Chapter 1055: Chapter 1054: The Big Beard

Yusuf Zuck stopped, intrigued. The enemy of the bearded beggar had actually arrived, so he swept over the area with his Divine Sense.

"What? They’re all at the Immortal King Level?" Yusuf Zuck hadn’t realized it until he looked, but he was immediately shocked; the five people who flew in were all Immortal Kings, almost the same aura as the Supreme Elder from Campbell Sect, and one of them was even stronger than the Supreme Elder.

"All with the aura of kings, yet I don’t know their rank!" Yusuf Zuck took a deep breath. He knew Campbell Sect only had two Immortal Kings, and their grades were probably not high, but now, in this wild land, there suddenly appeared five of them.

It was well known that there were very few Immortal Kings in the Element World because most Immortal Kings resided or cultivated in the higher realm.

"Kid, are you courting death? Scram!" Yusuf Zuck was discovered by the five powerful Immortal Kings as soon as he used his Divine Sense to investigate them. One of them suddenly turned their head, and although they were tens of miles away, the look in their eyes was as cold as a knife.

"Yes, yes, I’ll scram!" Yusuf Zuck didn’t want to cause trouble. He felt the filthy, bearded man was not a simple character, which is why he didn’t want to be involved with him at all. Now that they were about to fight, it was not appropriate for him, a minor figure, to watch the big shots squabble.

He didn’t want to cause any trouble. He had to stay low-key for a while, especially since the matter with the Campbell Sect hadn’t been settled yet, and it would be bad if his whereabouts were discovered.

He turned and flew away, heading south!

He didn’t return to Blue Sea and Cloud Sky but decided to wander around and then look for an opportunity to sneak into Carefree Palace!

That’s right, Carefree Palace was his next target because Paisley Kirk was there.

Of course, he also needed to inquire about the whereabouts of his family’s Old Master Zuck, Jerome Hart, and others. The Old Master had ascended, and Jerome Hart had also ascended, so they should all be in the Element World.

But he didn’t know where.

After leaving Cowhorn Mountain for about four hours, he landed by a stream, washed his face, then shortened his body a bit, and transformed himself into an unremarkable, short, and chubby man.

His face was slightly dark, and he had a few small moles, but he hadn’t changed his clothes; he was still wearing his brocade robes and jade boots, quite lavishly dressed.

Afterward, he found a rather ordinary sword and hung it at his waist. After all, as a Profound Immortal Second Grade, even though he was ugly, he still needed to have presence.

"It feels a bit like Wu Dalang!" Yusuf Zuck laughed heartily at his reflection in the water, as this appearance was certainly not one of grace and elegance.

After the makeover, confident that no one would recognize him, he continued on his way.

He didn’t use Space-Time Travel and traveled at a leisurely pace. After flying for a day and a night, he finally saw a small market town.

The market was not large, with about a dozen households, but it was bustling with a lot of people. It seemed they were all travelers stopping to quench their thirst, eat meat, and drink wine.

He picked a tea shed to land in, but just as he was about to sit down, he suddenly felt a blur of motion before him, and someone snatched the seat he was about to take, sitting down right in front of him.

To Yusuf Zuck’s shock, it wasn’t just anyone who had taken his seat, but it was the fat bearded man without shoes, wearing ragged clothes, and covered in dirt—the very same bearded man!

"Hehehe, bring a pot of tea, the best tea, I’ve had enough greasy food." While the bearded man chuckled strangely, he took out a Superior Immortal Spirit Stone and placed it on the table.

"So stinky..." Suddenly, a few people drinking tea in the shed found the smell unbearable and, after glancing at the bearded man, got up and left.

Yusuf Zuck’s eyes grew cold. What was this bearded man trying to do? Following him? But he hadn’t noticed the bearded man tailing him. And since he had changed his appearance, the bearded man shouldn’t be able to recognize him, right?

After looking at the bearded man who started picking his feet as soon as he sat down, Yusuf Zuck also sat down abruptly across from him, but he didn’t call for tea; instead, he just quietly watched the bearded man.

The server brought the tea and, after placing it on the table, quickly ran off covering his nose from the stench.

