Chapter 1346: Chapter 22 Capture

Tang Zheng held Ellis’s arm and pushed her away from him.

"What’s going on with you?" Ellis’s face darkened, and her right hand reached towards Tang Zheng’s thigh. But this time it wasn’t to tease. Her palm was already sprouting many poison needles, ready to knock this man unconscious and give him a good beating.

Feeling Ellis strengthening her grip, he grabbed her wrist and flipped it up.

"You hurt me!" Ellis had long learned how to mask her intentions. The poison needles retracted back into her flesh. "Let go of me, I want to get out of the car."

Lin Weiguo climbed into the car, holding a syringe filled with an anesthetic, and injected it into her neck, pushing the potion into her body.

Ellis fainted.

"Let me see what her real form looks like?" Lu Fan wanted to peel off Ellis’s human skin, but Tang Zheng stopped him.

"Don’t, I don’t want to be left with psychological scars." Tang Zheng vigorously wiped his lips. "Tie her up well and throw her in the trunk."

Qin Yan looked uneasy. Even though the target was an alien species, she was not comfortable with this organ-depriving action and suggested they catch them alive and hand them over to the female doctor.

"As a contribution to humanity." For his comrades, Tang Zheng didn’t mind getting his hands bloody. But since he wasn’t professional and although he carried a freezer, he was worried about damaging the organs and reducing the effectiveness of the medicine. So, he decided to directly kidnap and hand over to the professional, the female doctor.

"Even if we’re talking about human rights, shouldn’t you choose a human? This is an alien species, it’s questionable whether they even count as sentient beings." Old Soldier was an experienced man, having executed missions on the frontier, and saw these matters lightly. How to keep his combat mates alive was his first priority. "Being merciful to the enemy is cruelty to oneself."

The third prey was a fitness trainer. After Tang Zheng’s team drew a blank at his home, they headed to the gym where he worked.

"I hate musclebound brutes the most, and this guy looks a bit like Schwarzenegger. He could play a gorilla or Terminator without any makeup," Lu Fan commented while flipping through a photo album found at the trainer’s house. "Only pictures from after he turned twenty, looks like he hasn’t been on Earth for too long."

The gym was in South City. Tang Zheng sped there, taking twenty minutes to arrive, and asked Lu Fan to stay outside as a lookout. Little Lolita was not happy about it.

"I want to go too. This guy seems strong; there might be a fierce fight." Lu Fan was making excuses; she hated waiting and didn’t want to be separated from Tang Zheng.

"Just stay quiet, Xin Lan, keep an eye on her!" Tang Zheng didn’t have time to argue with Lu Fan and left without looking back. "If you have the guts to follow on your own, I won’t take you with me for anything in the future."

Lu Fan had already opened the car door, ready to follow first and explain later, but hearing this, she instantly lost her nerve.

"Fine, I won’t go. Who cares!" Lu Fan haughtily slammed the car door and pouted.

With Lin Weiguo around, no wall could stop him. His ability launched, and the concrete flowed around like liquid, melting away to form an opening.

Bai Guo stepped forward, getting ahead of the others into the gym, eager to scout ahead and share some of the burdens.

"Split up and search. If you spot the target, don’t act rashly, wait until we gather to capture it." Tang Zheng tapped on the communicator made by Shen Qingshuang to ensure it was working. Then, like a cheetah, he sprinted towards the staircase.

The three did not need tasks assigned by Tang Zheng; each chose a direction and began working swiftly.

Tang Zheng’s footsteps were light, making no sound on the floor. Uncertain of the layout of the gym, he resorted to scouring it floor by floor, but the process turned out to be simpler than anticipated.

Just as he entered the third floor, Tang Zheng heard moans from women, not just one. He stealthily moved closer, glanced over, and saw an indecent scene.

It was a dance studio. At that moment, seven Caucasian women lay disheveled, dressed in colorful leotards torn apart, exposing large areas of skin, and smeared with a disgusting greenish liquid.

Tang Zheng quickly held his breath. The room was filled with a pinkish gas—evidently what had knocked the women unconscious.

Tang Zheng quickly identified the perpetrator—a tall alien, currently naked. Its back and chest sprouted numerous tentacles, indulging in its evening’s prey.

Multitouch Star Man, during its mating season, attacked females of any species. It secreted a gaseous substance to stun its prey before mating on the spot. With limited intelligence, their life purpose was to consume and reproduce, yet they took no care of their offspring, abandoning them right after copulation—a truly despised species.

During this season, the Men in Black would monitor the Multitouch Star Men. The Variant Management Committee was even discussing expelling them and categorizing them as a type of biological disaster.

"This alien species was a stowaway. Had it not been mating season, it would never have exposed itself, for it could have bought legal residency documents from some corrupted officials of the Committee."

