Kevin’s phone began to ring.

He waited until the incoming call was nearly over before he answered, letting out a big yawn in the process, speaking in a lazy tone as if he had just been awoken, his voice even carried a hint of impatience, "Who’s this, calling in the middle of the night, don’t you know what time it is now in Seattle!"

On the other end of the call, Park Dae-jung had a wry smile on his face.

"Mr. Kevin, we surrender! Please don’t sell those resources, name your conditions!" From the other end came the anxious cry of Park Dae-jung.

Sleepy-eyed, Kevin sneered, no longer speaking English, but Chinese instead.

His intention was to pay tribute to Bai Xiaosheng.

"What are you saying, I can’t understand you!" Kevin’s voice was particularly impatient, "Can’t you fucking speak Chinese?!"