"Hehehe, I’d recognize you even if you were burnt to ashes. You’re the one on Cowhorn Mountain, caught in romance and scaring me, right? Hehehe!" The bearded man, apparently too lazy to pour himself tea, grabbed the teapot and drank directly from it, not afraid of getting burned, gulping down the whole pot.

"So what if it’s me? What if it’s not?" Yusuf Zuck retorted.

"Let’s be friends, man. Don’t look down on me just because I’m a Grade One Golden Immortal. I can fight, you know. See those five Immortal Kings? Four of them Grade One and one Second Grade—they all ended up as snacks for my booze and meat, so don’t you underestimate me!"

"Heh, playing weak to lure the strong, is that fun?" Yusuf Zuck sneered.

"Playing weak? Luring the strong? Me?" The bearded man was taken aback, his eyes spinning around a few times before he slapped his thigh and exclaimed, "That’s a great metaphor! Pretending to be a pig and then eating a tiger. Kid, you’ve got talent!" The bearded man gave him a thumbs-up.

"Spit it out. What do you want from me? I don’t like to beat around the bush. If you’ve got something to say, say it. If not, beat it!" Yusuf Zuck said coldly.

"Aren’t you afraid of me?" the bearded man chuckled. "I’ve killed five Immortal Kings, after all."

"What’s that to me?" Yusuf Zuck retorted.

"Aren’t you curious about my level?"

"What’s that to me?" Yusuf Zuck reiterated.

"Aren’t you curious about... forget it, what’s that to you, right?" The bearded man waved his hand dismissively, then suddenly lowered his voice and said, "Kid, I want to kill you and rob you of your Magic Treasures!"

With a "hum" sound, Yusuf Zuck’s figure swiftly retreated, he jumped up high with a single leap and then coldly looked down at the man!

He actually knew that he possessed Magic Treasures!

"That’s right, that’s it. Tomas and I suddenly appeared from Blue Sea and Cloud Sky, and he must have seen it all, so that’s how he was sure I had Magic Treasures!" Yusuf Zuck took a deep breath, realizing that he had not been careful enough to prevent discovery.

"What are you nervous about?" The bearded man also took a step up into the sky, closing the distance between him and Yusuf Zuck.

"Don’t come any closer, or you’ll regret it!" Yusuf Zuck warned.

"Fine, I won’t come closer, but if I wanted to kill you, do you think you’d still be alive right now? Kid, can you do me a favor?" The bearded man finally got serious, dropping his joking demeanor.

Yusuf Zuck tilted his head, making a show of listening attentively.

"I want to get into your Magic Treasures, and then you take me to a place. I can’t get in there on my own, but others can, and you can too. Once you get me in, just let me out, and that’s it. So how about you help me with this little favor, and in return, I’ll grant you a fortune that could assist you in achieving the status of Immortal King later on?"

"Sorry, but I’ve got no interest in becoming any kind of Immortal King, so find someone else and stop following me." After speaking, Yusuf Zuck quickly fled.

"You can’t escape, you won’t get away!" the bearded man said with a chuckle. "If you don’t agree to my terms, you won’t escape my grasp!" After saying that, he followed suit.

Meanwhile, Yusuf Zuck paid him no mind, continuing to fly while debating whether to flee or find a secluded place to eliminate the man.

"No, no, this guy is too weird. If I tried to fight and failed to kill him, it could spell trouble. So, I should find a deserted place and escape!" Yusuf Zuck didn’t believe that after Space-Time Travel, the man could still catch up with him.

After flying for about four hours, there was no one to be seen for miles, but the bearded man was still leisurely trailing behind!

Suddenly, Yusuf Zuck stopped, turned around, and said, "Hey, big brother, I think this is where we part ways. Of course, if you manage to catch up with me later, I’ll agree to help you. Goodbye!" With that, he stepped forward, and a black hole immediately appeared under his feet!

"What? Space Jumping? You..."

"Swoosh..."

As the bearded man stood there in shock and disbelief, Yusuf Zuck had already dived into the black hole and disappeared!

"Where will you run off to!" The bearded man immediately closed his eyes, unleashing his strongest Divine Sense, covering billions of miles in a flash, both heaven and earth within the grasp of his Divine Sense!

However, the young cultivator had vanished!