"Found it, on the third floor!" Tang Zheng did not act rashly and was glad he hadn’t brought Lu Fan.

After waiting a minute, three people had all arrived. Bai Guo had never experienced anything like this; the overlapping bodies had caused her to blush and she sneakily glanced at Tang Zheng and Qin Yan.

"Watch out for the fog, get moving!" Tang Zheng pulled out the Storm Hammer and hurled it toward the alien’s head.

The moment the alien heard the sound of the wind breaking, it looked up, only to see a war hammer bigger than its head occupying its entire field of vision, smashing down harshly.

Bang, the alien was slammed against the wall by the war hammer, issuing an angry roar. Its tentacles violently pulled, tearing the two women it was holding into broken flesh and throwing them toward Tang Zheng, before it got up and attacked.

Qin Yan and Old Soldier held their guns and suppressed it with gunfire. Bai Guo went into invisibility, ready to launch a sneak attack at any moment.

Tang Zheng caught the war hammer flying back, tugged on his shadow cloak, and teleported behind the alien, swinging at its head. However, the creature had eyes on the back of its head, and five tentacles shot out like arrows, targeting him.

Gravity suppression activated, the alien’s tentacles noticeably paused and fell. Tang Zheng blocked the tentacles with the war hammer and delivered a sweeping kick to the alien’s body.

Like a bowling ball, the alien tumbled awkwardly out, and Old Soldier, with a flick of his hand, shot the Bloodthirsty Army Spike into its eye.

Qin Yan hurled the Magic Spear Thorn. The alien tried to intercept it with its tentacles, but to no avail, and was pinned in its body. She then leapt forward, grabbed the hilt of the spear, flipped the creature over, and then slammed it fiercely onto the ground.

Bang, the floor shattered, and they fell through.

The alien screamed in pain, its skin inflating as if filled with gas, then suddenly deflated, spewing a dense pink gas from its tentacles and skin pores, heavily obscuring the view.

Qin Yan quickly activated her shield. She didn’t want to end up a plaything like those Western women.

"Back off, I’ve got this!" Tang Zheng used the Magic Mirror to teleport behind the alien, unleashing another torrent of blows. He knew that Qin Yan and the others lacked effective defenses, so for safety’s sake, he halted his attack for a moment.

Although the alien’s offensive power was average, its resilience was absolutely extraordinary. Tang Zheng’s barrage of blows had broken nearly ten of its tentacles, and it had turned into a bloody mess but was still vigorously alive. Despite its low IQ, it realized it couldn’t beat these humans and broke through the wall to start its escape.

If it weren’t for the fear of damaging the creature’s organs, Tang Zheng really wanted to burn it to ashes with Energy Gathering; he teleported and appeared in front of the fleeing alien, delivering a big kick straight to its face.

Bang, the alien flew straight out this time, slamming into a telegraph pole and knocking over a garbage can.

Just as Tang Zheng was about to deliver the final blow, energy spheres started shooting over, creating big pits upon hitting the ground.

Three Ford sedans charged full speed. Men in black suits extended venom fangs out of the car window, firing at him. Although not the most efficient, after some time, they had picked up the trail of Tang Zheng’s group and had caught up.

"Tang Zheng, go capture the alien." Old Soldier came to support, his expression grim. He knew the borrowed game would be troublesome; being targeted by such a large organization was definitely a thorn in the back.

The men in black had apparently not expected there to be another Multitouch Star Man here and also ran over to capture it.

Li Xinlan drove over, and Lu Fan, wielding dual guns, exchanged fire with the men in black. Bai Guo’s newly acquired Fallen Star also launched, sending speckled arrows like meteors encompassing the three sedans.

The men in black reacted quickly, opened the car doors, and jumped out together, and soon the sedans were turned into sieves by the arrows and exploded into fireballs.

Not only were the men in black humans, but there were also some fiercely combative alien species among them. They charged wildly, tore off their suit jackets revealing large, agile forms, and pounced toward Old Soldier’s group.

The Queen roared and shot out green energy spheres, suppressing the men in black. Tang Zheng teleported again, appearing right beside the alien trying to flee amidst the chaos, and delivered a crushing kick, flipping it, then followed with a war hammer blow to its thigh.

No sound of fracture; the alien’s thigh turned directly into flesh mush. It screamed, its tentacles all stabbed toward Tang Zheng.

Tang Zheng swung his war hammer, exploding the alien’s head. The Eagle of Arizona soared out from his ring, violently hitting its front and then, with claws extended, grabbed its body and soared high.

"Old Soldier, stay put, everyone else retreat!" Tang Zheng lunged toward the men in black, determined to slaughter those who had seen their face.
