"Alright, alright, listening to you two talk gives me goosebumps. ’Miss Lu, Mr. Bai’, are you two acting in a TV drama or what?" Zheng Pangzi muttered, "Actually, if you ask me, we should all just be friends. Why so formal with friends!"

Wei Xuelian also added with a bright smile, "Exactly, we’re all about the same age, why put on such a mature and steady front, talking like old fogeys. Wenqian, it’s not your character to speak like this. If you keep it up, I won’t be able to stand it."

Everyone burst into laughter, and the atmosphere immediately relaxed considerably.

Bai Xiaosheng laughed and said to Lu Wenqian, "I might be a bit older than you, so I’ll take the liberty to call you Wenqian, and you can call me Xiaosheng, alright?"

Bai Xiaosheng suddenly felt that changing the subject was even worse than not changing it at all.

The others couldn’t help but laugh heartily at his resigned expression, looking delighted.

They chatted for a while more.
