Chapter 363 - 363 - Finally getting some "me" time

The morning after, I woke up feeling refreshed with Yren sleeping soundly beside me with all his limbs coiled around my body as if he was afraid of waking up alone on our bed. I stole a kiss from his lips and then my husband's eyes slowly opened as he woke up. He looked adorable and a bit lost after waking up. When he saw that he was still wrapped around me, he tried to let go quickly but I rolled on top of him to keep him in place.

Checking the time, the sun is still about half an hour away from rising and since I made sure that this frisky guy's health stays perfect throughout the night, what better way to greet someone a "good morning" than to have a little naughty time. It is still early anyway so we still have time to do some early morning exercise, take a shower and then dress up before coming to the dining hall for breakfast.

Once Yren was pinned down, he tried to squirm his way out of my grasp but once my lips landed on his, it did not take too much for me to seduce and convince him into giving in to what I wanted to do. We ended up going for two more rounds, one on the bed and one while we were taking a shower. I had to give him some healing potions he can take again and even advised him to just stay in bed for the rest of the day to rest but he hated the idea.

He instantly looked at me like I said something extremely stupid and then he said, "I am trying to show the others that my body is sturdier than theirs. Why would I miss breakfast like the weaklings they were during those previous days?" I guffawed at how he doesn't hide the fact that he feels competitive in everything with everyone.

Though he proudly said that his body is sturdier than others, it is still too early for him to claim that. He isn't deified yet and spending several hours (s)exercising with a mystique like me will drain will turn any human to a living raisin for that matter. I still ended up having to help Yren to dry his hair and put some clothes on him since he is too weak to move. I even had to princess carry him since he had jelly legs up until we were only a few steps away from the dining table to at least save some of his dignity and pride.

I thought that once I have finished the last step of the Athanoviya Marriage Ritual for all five of them, we can all finally relax and return to how we were before the ritual but I guess I was overly optimistic to think that way. The breakfast was again full of tension as all eyes were on Yren who had a smug smile on his face. He even purposely wore loose home clothing that showed his whole neck area and a bit of his collarbones which are currently full of the hickeys I made.

His little act of boasting has earned me knowing looks and chuckles from both my in-laws and the attendants assigned to serve our meals at the dining hall. As for the other husbands that are already seated around the table when me and Yren areived, they looked very unamused with the youngest's little show as they gave me looks full of accusation after giving Yren a lingering stare that lasted almost a minute. They all looked very jealous of the marks that I left on Yren's body but I doremember giving all of them some too during the time I was with them so I don't understand where the issue is coming from. I did try my best to treat each of them fairly during our honeymoon nights.

I could only shake my head and sigh in helplessness as there is nothing I could do about the current situation I am in as well as how the husbands are feeling about all the changes. After the meal, I stood up and walked out of the dining area telling everybody that I will stay in my room, alone, for the next three days to relax and enjoy my free remaining free time since I would be going back to the academe soon.

None of the husbands commented on my declaration or even spared me a look. They must have thought that I was just saying it to avoid any issues or sensitive conversations. I am sure damn serious about staying in my room though so I won't really be talking to anyone anytime soon once I locked myself in.

I don't plan to go out at all and just do what I feel like doing in my own free time. I secretly told the palace attendants not to prepare any food for me and don't bother to knock on the door to clean the room for the next three days since I don't need those anyways. I went straight inside my room, locked my doors securely and placed a barrier to stop anybody from entering my private space for the next three days.

For the next three days, I kept my silence inside my room, not joining any meals or even stepping foot out and acting like I did not exist. I used my three precious days catching up with my production job tasks, reading different materials for research and also sneaking out to visit other places.

I used the first day solely on taking long baths and staying in bed doing nothing. Once I started feeling bored, I start doing more productive also known as money-making activities. Being a one-man factory is just like that I guess. I should do something about the fact that I am becoming a workaholic again by delegating tasks. Honestly, if I didn't have a mystique body, I would have died of overwork in this life.

I used my two remaining free days to visit Sklavryet, Eieneos and the World Tree realm since it has been quite a while since I dropped by. Though I have told my husbands in advance that I would be busy with stuff in Athanoviya, it does not mean they were totally fine with me not being around for prolonged periods of time. By doing this, I hope to get at least a few good wifey points through visiting them by surprise even just once during my supposed very busy schedule.

I should take advantage of the fact that I can only do it right now since all my five husbands who are in the palace are not deified yet. At this time, they wouldn't even notice the fact that I am not really inside my room during most parts of the day and only return in the late evenings.

During one of the times I sneaked out, I teleported to Sklavryet to check on the progress of the construction of my free trade city. I also squeezed in to my already tight schedule, a general meeting with the Noir elders. Since I am already in the Noir headquarters, I also dropped by to check on the current status of Richard and his gang whom I have entrusted to Noir for their training and safety.

To enjoy the rest of my relaxing "me" time, I walked around the forests bordering Sklavryet on its three sides, enjoying the fresh air and the warmth of soleia. While I am at it, I also made sure to harvest and hunt anything that I came across during my long walk that I could sell. I also dropped by Marahuyo to check on my pregnant husbands and the people that was currently being sheltered by the sanctuary. It is not so bad mixing business with pleasure in these situations.

After completing all the tasks I have set for myself for each place I needed to visit, I made sure to unwind a bit by doing some rounds in the marketplace while eating the food that I loved to eat during my stay here, once that I have really missed a lot. I also saw some familiar faces and made sure to greet each of them politely.

My last stop for the day was a quick visit to Kama to check on my men and my people. I also cooked their favorite dishes as well as prepared their favorite snacks, desserts and beverages good for a month or so to make up for my absence.

After selling some of the herbs in the alchemy shops in Sklavryet and sending the rest for selling to Uncle Daejung's shop, I teleported back to the Athanoviya royal castle discreetly. I immediately took a shower and slept until I woke up naturally the next morning.

The next day was allotted for visits to Eieneos to visit my kids and check the progress of the rebuilding of the kingdom. I also visited the world tree realm to soothe my pregnant husband and make sure to ease some of his workload in managing the tenants of the realm. My schedule had been very hectic but I honestly still feel that it was enjoyable since I was able to see everyone and was able to accomplish the list of things I needed to do.
