"Save me!" As Sasha and Dantai rushed towards her, Angelica called for help. In the next moment, under the control of telekinesis, her body lunged towards Qin Yan’s Tang Sword.

Rudolph fired two Moon Blades, hitting Ai Yixin and sending her flying. The Dragon Bone Curved Blade then struck Lin Weiguo, leaving a wound. He wanted to save his lover, but the two adversaries in front of him were too troublesome. Though they posed no threat to him, their meat shield ability was too resilient, tying down his movements.

The remaining hundred or so bugs from the Underground Second Floor resumed their attack, swarming through the corridors, with the rustling of their movement coming from all directions.

For a quick resolution, Qin Yan focused her attention and successfully transformed.

"Bai Chuan, watch me!" Driven by the temptation of earning a massive amount of points, disregarding her own life to delay Rudolph, Ai Yixin also hoped to claim a piece of powerful equipment after the fight.

The married woman thought of her child that never had a chance to be born, of Chu Baichuan who died for her, and was engulfed by unending grief. Her emotion unstable, she successfully transformed, and her ability evolved. The dazzling diamonds on her body flared up suddenly, spiky like a hedgehog, and their edges turned sharp.

With a sweep of her arms, the engorged diamonds shot out.

Rudolph tried to block with his knife, but the moment they made contact, the diamond spikes exploded, and the resulting powder nearly blinded him.

The German’s ability was beastification, but strong as he might be, facing two meat shields, he could not deliver a sure-kill strike, being tightly entangled.

Angelica’s ability was quite advantageous; she was almost unbeatable one-on-one at the same level, but she had met her counters in Dantai and Qin Yan, plus Sasha’s support. Her battle for survival had reached its end.

In less than a minute, the victor was decided. The German woman was beheaded by Qin Yan, her head rolling away.

The Platoon Leader seized the chance, directing his men to focus fire and picked them off one by one. With that, all the rookies of the squad were wiped out, leaving behind only one Conqueror.

"You bastards!" Rudolph was thoroughly enraged, activating his third stage and going all out to obliterate these people.

"Qin Yan, you go; soldiers, try to intercept the bugs as much as you can," Dantai launched a shockwave, momentarily slowing the bugs’ advance.

Boom! Rudolph grabbed Ai Yixin’s arm and swung her round, battering Lin Weiguo before smashing her to the ground. The married woman vomited blood, struggling to maintain her ability, as the diamonds on her body shattered.

Qin Yan’s Tang Sword clashed with the curved blade, chipping a notch out of it. However, her strength was too weak; Rudolph took advantage of the momentum and his blade cut into her neck. Fortunately, she was in a liquidized state, but Sasha was not so lucky. Kicked in the abdomen, he was thrown like a punching bag, agonizing pain preventing him from rising, his shabby Protective Clothing unable to withstand such blows.

"Attack fiercely!" At such a time, any command was useless; only head-on confrontation would work. When Dantai said this, it was but to disrupt the opponent’s judgment, preventing him from concentrating and keeping Bai Guo from being discovered.

"Get a clue, Bai Guo." Since this was Dantai’s first time commanding battle, he wanted it to end perfectly. With already robust qualities and successive transformations, entering the second phase, he immediately took control of five corpses and charged at the German, releasing the White Ghost.

The Moon Shield, S-Class, when deployed three crescent shapes envelop the body, able to withstand twenty hits from S-Class Weapons; attacks below S-Class have no effect.
