Chapter 761: Chapter 757: Playing LOL with Shen Yan

Twenty minutes later, Ye Fan and Shen Yan finally found a high-end internet café.

Although Shen Yan was wearing a long duckbill cap and large sunglasses, dressed in ordinary clothes, and wasn’t easily recognized, and no one expected Shen Yan to go to an internet café to play games, Ye Fan, out of safety considerations, asked Shen Yan to stay in the car while he went in to scout first.

Luckily, this high-end internet café had private couple’s booths with a strong sense of privacy.

Ye Fan carefully inspected the couple’s booth on the inside: a luxurious sofa that was half bed and half chair, two high-spec computers, a water dispenser, and a tea set, with good hygiene. Once the door was closed, it was basically a small hotel room.

Out of habit, Ye Fan used his keen eye to search for any hidden cameras or the like but didn’t find anything suspicious.

Ye Fan directly rented a couple’s booth, eighty yuan per hour.

After opening the couple’s booth, Ye Fan went out, sat in the car, and said to Shen Yan, “This internet café is pretty good, the booth is well-equipped and clean, I’ve already opened one.”

“Mhm,” Shen Yan happily replied.

As Ye Fan was about to get out of the car, Shen Yan suddenly called out, “Wait!”

“What’s up?” Ye Fan paused from getting out of the car and turned to ask.

“Ye Fan, let’s go buy some fruit, we can eat it when we get tired of playing,” Shen Yan suggested.

Ye Fan nodded, “Alright. Let’s go in first, and I’ll go buy them.”

Shen Yan nodded her head.

So, Shen Yan pulled her cap down lower, put on her sunglasses and mask, and then got out of the car to enter the internet café with Ye Fan.

After entering the couple’s booth that Ye Fan had already opened, Shen Yan carefully looked around the booth and nodded with satisfaction, “This is really nice. By the way, do you think there are hidden cameras or something?”

“Don’t worry, I’ve checked thoroughly,” Ye Fan said. “You start playing, I’ll go buy the fruit.”

“Mhm, be quick, I’m a bit scared,” Shen Yan said.

“Okay. Lock the door behind me, nobody will bother you,” Ye Fan said, and then he left the booth, closing the door behind him.

A few minutes later, Ye Fan came back carrying several large bags.

He had bought three to four types of fruit, two to three pounds each, totaling over ten pounds of fruit. Additionally, he also bought a big bag of snacks.

All that fruit and snacks were more than enough for a late-night feast.

He entered the booth, Shen Yan quickly closed and locked the door before her gaze fell on the things Ye Fan had brought back, she excitedly exclaimed, “Wow, so much fruit.”

Ye Fan smiled and put the fruits and snacks away.

He noticed both computers were on and casually asked, “You started playing already?”

“Not yet, waiting for you,” Shen Yan said. “Let’s eat some fruit before we start playing.”

Ye Fan nodded.

Next, the two ate fruit for a few minutes, then cleaned their hands with wet wipes and officially started to play LOL.

After each settled in front of a computer, Shen Yan turned and asked, “Ye Fan, which champion are you good with?”

“Thorny Spirit, Snowman Knight,” Ye Fan replied.

Shen Yan’s eyes lit up, “Will you play the support role, is that okay?”

Ye Fan smiled, “Of course.”

So, the two went online, formed a team, and entered the Summoner’s Rift. Ye Fan picked Thorny Spirit, and Shen Yan picked a female fire character.

Playing LOL, the usually graceful and ladylike Shen Yan turned into a sassy girl from the internet cafe, constantly shouting and hollering with excitement.

Ye Fan, on the other hand, was very calm, hardly making a sound except when reminding Shen Yan during their coordinated plays.

Shen Yan played with wild excitement, but her skills were quite ordinary. Using the firepower-heavy Annie, and with Ye Fan’s full support at her side, she still couldn’t manage to kill the enemies and would often end up killing herself instead. Meanwhile, as Ye Fan waited for Shen Yan to respawn, he racked up quite a few kills.

The game ended with a win, thanks to Ye Fan’s superior gameplay and global awareness. Shen Yan was so excited she nearly jumped up.

However, upon taking a closer look at the stats, her lips immediately pouted.

3 kills, 2 assists, 12 deaths!

She then leaned over to check Ye Fan’s stats, which showed an impressive 14 kills, 16 assists, and 3 deaths, the highest contribution on the team.

“How is this possible?” Shen Yan exclaimed with wide eyes, “You were clearly playing support, how did you get the most kills?”

“I was fully supporting you,” Ye Fan said innocently, “but you were always too reckless and died too quickly.”

“Pick a different champion, one that can heal,” Shen Yan insisted, “You said you’d support me, but you ended up carrying the game!”

“Hehe, alright then,” Ye Fan said with a smile, “How about if I play Soraka?”

“That’s more like it,” Shen Yan responded.

Next, Ye Fan and Shen Yan teamed up for a second game, with Shen Yan still playing Annie.

This time they suffered a dismal defeat. Ye Fan’s champion stayed by Annie’s side the entire game, constantly healing her. While Annie died less often, Soraka ended up being the one to die miserably.

After three games of playing support, Shen Yan felt a bit embarrassed and offered to switch roles, letting Ye Fan play an offensive champion, Ziggs.

Once Ye Fan was free to play aggressively, he took down the enemy champions with ease, achieving a legendary status effortlessly, leaving Shen Yan completely astonished.

Halfway through the game, due to the dominance of Ye Fan’s Ziggs, the enemy’s morale was utterly shattered, and they surrendered.

After the match, Ye Fan turned to Shen Yan with a smile, only to find her gazing at him with eyes full of stars and moons, radiating admiration.

“What’s up?” Ye Fan asked instinctively.

Regaining her composure, Shen Yan exclaimed, “Ye Fan, you’re amazing. How did you get so good at playing LOL?”

“Hehe, I guess I’m okay,” Ye Fan replied modestly.

Playing LOL required a sense of the overall game, quick reflexes, and anticipation—all things Ye Fan excelled at, so he took to the game like a fish to water.

“Ye Fan, will you teach me how to play LOL?” Shen Yan pleaded, reaching out with her jade-like hands and coquettishly shaking Ye Fan’s arm.

“Okay,” Ye Fan replied with a faint smile.

Immediately, Shen Yan excitedly shuffled her beautiful hips a few times and quickly sat down next to Ye Fan, her soft and fragrant body pressing up against him.

“Cough, you’re sitting too close. I can’t play properly,” Ye Fan said with a touch of embarrassment.

“Oh,” Shen Yan blushed slightly and moved a little further away, then hastily said, “Teach me how to play Ziggs!”

With a smile, Ye Fan clicked to enter the ranked matchmaking in Gold tier.

Seeing this, Shen Yan couldn’t help but exclaim, “Wow, you’re Gold tier! No wonder you’re so good!”

Soon, the game started, and while Ye Fan effortlessly played Ziggs, he explained the gameplay to Shen Yan.

She listened, captivated, and unconsciously drew even closer to Ye Fan, half-leaning against him.

Ye Fan was distinctly aware of Shen Yan’s delicate fragrance as well as the feel of her softness pressing onto half of his body.
