Chapter 1309: Chapter 63: Annihilation
Heavy rain poured down, covering the entire Fairy Tale Town in a mist that made it seem like a scene from Misty Rain Pavilion with swallows flitting about in the hall; it was lost and dreamlike!
Fake Gu Xueqi leaned forward, moving with extreme speed as she broke through the mist. She fired both hands, launching the Flame Phoenix in an attack on Lu Fan, seizing the opportunity presented by Tang Zheng’s restraint, calculating in her mind the moment his teleportation ability would cool down.
Lu Fan watched fake Gu Xueqi coldly, as White Ivory and Ebony Incense were fired violently, simultaneously tiptoeing at the edge, and then she flew to the side.
"You know your place!" fake Gu Xueqi flashed past Lu Fan, leaving behind a warning look—if she dared to intercept, Xueqi would expose her scheme.
"Damn it, the sand is wet!" Lu Fan pouted, dissatisfaction written all across her face; her ability to control sand weakened in the heavy rain, but her Dual Guns didn’t stop as she dodged, spitting flames all the while.
Bullets chased after fake Gu Xueqi, exploding beside her continuously, shattering the crystal walls into fragments filled with cracks.
Fake Gu Xueqi didn’t care about these, abandoning some defensive moves and fleeing with all her might. She knew Lu Fan wouldn’t dare act; otherwise, it would be a Pyrrhic victory, with her suffering the loss, but just as she dashed thirty meters into the passage, thinking she was out of Tang Zheng’s teleportation range, a violent gust like a sudden angry downpour came her way.
White Ivory’s light beam easily tore through Gu Xueqi’s shield, and the bullets that followed pierced her scapula, blasting a bloody and mangled hole.
"Lu Fan, you’re seeking death!" fake Gu Xueqi’s cry was cut off, as Lu Fan erupted, her body surrounded by a nebulous mist of blood, and she charged inside the door.
Seeing Lu Fan’s ferocious expression, fake Gu Xueqi turned and ran; she knew this Little Lolita genuinely wanted to kill her—there were no better opportunities to prove herself than this.
"Hmph, did she underestimate the clone group from the start?" Fake Gu Xueqi was after all a healer with especially strong resistance to hits, her body burst forth with two phoenixes, healing her wounds while acting as shields, blocking the bullets.
However, the S-class Firearms were potent, ultimately breaking Gu Xueqi’s left arm, which fell to the ground. Gritting her teeth, she grabbed an Emergency First Aid Kit, slapping it on the severed part, barely escaping by the skin of her teeth.
Lu Fan furrowed her brows, picked up the severed arm, glanced outside the door where Tang Zheng couldn’t see the situation due to a blind spot.
Fake Lin Weiguo, held by Tang Zheng’s grip on his arm, his sweat glands erect in fear, his left hand wielding the Bloodthirsty Army Spike targeting his abdomen; metal armor wriggled and spread up his arm, then solidified, attempting to immobilize him.
Tang Zheng shifted his feet, dodging the stab, and with a pull on fake Old Soldier’s arm, his knee forcefully hit the attacker’s abdomen.
The powerful impact forced the fake Old Soldier to bend over, his back bulging, and the airflow directly fanned the rain behind him into an umbrella-shaped mist.
"Die!" Tang Zheng’s right hand formed into a blade and stabbed into fake Lin Weiguo’s throat, then turned into a claw, brutally tearing through armor, ripping off half a trachea stained with blood.
Bang! Tang Zheng kicked, hitting fake Lin Weiguo’s stomach, his face turned deathly pale as he flew out; with both trachea and spine clutched, this tearing pulled his entire spine out of his chest cavity, dragging it out as the mangled corpse fell into a puddle.
Fake Tao Ran’s Time-space Blackfish attacked ferociously like ravenous piranhas, but failed to bite through Tang Zheng’s shield.
"Come here!" Tang Zheng flung his arm like a steel whip, smashing the Blackfish into pieces, then reached for fake Tao Ran, activating gravity.
"Save me!" fake Black Long Straight, uncontrollably flying towards Tang Zheng, panicked, deploying the translucent Sigh Wall.
The rain continued to pour, dampening the counterattack spirit of everyone; no one saved her, fake Jing Xiang simply turned and leapt onto a roof, trying to escape by flexibly reaching out.
"Come down!" Tang Zheng targeted the beastified Catwoman, grasping at the void, the newly airborne Catwoman slammed into the ground as if hit by a gravity hammer, then slid towards Tang Zheng, her cheeks dragging on the blue stone slab, creating several bloody streaks.
Fake Zhang Chun’en, two bodyguards, and the Filipino maid, lacking the courage to fight, ran towards the outskirts of the small town in panic; ten or more surviving University students also ran for their lives without choosing their path, even though Giants roamed outside the town, they could not care less.
Tang Zheng grabbed fake Tao Ran’s arm, violently swung it towards the ground, fake Jing Xiang happened to slide into it, and with a crack of fracturing bones, their bodies contorted irregularly; the two girls vomited blood, almost fainting from pain.
"Die!" Seeing fake Tao Ran’s tear-streaked cheeks, Tang Zheng grabbed her head with one hand, without any hesitation, he brutally yanked her skull off like pulling up a radish.
The flesh of her neck tore like ripped fabric, the spine pulled out from the chest, bringing with it viscous blood and broken flesh that splashed onto fake Jing Xiang.
Fake Dong Zixuan released magma that surged from the ground, but it was blocked by Tang Zheng’s shield; instead, the splashed scalding liquid fell on fake Jing Xiang, causing her to scream in pain.
