A large snake with a flower-patterned skin crawled across a nearby branch.

Su Xiumei caught sight of the flower-patterned large snake and cried out in shock.

"Sister Xiu Mei, the snake can’t bite me..."

Lin Fei smiled and said to Su Xiumei, "You better pull up your pants fast, in case any little bugs sneak into your ’down below’; that’d be a real problem!"

With a bright fire burning in the stove, the big iron pot hissing and smoking, Lin Fei quickly added some vegetable oil, and once it was heated up, he added a slab of pork lard.

After the lard had completely melted, Lin Fei quickly added the snake meat, chicken meat, and spices to the iron pot for a quick stir-fry. Once the meat turned golden, he poured in water, brought it to a boil, and then reduced the heat to let it simmer slowly.
