated, all four simultaneously unleashed a punch.
"Bang~" The Golden Light Green Energy Arrows, which were drilling into their defenses, exploded abruptly, causing the four to roar in unison.
"Crack! Crack! Crack! Crack! Crack~" Echoes of snapping ropes rang out from their bodies, and then their eyes began to change—a gaze that didn’t belong to them emerged.
Yusuf Zuck lowered his bow and stood firm, squinting slightly. In that instant, he sensed something extraordinary—an aura not of Controllers, not of the Four Supreme Emperors, but an overwhelming energy surging forward, engulfing him entirely.
"Fools!" A voice emerged from Ali Buck’s mouth—low and chilling, tinged with a raspy undertone. The voice no longer belonged to him.
"Indeed, fools." Jamie Barron spoke as well, but his voice had changed entirely; someone else had taken over his body.
"Oh? Yi’s God Bow of Shooting the Sun!" Vince Trujillo suddenly exclaimed in a woman’s voice.
"Is it truly this person? You dared to summon us down?" Another woman’s voice emerged from Jamie Barron’s mouth, melodious and delicate.
These four figures were none other than the Sea God, Mother Earth, Vince Trujillo the Great God of Yellow Wind, and the Ice Goddess—two men, two women, each born of the Ancient Era and nurtured by heaven and earth. These ancient deities were neither fully human nor fully monstrous, each holding their place among the legendary beings of the era.
"He’s merely at the Dignity stage, just a beginner among the divine. The four of you honestly couldn’t handle him? Are you kidding me?" The Sea God spoke incredulously.
"Haha, Vince and the others always handle matters prudently. They wouldn’t summon us without good reason—it’s harmful to their own bodies. Judging by the situation, this youngster must possess some skill. Yi’s God Bow of Shooting the Sun is in his hands, which works nicely for us. Let’s take it—it’ll be a great boon to our strength," Vince Trujillo the Great God of Yellow Wind replied, his tone calm and indifferent. "So, who among us will make a move?"
"I will. It’s been a while since I’ve stretched my legs. Jamie Barron and the others have been far too sluggish—they still haven’t broken into the God’s Altar after all this time." The Ice Goddess sneered as she stepped forward. Without sparing Yusuf Zuck a word, she flicked a finger. A beam of light shot straight towards him.
The light wasn’t moving fast; in fact, it was slow enough that everyone could clearly see its trajectory as it carved through the void. From afar, it appeared void of energy or force.
However, the absence of sensation for others didn’t mean Yusuf Zuck couldn’t feel it. The instant the Ice Goddess flicked the beam of light, his body froze—a mighty domain immediately immobilized him, silencing him completely.
"Snap!" The light slowly arced through the void, striking the crown of Yusuf Zuck’s head. Where the light hit, ice began rapidly condensing and freezing over.
Indeed, it turned out to be an Ice Beam. In the blink of an eye, Yusuf Zuck’s physical body was encased in solid ice, the freezing advancing at an astonishing pace.
"Haha, Ice Goddess, your Finger Freeze Technique has improved again," the other three ancient gods remarked, laughing with leisurely disdain. To summon them to deal with a mere beginner-level god? It was absurd—utter overkill, like wielding a sledgehammer to swat a fly.
But since they had been called forth, they could only proceed to eliminate their opponent.
"Don’t destroy his God Bow of Shooting the Sun," Vince Trujillo the Great God of Yellow Wind reminded.
"It won’t break. My humble powers could hardly damage Yi’s God Bow of Shooting the Sun," the Ice Goddess shook her head. "This is boring, completely lacking in challenge." Speaking in light jest, she clenched her fist lightly toward Yusuf Zuck and shouted, "Shatter!"
"Bang!" The ice shattered into a rapid explosion.
Yet, an astonishing turn of events shook the other four gods. Because... because... only the ice had shattered, and Yusuf Zuck’s physical body remained completely intact!
Yes, the ice encasing him had fragmented, but Yusuf Zuck’s body had emerged unscathed.
Unbelievable, impossible. The Ice Goddess’s Finger Freeze Technique, which could freeze anything and subsequently shatter it—whether a small mortal body, a star, a sun, or even the entire Mainland—had somehow failed.
And yet it had occurred—the unexpected had come true. Though the ice had indeed shattered, only the ice itself had broken, leaving Yusuf Zuck utterly unharmed!
"Roar~" At the same moment the four gods froze in shock, Yusuf Zuck suddenly let out a primordial howl. A golden light erupted from his body, while green energy coiled majestically around him.
"Crackle! Crackle! Crackle! Crackle!" The green energy enveloping Yusuf Zuck sparked violently, causing a resounding burst that shattered the Ice Goddess’s domain.
As the Ice Goddess’s domain shattered, Yusuf Zuck strode forward powerfully, a resolute dragon’s gait, tiger’s steps. Blood dripped from his bitten finger straight onto his forehead at the crown chakra!
"Whoosh~" Yusuf Zuck’s Eye of Heaven opened once again, unleashing the intense Huge Spirit Radiance that shot fiercely toward the Ice Goddess!
"What?!"
"Impossible..."
"He... he wields the Huge Spirit Divine Power?"
"How could this be possible?"
"Whoosh!" The Huge Spirit Radiance pierced through the four gods’ stunned cries, landing squarely on the Ice Goddess—or rather, Jamie Barron’s body!
"Buzz~" Upon impact, Jamie Barron’s physique arched dramatically. From his core emerged a translucent figure—a long-haired woman cloaked entirely in white.
The woman’s silhouette bent like a bow, forcibly expelled from Jamie Barron’s body by Yusuf Zuck’s Huge Spirit Radiance, separating her essence entirely.