"Don’t kill me!" Fake Jing Xiang cried in terror, her shrill screams tearing her throat.
Tang Zheng glanced at her calmly, his right foot carrying a powerful wind like a fully charged warhammer, harshly stomping on Catwoman’s chest.
Splatter—the Catwoman’s chest caved in, her heart turning into a mess of gore; she coughed up blood, her body convulsively twitching in death.
Tang Zheng’s ferocity terrified the Clones, all abandoning their attack to flee.
The fake Zhang Chun’en was cunning, slowing down slightly as he was about to rush out of the small town, allowing the Filipino maid and several university students to rush out first.
Giants wielding stone wolf-tooth clubs emerged from the dense forest in large strides, smashing their clubs down like Roman stone pillars, crushing a few unlucky souls into meatloaf.
As the clubs rolled past, they left a mess of minced meat on the ground, which was quickly washed away by the heavy rain.
"No!" The Filipino maid fell, then was grabbed by the legs by a giant close by, hoisted into the air, then with a twist and a pull, her body was flailed, her viscera discarded, and she was tossed into the giant’s mouth.
The fake newbies watched in horrified fascination as a giant with teeth like a slasher chewed the maid, her thigh snapping and dropping to the ground. They were nearly scared to death as they frantically fled, but the next second, they froze. When they looked ahead, hundreds of giants had emerged from the dense forest, blocking their way.
Whoosh, dozens of wolf-tooth clubs, whistling through the air, crushed them to death.
A grim smile appeared on fake Zhang Chun’en’s face as he died alongside his two bodyguards. Fake Ge Cang was fortunate, retreating back into the town in time, but although the giants stopped chasing, he now had to face Ai Yixin’s attack.
The curved knife split his head into two, and Ai Renqi didn’t even glance back as she pursued her next target.
The university students Main Entrance and Big Ears jostled each other, each trying to be faster. Ai Renqi took out her Shadowless Bow, the light gathering, and with a burst, dozens of arrows tore through their bodies, leaving behind numerous chunks of flesh.
Lu Fan grew bored with his dual guns, drew his Wisdom Sword, and tossed it into the air. It split into hundreds of sword shadows, piercing through the fake newbies and creating a bloodbath.
"Still not dead?" Lu Fan drew a pepper grinder from his wristwatch, and with a nimble dance, turned the crank. Puffs of fiery pepper sprayed out, hitting those critically injured, settling matters completely.
"I’ll fight you all!" The fake Sun Jingshan, covered in blood and gritting his teeth in rage, sadly didn’t get far before being riddled like a honeycomb.
Fake Zhao Yunwu rushed towards the door and was cut down by Lu Fan, who broke both his legs. Amidst his screams, he crawled on the ground, sliding far across the rain-soaked surface. Little Lolita, carrying an umbrella, flew up to him and blasted his head into splattered tofu brains.
Lin Weiguo was utterly relieved as he lunged at the fake Xu Biyun, a puppet that sprung from the ground to meet his punch, shattering immediately.
Fake Xu Biyun turned to flee, and the Old Soldier threw a bloodthirsty military dagger, like a flash of lightning, embedding it into her back. She fell into the rain, coughing up blood, but before she could rise, the Old Soldier stepped on her back.
"I don’t want to die!" Xu Biyun tried to activate her ability in desperation, but failed.
The Old Soldier grabbed the military dagger, and with a pull, sliced open her body, then stabbed the simulated gamer girl in the back of the head. After shaking off a mixture of brain pulp and blood, he moved on to attack the fake Pang Meiqin.
The tide had turned; the fake Pang Meiqin, having no desire to fight, tried to escape, but was entangled by Ai Yixin and her original. The group members weren’t fools either: they knew to divide and conquer.
"Get out of my way!" Fake Pang Meiqin swung her chainsaw knife, wide and forceful, trying to break through the siege. Lin Weiguo joining in only added to her anxiety.
The rotating chainsaw blade struck Ai Renqi’s diamond body, scattering many sparks but was effectively blocked.
Meiqin leapt and struck, but was blocked by the fake Beautiful Leg Stewardess. She then pulled out Hell’s Song, firing rapidly, shaking the angel of death’s armor violently, nearly causing it to shatter.
The only remaining fake blond underling dashed into a cottage, aiming to sneak out behind the town, but Lu Fan focused on him.
"Where do you think you’re escaping to!" Lu Fan, flying in the air, holding an umbrella in one hand and firing the Black Ebony gun repeatedly with the other, continued the cat and mouse game.
The fake blond underling, with shooting abilities, was unfortunate with his rifle too inferior to even scratch Little Lolita’s shield.
"Hey, considering your loyal love, I’ll give you this fish," Lu Fan said as he blasted off the fake blond’s legs, grabbing his collar, and threw him next to Lin Fachan.
"Thanks!" Lin Jing didn’t hesitate, pressing the muzzle against the head and firing, bursting it open. This was points, and points not earned were wasted.
Tang Zheng lunged at fake Ai Yixin, Lu Fan’s actions sparking his doubt again. Although she managed to bring out Gu Xueqi’s arm, failing to kill her did not prove her innocence. However, Little Lolita quickly flew towards the fleeing Zixuan by the door, every shot deadly.
The fake policewoman ran desperately, hopeless, her actions merely reflexive. The blue stone slab road was too slippery, and she fell.
The policewoman, seeing a clone that looked identical being chased, felt uncomfortable, her professional instincts flaring, wanting to stop Lu Fan.
But this time, Lu Fan was determined, aiming at her head. Just as he was about to fire, a black light beam suddenly shot out from the crystal passage.
