The rich farmer-style noodles were ready, and both Lin Fei and Lu Zijin had a bowl each. Lin Fei also took out a bowl of pickled vegetables from the cupboard.

"Zijin, you must be starved, go ahead and eat!"

Lin Fei pushed a bowl of noodles in front of Lu Zijin, topped it with the fried eggs, and handed her a pair of chopsticks.

"Thank you!"

Lu Zijin took the chopsticks and began eating heartily, completely forgetting about maintaining a ladylike image.
